• Salma (9/5): Good Hotel - Reception staff were brilliant. Location was spot on. The breakfast wasn't good, not much options to eat. The rooms were very warm, no air conditioner, as it was system operated. So the heat was on, extra fans were not available. The Hammam, the steam room wasn't working, so we couldn't really book it, as all facilities for the hammam wasn't available.
• Dan (8/5): Zona buna, pret bun. - Pret bun. Locatia se afla la indemana, ajungi la toate obiectivele de vizitat foarte lejer, e aproape de mijloace de transport. Sunt si restaurante si magazine prin zona. Hotelul e curat, camerele foarte ok, are restaurant cu vedere panoramica. Nu a fost nimic foarte rau, dar de mentionat: Micul dejun cam nevariat, cam acelasi in fiecare zi, unii din grupul nostru nici nu se mai deranjau sa mearga la micul dejun. Dar tinea de foame. Tevile de apa de la camerele alaturate fac zgomot cam mare, te cam trezesc dusurile vecinilor. Pentru ca nu are parcare, trebuie sa gasesti parcare la vreo 5 minute de hotel, pe care noi am dat vreo 320 lei pe 3 zile.

В комнате чайник и капсульная кофеварка, сейф, холодильник.Чай, кофе, вода, пополнялись каждый день.Комната достаточно просторная, перебоев с водоснабжением не было. Есть сотрудник, который говорит по русски. Метро рядом, трамвай и автобус тоже достаточно близко. В отеле есть отличная сауна, небольшой бассейн джакузи Холодные завтраки. Первые три дня мы не понимали, почему омлет, отварные овощи, картофель, варёные яйца,сосиски очень сильно холодные, микроволновки нет, чтобы подогреть. Только потом догадались, что лотки с едой стоят на теплом мармите, и надо докопаться до дна лотка, чтобы набрать там теплую еду. Обидно, что не готовят омлет с помидорами, казалось, что это традиционная турецкая еда Сауна отличная, не раскаленная,просторная,но нет расписания работы. Видимо, иногда она работает на прием посетителей извне, и поэтому закрыта. Находишься за день, думаешь в сауне отдохнуть, но ничего подобного, закрыто. Хотелось бы, что бы об этом было известно заранее. Ну и длинные волосы в бассейне говорят о том, что воду в нём плохо фильтруют))

He gave me couple of advices about the best route to the airport and helped to prepare the sandwich for my breakfast, although I left the hotel at around 6 am. I also liked the style of the bar. The cleanliness and newness of the bathroom left much to be desired.

• Carmen (8/5): - The kindness of the staff at the reception and at the restaurant, the breakfast, the view from the 8th floor, where breakfast was served, it is very close to the tram and metro stations, many shops, restaurants in the area. We must insist on cleanliness, in the room we were initially accommodated in, the window did not close, the room was small, although it said it was 21 square meters, but it was no more than 16 square meters, there was no cleaning during the three days, we did not even receive toilet paper.

В здании есть лифт, завтраки хорошие: овощи, колбасы, сыры, делают омлет, хороший кофе - вид на город и Босфор. Номера уставшие, вид во двор никакой, но все работает, душ с хорошим напором - за это все прощаю. И главное тихо! Персонал старается, это видно. Администраторы приветливые, во всем помогают, большое спасибо и привет Фархаду (все мои просьбы выполнялись с улыбкой и сразу). Рядом много кафе на любой кошелек, 10 минут до Сулеймание, 5 минут до проспекта с магазинами и трамваем Т1, 3 минуты до метро.
• Raja (10/5): Perfect, family friendly, and amazing staff - Everything was great, the hotel and staff were amazing anything we asked they accommodated us. Very friendly. We had a terrible experience this time in Istanbul with the locals everyone was rude but the hotel showed us not everybody is the same. Highly recommend this hotel perfect location near to all the main places. Metro is 2minute walk. Room was very nice clean spacious and very modern, all the staff from the front desk to the staff at breakfast were very nice and friendly Nothing everything was perfect.
• Iulian Io. (9/5): - Hotelul este amplasat foarte aproape de metrou si de statia de tramvai. La Marele Bazar se ajunge in aproximativ 10 min de mers pe jos, iar pana la Moscheea Albastra, Palatul Topkapi, Hagia Sofia si Basilica Cistern sunt 3 statii de tramvai, adica undeva la 20-30 min mers pe jos. Pana la Taksim sunt 3 statii de metrou. Deci aproape toate obiectivele turistice importante sunt destul de aproape. In jurul hotelului sunt si 4-5 restaurante unde se mananca foarte bine, dar si multe locatii de unde se poate cumpara kebap, deoarece sunt multi studenti in zona. Hotelul are si zona de spa, unele facilitati fiind incluse in pret, in timp ce pentru altele se plaateste extra (de exemplu masajul). Personalul hotelului este de nota 10, ofera sfaturi, ajuta de fiecare data. Ne-au ajutat inclusiv cu transportul la aeroport, contra cost, dar ne-au oferit si late check out, fara a plati nimic in plus. Ferhat si inca un baiat, cred ca Taner sau Taril, nu i-am retinut exact numele, au fost foarte primitori si merita nota 10 cu felicitari. In camere s-a facut zilnic curat, ne-au adus si fructe si fursecuri, iar caldura de seara pana dimineata era data la maximum, fiind foarte bine in camera, chiar daca afara era destul de frig, undeva sub 10 grade. Apa la dus trebuia pornita cu 2-3 minute inainte, pentru ca initial nu vedea foarte calda, dar apoi era super fierbinte. Paturile sunt confortabile, salteaua perfecta si pernele foarte bune. La micul dejun iti faceau pe loc oua (ochiuri sau omleta, in functie de ce le cereai), dar aveau si multe branzeturi, mezeluri, cartofi prajiti, ou fiert, gem si ceva legume. Daca nu ai preferinte de hotel ultra all inclusive, ai de unde alege ce sa mananci la micul dejun. Un minus ar fi felul in care sunt izolate camerele. Se auzea totul de afara, dar si ce faceau vecinii atat pe hol, cat si in camera (este adevarat, am si avut ghionul sa avem langa noi in mai milte camere un grup de francezi/turci foarte galagiosi, care tranteau usile si vorbeau foarte tare, inclusiv la ora 3 noaptea). Ca minus as pune si bauturile de la micul dejun. Sucurile aveau doar putina aroma si multa apa in ele. Iar cafeaua nu era nici ea foarte gustoasa. Ca sfat: ar merge adaugate in meniu si niste rahat si baclava. Atentie mare: dusul este cu efect de ploaie, incorporat in perete. Nu are si furtun, deci este fix.

There wasn't hot water during certain times. The room was either too warm or too cold. The tv was outdated. The walls were clearly damaged but plastered with wallpaper to cover it up

• Anna (8/5): - Hotel położony blisko stacji metra i tramwaju. Niedaleko od starego centrum. Bardzo zła szumoizolacja. Jeśli w sąsiednim pokoju ktoś korzysta z toalety czy prysznica to jest wrażenie jakby to robił w twoim pokoju. W reklamie pisze, że w tym hotelu mówią po rosyjsku a tak naprawdę ten język zna tylko 1 pracownik recepcji. Nie ma wymiany walut. Śniadania tak sobie. Przyszłam o 7:10 a człowiek, który robi omlety pojawił się jak już zjadłam.

Le déjeuner n’est pas complet, il pourrais être améliorer, très peu de choix, jus pas frais… vraiment moyen. La salle de bain contient des traces de moisissures donc pour un 4 étoiles c’est à revoir.

• Valérie (10/5): EXCELLENTE LOCALISATION, au calme mais à proximité du centre historique - A 2 mm du métro Vezneciler (lien avec l'aéroport) et à 3 mm du tram Laleli, l'hotel est idéalement situé pour accéder aux quartiers nord ou à ceux de la rive orientale. Pour le centre historique, tout peut se faire à pied si on aime déambuler dans les rues mais le tram vous conduit aussi aux pieds des visites incontournables. Lits confortables, rue calme (sans réveil par l'appel à la prière et peu de circulation). Grande douche et bonne pression d'eau. Galip est toujours présent à la réception de jour comme de nuit, toujours avec le sourire, pour répondre, dans un bon anglais, à toutes les questions et vous arranger. Hamman et sauna au sous sol bien tenus. Salons cosy mais aveugle au rez de chaussée et salle de petit déjeuner lumineuse au dernier étage avec vue sur les toits et sur la mer de Marmara. Ascenseur pratique pour les valises ! Wifi un peu poussif et il faut se reconnecter chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié et vous pouvez demander des oeufs faits à la demande mais le café ressemble à du café soluble et il manque cruellement de jus de fruit frais ou au moins "pur jus" à la place de cette machine qui distribue une sorte de sirop sucré très mauvais. A part ça, c'est un très bon rapport qualité prix.
• NO EX (10/5): - Oran otelde 1gece konakladık ve genel olarak çok memnun kaldım. Öncelikle odalar oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi. Yataklar rahat, banyolar hijyenikti. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi özellikle resepsiyondaki ekip her konuda destek oldu. bu arada EYYÜP bey ve HALİT beye sonsuz teşekkürler... Kahvaltı çeşitliliği yeterliydi ve ürünler tazeydi. Otelin konumu da oldukça merkezi olduğu için ulaşım konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Hem iş seyahati hem de tatil için rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir yer.
• Vincent (8/5): Altes Hotel mit tollem Personal in relativ zentraler Lage zu einem gutem Preis. - Das Personal verdient 11/10 Punkte. Ich konnte mir nicht alle Namen merken. Halit und Eyyüp habe ich mir gemerkt, Aber es waren noch 2 weitere Kollegen tagsüber (12 & 13.3.26) an der Rezeption im Dienst, die genauso freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Aber auch das Personal beim Frühstück war außerordentlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Alle Mitarbeiter haben die kleinen Schwächen des Hotels vergessen und zu einem positiven Erlebnis werden lassen. Ein früher Check in (10 Uhr) war ohne Probleme und extra Gebühr möglich. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach (u.a. ungenießbarer instant Kaffee (wenn es überhaupt einer war ^^) und Zucker "Säfte" mit "Aroma" aus Automaten). Falls das Hotel auch ohne Frühstück buchbar sein sollte, rate ich jedem, es ohne dieses zu buchen. Das Duschwasser im Zimmer wurde gerade mal lauwarm. Uns wurde der Zutritt von der verantwortlichen Dame des SPA Bereichs bereits um 21.30 Uhr verweigert, obwohl dieser eigentlich bis 23 Uhr geöffnet sein soll. Scheinbar wollte die Dame aufgrund ihres Besuchs, der in den Hinterräumen saß, früher Feierabend machen. Für uns war das ärgerlich, weil wir dafür extra früher ins Hotel zurück gekehrt sind und uns darauf gefreut haben.

• Goran Antevski - 24Media (9/5): Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel - The hotel is in a very good location, right next to a metro station (M2). Within a 5-minute walk there is a tram line (T1), and nearby there is also a bus stop served by several lines. The area is safe and lively, even late at night. There are always people around, restaurants are open or closing late, and you can feel safe walking around. We stayed during the New Year holidays, and the streets were constantly full of people, which added to the overall atmosphere. The staff at the hotel are very kind and helpful, especially the reception team, always willing to assist. The hotel also has a spa center, which we did not use, but we were offered access to it. Rooms are cleaned daily, with regular refills of water, sweets, coffee and tea. The price is reasonable for what you get, around 130 EUR per night for three people with breakfast included. Breakfast is the same every day, but there is a wide variety of food. You can also order eggs or omelets prepared fresh by the chef. Breakfast is served until 10:00 AM, which is convenient if you want to sleep a bit longer. It is served on the 8th floor and offers a nice view. Sound insulation is very good, which can often be a problem in Istanbul hotels. There is no noise from other rooms. Only some noise can be heard if guests are louder in the hallway near the elevators, but the room and bathroom insulation is good. There are several reasonably priced restaurants near the hotel. There is also one restaurant that is more expensive, but we do not recommend it, as the food quality was not good. . The only small downside was the limited space and number of hangers for clothes. Our room faced the back of the hotel, where there was a small construction site, but it did not disturb us at all.
