SAKIKO (9/5): - 加湿空気清浄機が助かりました。枕は高低差のある2つ、用意してありました。エアコンが各部屋にあるホテルは初めてです。自分の体感で過ごせたので助かりました。拡大鏡も置いてあったので目が悪い私には有難かったです。エアコンにホコリがたくさん。空気清浄機のおかげで大丈夫でした。部屋に備えつけの冷蔵庫、自分で電源を入れるタイプでビックリ。そんなホテルは初めてだったので、朝冷蔵庫を開けて冷たくないペットボトルを持って初めて気づきました。アイスとかだったら最悪でした。部屋にもフロントにも説明は無かったと思います。これもSDGSなのかと思いましたが、分かりやすく書いておくか、説明をして欲しいです。でも、リピートはしたいと思います。今度はモーニングも食べたい。

emcotech ceo (10/5): - 오사카에 갈 일이 있으면 항상 이용하는 호텔. 역세권이라 이동성이 매우 좋고, 편의 시설도 많아서 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크의 직원들도 매우 친절하며 불편사항이 있으면 바로 처리해준다. 침구, 화장실 청결 상태도 매우 좋으며 추운 날씨에 난방도 아주 잘 된다. 아쉬운 점은 없었음. 다만, 호텔이 아무래도 오랜 기간 운영을 해서 약간 노후화가 되었지만 크게 문제 되지 않음. 매번 갈 때마다 오래된 비품, 시설은 신형으로 교체되어 매우 만족한다.

Tim (6/5): - Staff were friendly and even when we asked not to clean the room we still received clean towels. Not that far from a subway station that makes it easy to travel across Osaka. The room was clean. The apartment was damaged in a couple of places, and rather small for two people compared to our other stays in Kyoto and Tokyo. The bed didn't feel like it was for two people but rather for one person and a half. You have to drop off and pick up the key every time you go out.

james (10/5): - Ideal area to be in 5 mins walk from the station , one line to where ever I needed to be . It’s a business hotel , a little different to the Apa Urban Hotel previously. But as a base it was perfect for the week. The staff didn’t speak much English but together with translate and my broken Japanese we got through the week with no issues. Staff were attentive and helpful and breakfast was good for charging up for a long day ahead. Amenities were plentiful and they had a washing area for clothes that came in very handy. If I decide to back to Osaka I will choose to stay there again.
