- Tugba (4/5): Schöne Aussicht in leider lieblos gestaltetem Hotel. - Die Aussicht aus dem 41. Stockwerk war schön. Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist sehr dunkel gehalten und wirkt gestalterisch veraltet, wodurch kein besonders einladender Eindruck entsteht. Ähnliches gilt für das Restaurant, in dem das Frühstück serviert wird. Auch das Frühstück selbst konnte qualitativ und in der Präsentation nicht überzeugen und wirkte insgesamt wenig ansprechend.

- Jamila (8/5): Overall nice stay - Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The apartments are clean, spacious, and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary one-way shuttle service to Taksim, Kabataş, and nearby malls, which made getting around much easier and more convenient. There is also a bus stop nearby and taxis are always available in front of the hotel. The staff were also responsive — on the first day our room felt stuffy because the windows could not be opened and the ventilation was poor, but they changed us to another room with an opening window the next day, and that room was perfect. The AC cannot go below 19°C and it was quite weak in the inner room. It was not a major issue for us because the weather during our stay was nice, but I can imagine it may be uncomfortable for some guests during the summer months. Also, while public transportation is accessible, returning to the hotel can involve a bit of walking. The metro station is around a 20-minute walk with uphill streets, and from the nearby bus stop you may need to cross a bridge with quite a few stairs on the way back.

- ابو بدر (10/5): - كانت إقامتي في الفندق تجربة مميزة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة، حيث يتمتع الفندق بموقع ممتاز قريب من جميع الخدمات والمرافق، مما سهل علينا التنقل وقضاء احتياجاتنا بكل راحة. كما لفت انتباهنا حسن تعامل الموظفين واحترافيتهم العالية، فقد كانوا في غاية الاحترام والتعاون طوال فترة الإقامة. أما من ناحية النظافة فكانت ممتازة جدًا، والغرف والمرافق مرتبة ومريحة، إضافة إلى توفر جميع الخدمات التي يحتاجها النزيل داخل الفندق. كل الشكر والتقدير لإدارة الفندق وطاقم العمل على هذا المستوى الراقي من الخدمة، وبإذن الله ستكون لنا زيارة أخرى قريبًا.
- Mohammed (10/5): Comfortable stay - We were a couple who stayed in this hotel. The size of the apartment was large enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had some appliances fair enough for cooking. The furniture was also maintained. There is a parking garage provided free for the car. There is also a security provided for the facility. The staff were nice and helpful. The location is not close to a public transportation means such as metro or buses.

Personalul foarte fain. Parcare la subsol. Se retine o garanție la check in pe care nu am inteles-o . Ți se returnează mult după check out.

- Fadl (9/5): Great place to stay for families. - Nice welcome, friendly staff, spacious room, nice view, free parking, comfortable bed and apartment. It would have been nice to have an espresso machine. I had to cancel my stay for emergency reasons and since my booking was non-refundable they didn't accept my reasons to refund the amount. After I came to the hotel, they were very kind to upgrade my room and give me a good discount. But I would have preferred more cooperation from the beginning. Otherwise, I was happy with my stay and would definitely consider to stay here in my next visit.

- Michael (9/5): Ein wirklich angenehmer und komfortabler Urlaub - ohne Massentourismus - Ausblick auf die Stadt im 48ten Stockwerk. Flughafentransfer kann gratis arrangiert werden, Rückfahrt war ca. 35 Euro. Alle Räume sind großzügig bemessen und haben eigene WC/Dusche sowie Multimedia TVs. Das WLAN ist zuverlässig und mit ca. 50 Mbit ausreichend schnell. Das Gym ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet sogar einen Pool, einen Squash Court und einen Ski Slope. Der Block ist sonst in einem hervorragenden Zustand, mit Expressaufzügen und maximaler Sicherheit. Im Komplex befinden sich zwei Restos und ein Carrefour Supermarket. Die Angestellten sind professionell und sehr freundlich. Grüße an Alp und Mohammed. Keine Toilettenbürste und Küchentücher sowie Papierrolle wären praktisch. Bitte auch um einen ordentlichen Korkenzieher. Sonst alles perfetto.

- Ülkü (10/5): Der Service ist für mich erstklassig, und ich fühle mich jedes Mal sehr wohl hier. - Ich war bereits mehrmals in diesem Hotel in Istanbul und buche es jedes Mal wieder – das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Für den Preis ist es wirklich ein sehr gutes Hotel. Die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft und jedes Mal ein Highlight meines Aufenthalts. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die Mitarbeiter: Sie sind immer sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Service ist für mich erstklassig, und ich fühle mich jedes Mal sehr wohl hier. Ich kann dieses Hotel mit voller Überzeugung weiterempfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. -

- Bianca (10/5): Top Hotel, absolute Empfehlung 🤗 - Das Apartment und die Aussicht waren grandios schön. Die Einrichtung ist klassisch modern gestaltet, wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, selbst unsere Putzfee war super lieb und hat alles perfekt gereinigt. Das Frühstück wurde auf Tellern serviert, also kein Buffet, und hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Fitnessstudio ist richtig toll, hier fehlt es an keinem Gerät. Wir empfehlen das Fraser auf jeden Fall und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Das tolle Schwimmbad war leider geschlossen, aber vielleicht haben wir beim nächsten Mal Glück

- hodon (7/5): - Spacious. Friendly staff. Clean We had initially booked Fraser anthill only because of the indoor heated pool. Since our kid enjoys swimming. It was closed the entirety of our 2 week stay. And no notice on the maintenance prior on their website or on booking. It was very disappointing! Breakfast was basic. Kids playroom was basic.

- Sjakon (7/5): I think it was the best place to stay having two young children 4 and 6 in our family group. - We had two rooms close by. Room was very clean and we had fresh bottled water every day. Housekeeping daily even on weekends. Good grocery store and small restaurants in the complex. My wife and daughter liked the spa. Security was very good with the reception manned 24 hours. We felt very safe. Heating in the room worked. It was easy to order out and get food delivered to the room. Washing/drying machine/ dishwasher worked well and detergent was available at the grocery store. The cooking utensils we basic but you could ask for more. There was no toaster despite the website saying there was. We used the oven to toast. Gym was basic, dark and not 24 hours. Shower was small and basic. Location is quite far away from main tourist spots so you need to go on a taxi to reach the tram station or ferry.
