• Nataša (9/5): - Close to the slopes, a few minute walking down the hill, cozy apartment The adress given on booking is the adress of the main building where the fitnes and the laundry is, you have to figure out which number of the house is yours, because there are many buildings around.

• Lenka Zlatníková (8/5): Very good location for skiing, nice Sauna, good value for the money. We would come back again - for our skiing trip very good location - walking distance to the ski lift. We went twice to sauna, very comfortable, clean, nicely equipped. The apartment was clean and kitchen well equipped. Almost non of the doors would close properly - there were gaps between the door and the door frame...no big deal, but could be fixed. Only 3 dishwaher tablets for five days.

• Petr (9/5): Hezké prostředí, kousek od vleku, paradní sauna - Prostorný apartmán, v docházkové vzdálenosti od sjezdovky, možnost uložit lyže a boty do vytápěné lyžarny, sauna v ceně ubytování byl po celém dni příjemný relax. Přijezd/odjezd vše na parádu samoobslužně. Vstup do budov - apartmánu, lyžárny, sauny byl pouze přes jeden mobil, když jsme si s manželkou rozdělili děti museli jsme na sebe při návratu ze sjezdovky čekat, u vstupu do lyžarny bylo otevíraní rozbité, řešilo se dřevěným kolíkem, když ho někdo odstranil volala se obsluha přes telefon což zdržovalo.. v apartmanu byly pěkná kachlová kamna, ale zatopit se dalo jen po absolvování “kurzu” u místního pána (každý den v 16 hod) za 15€ a pak zaplatit ještě za dřevo 5€/ noc, topení v kamnech nebylo nutnosti v artmanu dostatečné teplo, které jsme i stahovali., bylo i podlahové topení.

• Snezana (8/5): - The location is good, next to one of the main gondolas, in a very quiet environment. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The floor was not spotlessly clean when we entered the apartment, the keyless system didn't work well for the ski storage, and some of the pots and pans lost their induction capability. Some of the access pathways are very steep, especially when carrying large luggage.

• Andreas (5/5): Lage TOP, Wohnung OK, Service MIES - Die Wohnungen an sich sind gut, die Fotos versprechen etwas mehr Qualität aber an sich vollkommen OK. Die Lage zur Skipiste ist absolut top, der Skikeller ist aber leider ziemlich mies weil keine Schuhtrockner, sondern nur Holzregale in dem die Schuhe übereinander stehen und damit ineinander tropfen... Der Service an der "Hotline" ist eine Katastrophe und absolute Frechheit! Wir hatten diverse Probleme (defekte Heizung, ausgefallenes Warmwasser, getrennte Wohnungen trotz gemeinsamer Buchung). Die Hotline war zwar erreichbar und hat meist dann auch reagiert und Techniker geschickt (die wiederum total zuvorkommend waren), die - absolut berechtigte - telefonisch zugesagte Kompensation für die Ärgernisse wurde nach unserer Abreise aber einfach wieder vergessen. Und bei erneuter Nmahnung wurde sogar unterstellt, dass es keinerlei Probleme gegeben habe. Nach erneuter detaillierter Auflistung der Probleme (2 Tage ohne Duschen und Heizung im Skiurlaub ist halt echt sch...) unter Benennung der Technikereinsätze inkl. Uhrzeit wurde ich schlicht geghostet und erhalte seitdem keien Rückmeldung mehr. Das ist eine Farce und echt Traurig. Daher schließe ich eine erneute Buchung bei dem Anbieter (hat wohl noch weitere Objekte) trotz der tollen Lage absolut aus. Sowas ist mir in 20 Jahren Skiurlaub in AT noch nie untergekommen!

There are no heaters in ski room for ski boots, so your boots remain wet. Towels are not being changed, you have to wash it on your own in the laundy room. Bathrobes are not provided for the sauna (even it is stated in the info that you receive),you have to bring your own
• Judit (8/5): - Ár-érték arányban jó volt, közel volt a sífelvonó. Volt fűtött sítároló és ingyenesen használható szauna is sétatávra. Az apartmanok pont olyanok, mint a képeken. Elég sötét volt az apartman, nappal is villanyt kellett kapcsolni, de a villany sem volt túl erős. Elég kevés evőeszköz és tányér volt, ahhoz képest főleg, hogy elvileg 6 fős volt az apartman. Nagyobb társasággal mentünk, két apartmant foglaltunk, de két külön házban helyeztek el minket, ez egy kicsit kényelmetlen volt. A szállással a kommunikáció nem volt zökkenőmentes, végig aggódtam, hogy tényleg figyelembe veszik-e majd az extra kéréseinket (gyerek ágy, létszám módosítás), de végül - ha nehezen is - minden megoldódott.

• Simenfalvi (8/5): Jó volt, szép volt, rusztikus volt ;) - Rusztikus, régi faház, nagymamánk háza jut eszembe róla a dupla fakeretes ablakokkal. Tiszta, kènyelmes ágyakkal és elèg jól felszerelelt konyhával. Kis séta ès máris a felvonónál vagy. Hiányzott a kenyérpirító és a mikró.
• Benedek (8/5): Overall great location, nice facilities and clean apartment. Minor, but important details missing. - Nice, spacious apartment with nice facilities around the house. No hand-soap was provided (a very 'bad' kind of savings on such an offer), and no sponge and hand dishwasher provided for keeping dishes clean. The washing machine takes an exorbitant amount of time to get dishes done. While these might be small things, it would be so easy to take proper care and attention on it by management.

• Tomasz (9/5): znakomity i to już drugi raz - znakomita lokalizacja blisko wyciągu (bliżej niż z parkingu) , rewelacyjna sauna dostępna na terenie kompleksu, przyjemne dobrze wyposażone apartamenty, czysto i schludnie w alpejskim stylu, 10 min samochodem do centrum Bad Klein (termy, sklepy, bankomat itd) kod do drzwi wysyłany mailem, może być trudny do ogarnięcia dla ludzi bez nastoletnich dzieci

• Miroslava (10/5): - Prostorné apartmány pro 4 až 6 osob se dvěmi ložnicemi a obývacím pokojem. a balkonem. Sauna, lyžárna, a fitness místnost, vše dostupné pro hosty. Největší benefit je blízkost nástupní stanice lanovky....do 100m v závislosti na pozici apartmánu. Možnost horní nebo spodní cesty a následné umístění lyži ve vyhřívané lyžárně Celkově středisko hlavně o červených sjezdovkách vzájemně propojených bez davů. Do vzdálenějších míst raději autem.....bezplatné parkování všude. K dokonalosti stačí lyžárnu vybavit vyhřívanými hroty na boty místo regálů. Jelikož je vše bez přítomnosti recepce a personálu ......nebyl by špatný automat na kapsle do kávovaru a myčky případně toaletního papíru. Nicméně do centra Bad Kleinkirchheimu je to 6,4 km ......Billa nebo Spar. Kapsle do presovače neidentifikovatelné.

• Rok Grahut (9/5): Prijetno družinsko smučanje - Bližina smučišča, ski-room, savna. Lepo urejen, topel in prostoren apartma, lahko bi dodali kakšno džezvo za kavo. Online check-in je potekal gladko, čeprav je malo neobičajno brez osebnega stika. Škripajoče postelje, glasna vhodna vrata. Kljub napisani želji da smo tri družine skupaj, smo dobili apartmaje v treh različnih hiškah.

Es zieht bei den Fenstern extrem herein, Kastentüren kann man nicht richtig schließen, Balkontüre geht fast nicht zu, großer Spalt- hat man freien Blick ins Freie dadurch im Zimmer oft kalt und sehr zugig. Töpfe nicht alle Induktionsgeeignet etwas blöd da Induktionsherd...Zimmer zwar einigermaßen sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig Müllplatz hoffnungslos überfüllt, etwas eckelig dort, mehr Mistkübel wären dringend notwendig in der Ferienzeit
• Molnár (9/5): - Nagyon hangulatos szállás, jo felszereltséggel, közel a felvonóhoz, síelős baráti társaságnak tökéletes, szuper ár-érték arány. Sajnos kényelmetlenek az ágyak.
• Šinigoj (4/5): - Okna ne tesnijo, v prostore skozi okna piha mrzel zrak, kuhinjska posoda - teflonska je bila zelo popraskana, kar je skodljivo, okno v spalnici je polomljeno in se ne odpira, pipe so puscale, ni jih bilo mogoce popolnoma zapreti. Glede na samo ceno je bilo zelo slabo razmerje med kakovostjo in ceno. Pricakovali bi dobre osnovne pogoje.
• Martina (10/5): - Byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Ubytování je krásné, prostorné a čisté. Oceňujeme také klidné prostředí a příjemnou atmosféru. Ve vesnici je k dispozici lyžárna, takže není potřeba nosit lyže až do ubytování, což je velká výhoda. Sjezdovky jsou blízko, jen je potřeba dojít v lyžákách přibližně 200 metrů, protože se k nim nedá sjet přímo. Kuchyňka je dobře vybavená, včetně veškerého potřebného nádobí. Velkým pomocníkem byla myčka i indukční deska, které výrazně usnadnily přípravu jídla. Bohužel tu není mikrovlnka, ale o tom jsme věděli dopředu, takže jsme s tím počítali. Co se týče jídla, koření a soli, je potřeba si vše přivézt s sebou. Jedinou drobnou nevýhodou byla pečicí trouba umístěná vysoko nad lednicí, což může být trochu nebezpečné, a také nádobí uložené ve vyšších skříňkách. Nicméně dalo se to zvládnout. Celkově velmi příjemné ubytování, které můžeme doporučit. Slabší wifi, riziko, že se nedostanete do chaty, ale zde se předpokládá, že už má každý data.
• Koraljka (10/5): Perfect - Everything was great. The location is perfect, the wooden houses are cute, and everything regarding our stay was communicated clearly and well in advance. We especially liked the sauna located in the middle of the resort, surrounded by pine trees. We had snow on our first day, and the paths inside the resort were cleared the next morning. We were not aware that this is a car-free resort, which was a pleasant surprise. As we have small children, we could completely relax knowing there were no cars around so the kids could play in front of the house. In the main building, there is a washer and a dryer. All in all, I would highly recommend Beim Oswald. Some more kitchen utensils would be nice.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Po raz drugi jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. - Fantastyczne miejsce Oświetlenie (zbyt mocne) w pokoju odpoczynku po saunie. Trzeba to zmienić na bardziej nastrojowe, dostosowane do miejsca, bo to nieco psuje odbiór tego fantastycznego obiektu.

• Bence (9/5): - The apartment is 5 minutes on foot from the Ski Center. Sauna is great. Online check-in process wasn't too smooth for me, links in emails somewhy didn't really work - but customer service was excellent, so it didn't cause any problem.
• Susan (7/5): - Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten bequem. Direkt an der Skipiste. Kostenloser Bus. Weite und steile Wege um das Gepäck in die Unterkunft zu bringen. Für ältere Leute sehr anstrengend. Andere Gäste stampften mit den Skistiefeln bis vor die Wohnungstür, was ich sehr schade und rücksichtslos fand, da auch die Holztreppen sehr darunter leiden. Vielleicht könnte man das verbieten durch Schilder oder so. Bei Ankunft war die Wohnung ziemlich überhitzt und wir hatten zu tun, ein angenehmes Raumklima herzustellen. Generell war es sehr warm in dem Haus und der Wohnung. Wir hatten die Heizungen aus und die Fenster immer einen Spalt geöffnet. Ich denke man könnte da einiges an Energiekosten sparen wenn man die Hauptheizquelle etwas runter dreht. Der Kühlschrank geht zur falschen Seite auf und der Backofen auf dem Kühlschrank für mich ohne Hocker nicht zu bedienen. Auch das Geschirr ist schwierig zu erreichen.

Szauna nagy kedvenc, hatalmas, nem zsúfolt, forró. Nem találtuk, hova lehet a szemetet kivinni. A szállás elhagyásakor szeméttel a kezünkben jártunk körbe, de nem találtuk.

• Mateja (9/5): Erholsamer und wunderschöner Aufenthalt! - Alles war super! Vorallem der holzige Geruch und die Atmosphäre in der Unterkunft, waren sehr wohltuend! Die sauna, sowie auch der Ruheraum waren optisch Mega schön und der Ausblick auf die Berge einfach nur herrlich! Wieder gerne! Einen Punkt Abzug, da wir mit einem Gefrierfach gerechnet haben und dieser im Kühlschrank nicht vorhanden war. Sehr schade.

• Melanie (9/5): Super fijn en rustgevend - De ligging was perfect! De rust en natuur waren onwijs fijn en mooi! De keuken, badkamer, woonkamer en balkon waren echt top! De skilift die om de hoek zit is ook perfect, boven is het ook heel erg mooi. Wij zijn hier heel erg tot rust gekomen em de sauna was ook erg fijn. Één restaurant was op 5 minuten afstand lopen en hier kan je erg lekker eten, deze zit helaas wel vaak vol. Het bed in ons appartement kraakte heel erg, aan de rechterkant van het bed was het matras iets ingezakt en de kussens waren heel erg dun. In de omgeving zelf is niet zo veel te doen, je kan wel met de lift de berg op en dat was heel erg leuk en fijn! Wij zijn met de auto overal en nergens heen geweest. Er zijn 3 restaurants in de buurt, waarvan één 2 weken lang dicht was en de ander konden wij helaas niet vinden.

• Goran (7/5): I understand that the apartments are meant to feel rustic, but they need a good touch up and renewal of the living/s - The location was great, very spacious apartment and quite well equipped. There were quite a few broken things. Most immportantly toilet was shaky and beds were quite noisy. Apartment needs a serious renewal and upgrade. Bring ear plugs to get along with neighbours as there is little or no sound insulation between the apartments.

Kupaonica bez ventilacije, apartman u razizemlju, nema nape, nema pečnice. Apartmani su poprilično istrošeni i potrebna je kompletna renovacija.
