À notre arrivé 20 Avril 2026, à l’aéroport nous nous sommes aperçus que notre réservation avait été annulée, nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi, après discussion par téléphone il était 21h, nous avons pu avoir nos chambres au tarif de la réservation à savoir 3179 AED, nous nous sommes aperçus le lendemain que tous les hôtels y compris le nôtre avait fait une remise de 50 % de rabais( soit 1600AED (vu le contexte international) dont nous n’avons pas profité. Sinon Hotel vétuste , le plafond d’une des chambres s’effritait , nous retrouvions des morceaux sur nos affaires quotidiennement.

• Mohamed (1/5): Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and unprofessional - Honestly, the only good thing about the hotel was the price. However, even that became an issue for me because I already paid in cash at the property, yet it was not properly recorded in the system. Later, the application attempted to charge me again for the same booking, which is unacceptable. There were several negative aspects during my stay. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and there were no tissues provided in the room. The tea amenities appeared to have been used by a previous guest, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the elevator was not working, and the TV in the room was broken. I requested an extra key since the booking was for two people, but the staff refused, saying it was not available. Also, the bathroom only had towels for one person, even though the reservation was for two guests. Overall, the experience was very bad and disappointing.

• Sajjad (6/5): The worst behavior of receptionist - The furniture and the capacious room are appreciated by me. Behavior of a receptionist during my recent stay at this hotel. He is Egyptian. The individual's attitude toward me was exceptionally unprofessional and rude. Their demeanor made me feel as though I was an unwelcome guest and that my stay was an imposition rather than a paid service. Specifically, they spoke to me in a dismissive tone when I said my Emirates ID had recently expired and I had the new one in the UAE Pass app; only then did they make a sarcastic comment when I inquired about my reservation. Such behavior is unacceptable for anyone in a customer-facing role, especially in the hospitality industry. It significantly detracted from my overall experience in this hotel. I am deeply concerned that a staff member with such an attitude is representing this establishment at the reception desk. I hope the management will address this matter promptly to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar negative experiences.

• Randolph (9/5): - I like the service from the receptionist up to their housekeeping. They are very friendly and attentive as well. I like how spacious their room is. I don't like their breakfast buffet. The food seems sad and lonely for breakfast.I'm hopeful that they will improve it next time.
