• Nora (9/5): Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. - Die Lage ist hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr komfortabel. Meiner Meinung nach sollte die Stufe im Badezimmer deutlich markiert werden, da sie eine Stolpergefahr darstellen kann.

• Kathleen (6/5): Super dans l'ensemble mais très déçu de l'emplacement de notre chambre.. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait et facile d'accès Quelle fût notre surprise de découvrir à notre arrivée que le rapport qualité/prix était bien loin d’être à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avons eu la seule chambre située à l’accueil. Ce qui peut arriver. Ce qui arrive moins en revanche c’est que celle-ci ressemble à un ancien débarras. 1 chambre perdue dans un couloir à côté du bureau et de la bagagerie. La salle de bain n’avait aucune fenêtre et la chambre 1 seule, fine, donnant sur une espèce de véranda accessible pour tout l’hôtel. Aucun moyen donc d’ouvrir le rideau afin de profiter de la « luminosité » sans que tout le monde puisse nous observer. Cela dit, ça aurait été de toute manière impossible car celui-ci était condamné. De plus, de par notre situation géographique, on pouvait entendre le réceptionniste discuter – notamment en anglais à 6h du matin. Pour ce type de prix ce sera désormais sans nous !

O recepcionista disse-nos que a reserva tinha sido feita pela Booking, com esse pedido fato que nunca foi mensionado no acto da reserva... 9

• Fabrice (10/5): Super pour faire le marathon et à deux pas du centre - Personnel super sympa un grand merci pour toutes les explications et à deux pas du départ du marathon de Paris je le recommande volontiers L’hôtel va être refait c’est plutôt bien car on doit enlever des ampoules pour ne pas tous faire sauter et pas d’eau chaude le jour du marathon il y a des problèmes de chaufferie et la porte de la chambre ne ferme pas comme il faut mais dans l’ensemble c’est un bon hôtel à deux pas des champs Elise

• Jasmin (7/5): Had a lovely stay and would stay here again if it was a little cheaper. - The location was great! Right off of the Avenue des Champs-Elysées and a close walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, always greeting you. You could leave your room card at the front desk while you went out too - great idea! Found that the bed sheets weren’t exactly the cleanest as well as the towels. The bathroom had a bit of mould in the corners but nothing excessive. The breakfast selection was dire. Hardly anything on offer and nothing that was served hot.

Buona omelette preparata prima, ma tenuta calda, uova sode, frutta fresca. Posizione ottima, servita dai mezzi pubblici (bus e metro). Camera superiore giusta, con letto comodo. Vista interna pessima, ma in compenso camera silenziosa. Ho apprezzato cambio biancheria bafno quotidiana. Moquette (ma tenuta pulita), vasca alta e molto scomoda per ingresso ed uscita. Acqua fredda in certi orari del giorno (fastidioso se sei già sotto la doccia).

The rooms were cleaned to a - The staff were so friendly everyday and the room kept nice and clean. Really central hotel with tons of amenities within walking distance. Very handy that they keep the room keys at front desk so you’re not left worrying where you’ve left it.

• Carolina (9/5): Alojamiento cómodo y bien ubicado - La ubicación era idónea para patear la ciudad de Paris. A 5 minutos estabas en los Campos Elíseos. La línea 9 de metro casi en la puerta. En el hotel, el personal súper amable, nos atendieron correctamente en todo momento, muy educados y dispuestos a ayudarte. Nos guardaron la maleta tanto a la llegada como a la salida hasta q salió nuestro vuelo. Las camas eran bastante cómodas y todos los días te hacen la habitación y cambio de toallas. Hay ascensor aunque es muy pequeño 1 personas y 1 maleta, o 2 personas a lo sumo. No es que no me gustara pero lo que más pobre vi, es que la habitación era muy antigua, y parecía q el suelo estaba en cuesta, desnivelado. Tuvimos una doble superior en la 3ª planta. El baño bastante antiguo también, aunque limpio, eso si muy muy frío ya que aunque había un radiador no funcionaba. En general, todo estaba muy bien, pero el hotel es algo antiguo. El desayuno, para turistas continentales es algo pobre, bollos, cereales, y poco más, se echa en falta el desayuno americano (huevos, huevos revueltos, bacon, etc..) pero bueno.

• Marthe (6/5): Le tarif est excessif au vu des nuisances sonores. - Situation géographique Bruit constant provenant de la ventilation de la salle de bain : il est nécessaire de retirer la carte d’accès à l’électricité pour arrêter le bruit. La chambre est située à proximité du bureau du personnel et de l’entrée, ce qui la rend particulièrement bruyante.
