- kristof (3/5): Afkanpper. Niet gaan. Driesterren niet waard. - Er was een veilige parking buiten de ZTL van Rome. Totaal gebrek aan hygiëne. Vast tapijt in de kamer was vuil. Bevlekte en gescheurde badhanddoeken. Sofabed had geen bovenlakens en op de tweede dag lag een gebruikte kussensloop van iemand anders in onze lavabo?! Kamer rook drie dagen naar ‘natte hond’ vreselijke geur. Ontbijt was niet royaal maar ook niet tijdig: op vertrekdag wilden we ontbijten om 7u30 (van zodra mogelijk) ontbijt stond op 7u50 nog niet volledig opgesteld. Croissant was duidelijk van de dag voordien.

- Jodi (8/5): - A very quite location in a beautiful area of Rome. A short walk from shops and restaurants and parks. Quiet, with not many guests, it was not crowded. A unique themed hotel with a great vibe. More like a home than a hotel. Would certainly stay here again. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, although you didn't really need it in April.

- MARIA (7/5): Il mio giudizio e' comunque positivo, anche in relazione al rapporto qualita'/prezzo. - Il personale della Reception e del bar è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, la stanza in cui ero stata inizialmente ospitata non aveva il riscaldamento funzionante, il portiere di notte preso atto della situazione ( fuori la temperatura era di 6 C°) mi ha prontamente dato la disponibilita' di un'altra stanza, molto piu' confortevole, in particolare per il bagno piu' ampio. La colazione e' in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da un hotel 3 stelle. Ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione prossima all'abitazione dei miei parenti, forse per un turista è un po' defilata dal centro storico. Ritengo che la struttura necessiterebbe di una manutenzione maggiore, mi sembra nell'insieme un po' trascurata.

- Thomas (8/5): Kleines, gut gelegenes Hotel mit Patina - Das charmante kleine Hotel liegt ruhig, unweit vom Piazza Bologna. Es ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und bietet Parkplätze im Hof. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber sauber, das Bett bequem. Das sehr freundliche Personal ist hilfsbereit. Das sehr gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis muss betont werden. Wir waren schon öfter in der Villa Pirandello, deshalb müssen wir erwähnen, dass Zimmer und Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Hier wäre die Renovierung notwendig. Und beim Frühstück könnte etwas Abwechslung nicht schaden.

La vetrinetta dei cornetti era piena piena di moschette tipiche del cibo in decomposizione 😭 l’ho detto al cameriere e ha fatto praticamente finta di di niente! Consapevole della presenza di queste ha continuato la sua attività al bar! Solo dopo che siamo andati via, li ha presi e tolti! Le camere niente di che, semplici ma datate.

Lo scarico del bagno della camera 24 ogni 5 minuti si ricaricava e generava rumore, quindi questo non ci ha permesso di dormire. Il letto cigolava e ad ogni movimento si aggiungeva altro rumore. La zanzariera era rotta. Sulla moquette é presente una macchia di acqua che dal bagno arriva fino al corridoio esterno, indice che hanno avuto problemi in passato in quel bagno, quindi molto probabilmente erano a conoscenza del problema. Prezzo troppo elevato per non aver dormito. Colazione nella media.

La ubicación es perfecta para ir a pasear por el centro y luego salir del caos de turistas (lo que agradecí muchas veces) y volver a este barrio más residencial y tranquilo. Estábamos a unos minutos del metro o bus para llegar donde quisiéramos. Fue muy cómodo. Los capuchinos del desayuno buenisimos!. Agradecimos el ascensor para las maletas. Habitación un poco pequeña para abrir cómodamente las maletas. Desayuno básico pero bien.

Materasso e cuscini ottimi, stanza pulita e accogliente, molto spaziosa per essere una singola. Reception aperta 24h su 24, buona la colazione senza glutine con prodotti sicuri. Di sicuro sarà il mio punto d’appoggio da ora.
