Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel incroyablement chaleureux et bienveillant. Toujours souriants, attentionnés, et particulièrement adorables avec nous, ils ont vraiment fait toute la différence. Une mention toute spéciale à “my friend” — comme je l’appelais — qui a été d’une gentillesse rare du début à la fin de notre séjour. Un vrai rayon de soleil au quotidien ! La chambre était tout simplement parfaite. Spacieuse, confortable, et surtout toujours impeccable. Le ménage était fait très régulièrement, ce qui rendait notre séjour encore plus agréable. Et que dire de la baignoire… un vrai bonheur ! Nous avons adoré pouvoir nous détendre après nos journées. Le petit déjeuner était également irréprochable : varié, copieux et délicieux. Un vrai plaisir chaque matin. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est un énorme point fort. Idéalement situé, avec tout à proximité : métro, bus, et même les bateaux ! C’était extrêmement pratique pour se déplacer et profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Et pour finir en beauté, l’hôtel nous a offert le transport jusqu’à l’aéroport. Une attention qui nous a énormément touchés ! Le trajet était tout simplement incroyable, un service de luxe que nous n’aurions même pas pensé réserver par nous-mêmes. Nous avons passé deux semaines de pur bonheur dans cet hôtel, et nous en garderons des souvenirs incroyables. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés à 100 %. Foncez, vous ne serez pas déçus !

Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und alles schnell zu erreichen. There was also a constant bad sewage smell on the first floor. Another issue is that the hotel is located on a very steep alley, which can be difficult for families with children or elderly guests.

The shower connection was broken, water sprayed in all directions. The light above the mirror did not work (in the bathroom). The curtains crumbled when touched. I don't know if it was from dirt or age. They cleaned it with chlorine

- Orkun (2/5): - Sehr Dreckiges Hotel die Zimmer waren sehr unhygienisch überall Schimmel im Bad. Und das ganze Hotel stinkt wir konnten da nicht übernachten.

Calm rooms, no noise Very bad cleaning service. Breakfast was average, few items were put. No night life or good restaurants for night in walking distance, you should go for shashli or down to istiklal

- Banu (10/5): - Konumu için tercih etmiştik, onun ötesindeki beklentilerimizi de karşıladı. Personeli nazik ve ilgili, talep etmediğimiz halde her gün temizlik yapıldı.Kahvaltısı yeterli. Merkezde konaklamak için tam bir fiyat performans oteli.

- Atiye (8/5): Waren vier Nächte dort sehr zentral - Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Badezimmer war heruntergekommen und an der Klimaanlage wand war Schimmel Frühstück war täglich das gleiche aber es gab immer Tee und türkische Mokka umsonst auch am Abend das rettete die negative Stimmung

- Sami (9/5): - سكن لطيف وسعره جميل مقارنه في مكانه والخدمات اللي يقدمها تعامل الموظفين كان رائع، جيت في وقت متاخر من الليل وسوو لي ترقيه لغرفة اعلى بحكم عدم توفر غرفتي اللي حجزتها موقعه جيد نوعا ما الفطور كان اقل من عادي التكييف بالغرفه كان ضعيف

- Khaled (8/5): جيدة نوعاً ما ولا أنصح به للأطفال وكبار السن - لطافة وبشاشة الموظفين وخدمتهم السريعة ونظافة الغرفة ووسعها حيث كانت عاملات النظافة يأتون لتنظيف الغرفة يومياً ويضعون الماء الفندق قديم بدون لوبي وبوفيه الفطور صغير جداً (مع أن إقامتي بدون فطور) والفندق قريب من الشارع الرئسي ولكن على منحدر شديد يوجد به درج للنزول والصعود وأيضاً الأثاث قديم والمرتبة خشنة جداً وبدون لحاف يعني تتغطى بالشرشف الخفيف العادي.

- Cassie (8/5): - Great place to stay, from the description I was expecting more like serviced apartments but there was a manned reception with really helpful staff. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable, only a few minutes walk from the conference centre, I would definitely stay again
