Расположение — самый центр, всё рядом, удобно добираться до всех главных мест. Персонал — отдельная любовь. Очень внимательные и заботливые: что ни попросишь — всё дают, будь то переходник, утюг или любая помощь. Чувствуется искреннее желание помочь и сделать отдых комфортным. Очень классный отель, и цена для такого уровня более чем приятная. Обязательно вернусь ещё!

Especially the bathroom, shower tray is stained like it is dirty. One of the days after cleaning our room, no toilet paper or coffees were left. The other day room was not cleaned by 5pm. When we asked they 'came to clean'. They did not even bother to change or wash our glass cups, or wipe the bathroom surfaces.

(5/5): Overrated and disappointing – location is the only saving grace. - I booked Romantic Mansion because of its high rating (8.8) and great reviews, but unfortunately, this was one of my worst experiences. I honestly don’t understand how this place maintains such a high score. The only two good things about this "hotel" are: 1. The location – it’s in the heart of a transport hub (trams, ferries, buses) and within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. 2. Deniz (apologies if I misspelled the name) – she is communicative and very helpful. The Room (403): It was dreadfully small and difficult to move around in. There was only one tiny window, making the room very dark. While the furniture might have been stylish once, it is now dilapidated and worn out. The curtains and bed cover were visibly dirty, and daily cleaning or fresh linens cannot compensate for the poor overall state of the interior. The Bathroom: A total nightmare. There were water stains on the ceiling, mold in the grout, and the cabinet under the sink was rotting. The shower was a disaster: the height was not adjustable, it was extremely difficult to regulate the water temperature, and the shower head was clogged, so the water didn't flow in even streams. A marble sink does not make up for the lack of hygiene. Furthermore – and this is a serious safety concern – there was no lampshade, just a bare lightbulb in the bathroom! Due to humidity and steam, it flickered. This is completely unacceptable. The "Reception": Just a tiny desk squeezed into a corner by the stairs. The staff spoke very little English and was not particularly welcoming. Breakfast: Although the hotel supposedly has a kitchen, no warm food was served. Every day was exactly the same: baguette, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, some white cheese, yellow cheese, and cold cuts that I didn't dare to try. There were hard-boiled eggs, small hotel jams, some cereals, and cookies. For drinks: instant coffee (no espresso machine), tea, and some diluted juice (cherry and orange-mango?). The place-mats on the tables were dirty and looked like they had never been changed. The area where breakfast is served functions simultaneously as the lobby, reception, and cafe/restaurant. It is a terrible arrangement. I would not recommend this place.

• Nora (9/5): Pleasant historic hotel - The hotel is beautifully decorated, maybe even a bit too much. But it's definitely an eye-catching style. The room was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. It was cold outside during our stay, yet the room was warm and cozy. Location is convenient near the main tourist sites, yet in a quiet street on the edge of the historic center. If you want to stay in Sultanahmet, it's a good spot. Though the hotel's location was fine, we didn't like Sultanahmet at all and regretted choosing to stay there. It felt like a big tourist trap where no locals live. It isn't the hotel's fault, but we wouldn't want to stay in this part of the city again. Also, keep in mind that the hotel building is old, the walls are thin, and the windows and doors are difficult to close. Also, there are steep stairs and no elevator.
• Gregory (10/5): A Real Gem! - In an Ideal location for The Sultanhamnet area attractions, ie. Hagia Sophia etc. Also a quick tram ride ti the Ferry Quay. Plenty of shopping and Restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Sirkeci for tube station. Great Host Bahar and helpful staff. Only problem I had was my arthritic knees get up to my Fabulous Top floor room with balcony. So I had to pause and have a coffee and snack when I returned from mt 5 miles of exploribg each day. Oh Wie is me!!🙃😂

• Kaci (3/5): Disappointing and frustrating. - The lication was great and I liked the mattress (bed) We booked a Deluxe Double Room at Romantic Mansion Hotel, but our experience was very disappointing. We arrived early in the morning to leave our luggage and asked if our room was ready. Instead of the deluxe room we had reserved, the owner gave us a standard room. He explained that he preferred to give the deluxe room to two Russian guests who wanted to stay for a week, while we had only booked for two nights. This was extremely frustrating because when you book a specific room, you mentally prepare for that experience. Having it changed on arrival completely affected our vacation. They gave us a 50€ refund, but honestly that does not compensate for the downgrade and inconvenience. The standard room was also very dirty, with a lot of dust, and most of the light bulbs were burned out. The lights were only fixed on the second night. Because of this experience, I would say that a reservation here does not feel secure. If someone comes along who wants to stay longer, it seems they may give your room to them instead.

Pas d'ascenseur, escalier étroit avec plein de biblos donc difficile de se déplacer avec des sacs de voyage. Chambre sympa mais vieillissante, eau chaude et wifi de qualité aléatoire.

• Patrizia (10/5): Bell’ambiente il caffè al piano terra, arredato con cura! Posizione strategica. - Una situazione piuttosto familiare e rilassante. Denise è un’ottima “padrona di casa”, con uno splendido sorriso e uno sguardo accogliente. Ti coccola con una bella colazione continentale servita nello spazio al piano strada, che è anche un caffè aperto al pubblico esterno dall’atmosfera romantica… un ambiente che definirei boho-chic con elementi d’arredo colorati e collezioni private un po’ eclettiche che nell’insieme creano uno spazio armonico e molto piacevole. Stanza un po’ piccola ma con letto comodo. Posizione ottima, zona tranquilla e comoda per tutte le varie attrazioni della città sia a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici. Vicina ad un parco pubblico e a vari ristoranti e negozi, consigliabile anche di notte. Contenta di averla scelta, ritornerei sicuramente! Se proprio devo fare un appunto, migliorabili i cuscini e la coperta un po’ piccola (ma credo usi così… paese che vai: usanza che trovi).

• hasnain (10/5): Overall Good - I love the short stay , Dennis is really a nice woman and her affection to kids are really sweet. Very near to Topkapi museum , Ayya Sophia and Blue Mosque. Restaurants are near by and busy streets. The rooms are small but equipped with all amenities.

Out of 3 different hotels (and cities) I probably liked this one's breakfast the best! Nice terrace, very big bathroom. Staff on the 1st day didn't speak English (thankfully, there was a paper banner with all the necessary info). On 2nd day shifts rotated I guess, and suddenly there was a woman speaking perfect Russian. Pretty narrow stairs to the rooms.

• Tammi (1/5): If you don't like sleep book here - Location was great lady who does breakfast and cleaning was lovely. Lights coming through windows until midnight. Like sleeping above a bar with the noise. The large bed you could feel every spring in it. The shower head is only built for people that a 5 feet and you have to hug the wall as the water dribbles out. It is also a family room but not a family space that you are meant to have breakfast in downstairs. We ate there once as it was to stressful. Our 2 year old unfortunately broke a cup ...apparently it was an antique cost us 40€ the whole walls are cover in it warning for families with small children. Lady also has all the tax drivers scared into only dealing through her so she gets paid. We endup going down the street to a tax place to book and got it 20€ cheaper. Was over her having her hand in our pocket.
• Mattia (7/5): Accettabile per soggiorni brevi con posizione buona - Buona posizione, stanza e hotel carini per soggiorni brevi. Ogni volta il personale staff é diverso e nessuno di loro parla inglese, difficili le richieste e la comunicazione, impossibile chiedere consigli e suggerimenti per visitare la città. Siamo arrivati stanchi e carichi di bagagli, sotto la pioggia, e la ragazza alla reception non trovava la nostra prenotazione, abbiamo atteso 30 minuti e non ci ha offerto nemmeno un bicchiere d’acqua. Pareti della doccia mancanti, nessun tappetino in bagno. Abbiamo provato a chiederlo in reception (a una terza persona) ma anche con il traduttore non è stato possibile ricevere aiuto (“tomorrow, tomorrow…”). La colazione poco varia, soprattutto per quanto riguarda le opzioni dolci. Letto non comodissimo.

• Augustina (8/5): Cazare decentă însă nu excelează - Locație foarte bună , zona destul de liniștită , curățenie făcută zilnic , gazda foarte serviabilă și atentă , comunicativă . Decorul parterului și a locației este tare drăguț . Camera prezenta diverse stricăciuni , capacul la aerul condiționat aproape cădea, ușa de la duș lipsea , accesoriile din baie erau ruginite , ușile interioare scârțâiau iar zgomotul din stradă se auzea destul de tare . Micul dejun destul de restrâns , cu feluri limitate ce se repetă . Față de la recepție nu vorbea absolut deloc engleză .

• Mahmoud (5/5): - ‏the only good thing about this hotel is the housekeeping service — the room cleaning staff are excellent. The rooms are extremely small. We were told they were 17 square meters, but they are definitely no more than 9 square meters. There is barely enough space to stand or move inside the room. The breakfast is very poor and lacks variety. There is no elevator in the building. The windows are not soundproof at all, and it feels as if you are sitting directly on the street due to the noise.

• Evgeny (8/5): Хороший вариант для коротких поездок! - Очень вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Быстрое заселение. Расположение - просто супер! Удобно добираться, вблизи от всех достопримечательностей, в шаге от парка Гюльхане. В двух шагах от трамвайной остановки, метро, паромов и набережной. Рядом кафе, кофейни, сувениры, магазины - все необходимое. Довольно уютное место!.. Номера немного старые, требующие небольшого обновления. Дверца в душе отсутствовала. Скромные завтраки. Очень не хватает вкусного кофе!!!!!!! Шумоизоляция очень плохая - слышен каждый шорох на улице.

Персонал очень вежливый, помогли забронировать такси в аэропорт дешевле цен в городе. В стоимость входит завтрак. На первом этаже отеля мини кафе с приятной атмосферой Все понравилось, спасибо большое Бронировали номер с 1 большой кроватью, но он был занят, так как кто-то из проживающих потребовал поменять ему комнату. Нам достался номер с 2 кроватями, к сожалению

• Simon (10/5): Perfekt und 10/10 für die Dame an Rezeption war eine 100 von 10 - Es war ein Fest! Die Unterkunft war absolut schön – sehr kompakt, sauber und schnuckelig. Das Frühstück war lecker und angenehm einfach gehalten. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Abla an der Rezeption: Sie hat mich und meinen Abi Jonny unglaublich herzlich empfangen, uns bestens beraten und sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Mit ihr zu sprechen war ein echtes Erlebnis – so viel Herzlichkeit, Humor und Aufmerksamkeit findet man selten! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Dank dieser tollen Frau und der schönen Atmosphäre haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt Nichts - und 24/7 Service
• sergey (10/5): - Удобное расположение отеля. В шаговой доступности все виды транспорта и основные достопримечательности. Номер небольшой, но уютный, оборудован всем необходимым . Каждый день производилась уборка, менялись полотенца. Огромное спасибо сотруднице Бахара. Невероятно доброжелательный, внимательный человек. Низкая шумоизоляция.
