La struttura è moderna, pulita e ben organizzata, con camere confortevoli e curate nei dettagli. La posizione è molto comoda, soprattutto per la vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina e ai collegamenti con il resto della città. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, professionale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la tranquillità dell’ambiente, la pulizia impeccabile e la qualità generale dei servizi offerti. Un’ottima soluzione sia per soggiorni di lavoro che per turismo. Consigliato senza esitazioni, sicuramente tornerei in futuro.

- Krisztina (5/5): - Nagyon kènyelmes volt az ágy, a fürdőkád a szobában nagyon tetszett. A felettünk lèvő emelet ès közöttünk papír vèkony volt a plafon. Minden este amikor a kutyával hazamentek vègig hallani lehetett, hogy merre jár a kutya a házban. Hangos volt nagyon, de mivel egèsz nap mentünk, hulla fáradtan tèrtünk vissza a szállásra ès így szerencsère hamar eltudtunk aludni. Az ígèret az volt, hogy reggelivel van a szállás, de ezt nem neveznèm reggelinek. Egy kávèt nem bírsz meginni, mivel nincs hűtő se tej. 3-4 fèle pèksütemèny fèle volt kipakolva már az esti órákba a másnap reggelre. Az utolsó reggelen is volt olyan kuglóf kirakva ami az első este, valószínűleg ugyanaz volt.mi 3 èjszaka 4 napot tartózkodtunk Rómában.

Se escuchaba absolutamente todo, si entrabas o salías. El vecino de arriba tocando guitarra y con el televisor encendido toda la noche. 2 Variedad en el desayuna poca. 3 La imagen relacionada en la página a la realidad es totalmente diferente. 4 La cama totalmente incómoda para descansar. En si sobre los 4 días que estuvimos no se pudo descansar ni dormir bien.

Da wir erst am abend wieder ins zimmer sind, wollten wir wegen der hellhöhrigkeit und der wasserverschwendung diesen nicht ein zweites mal einlassen.

I also love how they took care of my needs to get a taxi back to the airport the following morning. This place is worth to book with. On our last night at 2am, the guest couple came in at 2am and woke us up talking nonstop at the lobby. I expected the host or receptionist to tell them that other people are sleeping but they haven't and they carried on being loud all night at the lobby and in their room. Also I wish we had more breakfast options rather than just pastries, yogurts and ham 😅.

- Barbara (8/5): Städtetrip Rom - Die Suites liegen im Stadtteil Tiburtina, wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Tirbutina entfernt. Von hier aus kann man mit U-Bahn oder Bus gut ins Centro Storico gelangen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants. Wir hatten ein nettes und sehr sauberes Zimmer mit einem Whirlpool und einem Balkon, auf dem wir frühstücken konnten. Jeden Tag wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Zur Begrüßung standen eine Flasche gekühlter Prosecco und Wasser bereit.

Considerando il prezzo della camera, dovrebbero inlcludere la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito per i clienti automuniti. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata con croissant freschi, frutta, tostapane, varietà di creme e marmellate e una macchina per caffè e cappuccino.

Ma purtroppo devo dire che questa struttura non è adatta alle coppie, sentiamo tutto ciò che accade nelle altre camere e ovviamente gli altri sentono noi. Mi dispiace svalutarlo il posto è molto bello e la posizione perfetta, ma sinceramente la cifra che abbiamo speso non era minima. Avrei preferito tranquillità e privacy. Capisco che ovviamente nell’appartamento non ci siamo solo noi. Ma non è piacevole sentire le intere conversazioni dei vicini. e non solo conversazioni.

- Cheyanne (8/5): Great for our week long stay, would recommend to anyone. - Super clean (house cleaning/fresh towels everyday), relatively close to a metro station, and the staff was incredibly accommodating all while being budget friendly. I would absolutely stay here again. The ONLY issue I had was check in and it was partially due to my own failure to communicate prior to arrival. This location is not a hotel site but a bed and breakfast within an apartment type complex so we were slightly lost.

Camera molto carina. La vasca idromassaggio ha un flusso dalle bocchette troppo debole. Uno degli asciugamani forniti era un po' sporco. C'erano delle formiche sul balcone.

Everything was exactly as expected, and the overall experience was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and what really stood out was the daily service — the towels were changed every day, the bed was made, and the room was cleaned regularly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I stayed here with my girlfriend, and we both felt very comfortable and well taken care of. The owner, an elderly gentleman, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His attitude really made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily come back again. Breakfast was the only small downside. You had to arrive early or move quickly to make sure you got enough food, as the options could run out fast.

- Elena (7/5): Ottima posizione + vasca e sauna rilassanti. - Mi è piaciuta l’ottima posizione, la pulizia anche del corridoio ed il fatto (perché me ne sono resa conto solo dopo aver prenotato senza cancellazione gratuita) che mi abbiano permesso di portare con me a soggiornare la mia bassottina. Pulizie giornaliere e risposta immediata su Whatsapp per rispondere a qualsiasi dubbio. LA VASCA E SAUNA STUPENDE! Zero insonorizzazione (argomento) : rumori continui da parte dei condomini e utilizzo di uno strumento musicale durante le ore di riposo come primo pomeriggio o tarda serata, sentivo anche le conversazioni della stanza accanto quando venivano ospiti il che ha reso il riposo quasi impossibile in certi momenti. Se ci fosse stata un’adeguata insonorizzazione sarebbe stato perfetto.

- Alessia (7/5): Nel complesso bel soggiorno, posizione comoda a metro e stazione. Signora gentile e cortese. Qualcosina da migliorare ne - L’interno è completamente nuovo e ristrutturato. É molto vicino alla stazione Tiburtina, raggiungibile a piedi in 10/15 minuti. La signora veramente molto gentile e disponibile, sempre reperibile telefonicamente. La colazione era inclusa, nel corridoio vengono posizionate delle torte confezionate e sono presenti macchina del caffè e altro, per una colazione fai da te da preparare e consumare in camera. Non c’è uno spazio comune. Il primo giorno nel frigo in camera avevamo acqua, prosciutto cotto e confezione di latte che abbiamo usato nella prima colazione. Il frigo non è stato rifornito, quindi il secondo giorno sostanzialmente non avevamo a disposizione la colazione, se non le torte confezionate e il caffè. Niente latte, acqua o prosciutto cotto (noi facciamo colazione salata, quindi siamo andati al bar) Sono stanze ricavate in un appartamento, quindi non c’è una reception. Il ragazzo addetto a questo tipo di gestione non c’era mai, ogni volta ho avuto bisogno di chiamare la signora telefonicamente, che a sua volta avvisava il ragazzo di venire nell’alloggio, questo ha sicuramente fatto allungare alcuni tempi.

Je suis très mécontent de mon séjour et je ferait parvenir un e-mail avec des photo à l’appuie pour être indemnisé ! 600euro pour trois nuit dans une chambre airbnb c’est inadmissible. Aucun petit déjeuner dans la chambre, pas de couette, un vulgaire drap. Ma copine avait froid. J’ai dû passer 1h à nettoyer le jacuzzi car il était dégelasse, photo à l’appuie, des poils etc… La porte ne ce fermer pas entièrement. Le montant de la porte avait était forcer. Une honte !

Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente! La reception, inoltre, molto d’aiuto! Ringrazio per questa bellissima esperienza.

- SANDRA (7/5): - Es un apartamento, que se divide en 2 habitaciones, cada una con llave correspondiente y su baño. Tiene una buena ubicación, no esta en el centro de Roma, pero esta a 4 paradas en metro de la estacion centrica (termini) desde aqui puedes ir andando a casi todos lados. Las instalaciones estan bien, aunque la cama suena bastante, hay una mini nevera que suele venir bien, por lo demas todo correcto. El desayuno es demasiado industrial, todo bollos, me hubiera gustado unas tostadas… tambien el ultimo dia que teniamos que salir a las 11, no tuvimos desayuno, solo habia cafes y unas galletas. El dia de entrada a el apartamento (ponia que la entrada era a las 12h) pero hasta las 13:40 no pudimos entrar, pero nos guardaron las maletas y pudimos ir a ver cosas. El jacuzzi esta bien, no es muy grande pero pra 3 personas perfecto. Las sabanas estaban un poco viejas, con hilos rotos, y ya estropeadas de el uso. El chico que nos recibio era bastante majo,

- Angelika (10/5): - Jacuzzi po całodziennych spacerach robi robotę , łóżko mega wygodne , wygląd wyposażenie pokoju balkon super ....czysto , ciepło byliśmy teraz w grudniu , pokój sprzątany ręczniki wymieniane codziennie ....dziękujemy Niuans ...śniadania trochę lipa dla Polaków bo tylko ciasto suchary i dżem i herbata tylko zielona i brak cukru.,. wiem że to nie duży problem ale miałam napisać co mi się nie podobało ....

Anche posizione se si vuole usufruire della metro e x i parcheggi visto che ci sono diversi garage nei dintorni La colazione da migliorare Certo non è un albergo.. Ma con poco sarebbe tutto perfetto
