- Theodora (10/5): - Cozy apartment in a great location! I love the vintage feel of the building and the many shops nearby. It's also very close to a bus stop and train stations that allow you to get around very easily. The only downside is that the toilet smells a bit moldy.
- Mehmet (8/5): Tavsiye ederim. - Sadece eksiklileri yazacağım, bunun dışında her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi. Kombi çalışırken çok ses çıkarıyordu, diğer husus ise otoparka girişin nasıl olacağı ile ilgili görsellere bilgi metni hazırlanmalı, çünkü viyanada ki sistemi bilmeyen birisi otoparkı bulamayabilir. Otoparka apartmanın sokağa bakan kısmında büyük avlu kapısından girilmesi gerekiyor. biz girişi bulamadık sokaktan birisi yardımcı oldu. Apartmanın tam konum bilgisi eksik güncellenmesi gerekiyor . Bunların dışında her şey güzeldi.
- Timo (4/5): - Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im 3. OG in der Wohnung Nr. 21. Folgende Dinge waren bei Ankunft defekt und wurden am nächsten Morgen der Vermietungsagentur gemeldet: Rolladen Schlafzimmer, Wohnungsklingel und Spiegelleuchte im Bad. Repariert wurde nach erneuter Rückfrage durch mich nur die Badbeleuchtung. Des Weiteren fehlten im Kühlschrank sämtliche Ablagen in der Tür. Die Vorhänge waren stark verschmutzt und mit vielen dunklen Flecken überzogen. Die Zimmerränder sowie Heizkörper waren stark verschmutzt und es fehlten auch Ablagen und Handtuchhalterungen auf der Toilette sowie im Bad. Möbel waren nur spärlich vorhanden und mit stärksten Gebrauchsspuren versehen. Wir können zumindest diese Wohnung definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

- Alba (8/5): Bigger and nicer than expected - The apartment was bigger than we expected. It was clean and close to the subway. During our stay we had some doubts which were solved quickly. We could have used a bit more cutlery and pans/pots.

- Viktoria (6/5): - Das Appartement ist schon ein wenig abgenutzt, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Allerdings war ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Appartement. Ebenfalls war der Toaster defekt und in der Mikrowelle Brösel/Essensreste der Vorgänger. Das hat uns dann doch ein bisschen mehr gestört.

- Klaus (6/5): - Reinigung der Ferienwohnung erfolgte erst bei Ankunft, war in 15min. erledigt !!!! ?(Hatten unsere Ankunftszeit aber angegeben.) Im Bad rocht es immer muffig, trotz Abzug/Lüftung an der Decke und Duft-Teil . Möbel im Wohnzimmer teils abgewohnt. Küchenbedarf könnte aufgestockt werden(z.B. Flaschenöffner, Deckel für Töpfe, Besen...) Ein Spiegel in der Garderobe wäre auch von Vorteil, nicht nur den Kleinen im Bad. Gut war, dass unser Toaster sofort ausgetauscht wurde weil er defekt war. An Sauberkeit könnte noch gearbeitet werden, Gut wär auch gewesen wenn man uns nach frischen Handtüchern gefragt hätte, wir waren fast 14 Tage in der Ferienwohnung. ! (Da angegeben wurde das Handtücher vorhanden sind. )Kurzum, für Kurztrip OK, für länger sollte man sich selbst mehr mitbringen.
- Matthias (10/5): - Apartment war sauber. Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, deswegen war es bei uns eine Art Sauna (hatten immer über 30 Grad draußen). Nach Nachfrage wurde ein zweiter Ventilator zur Verfügung gestellt.
- Gabriel (4/5): Ne vous fiez pas aux photos - Le logement ne correspond pas aux photos. Ils sont bien plus vieux, et pas toujours bien conçus. C'est un bâtiment avec pleins de logement qui ont été divisés pour faire des appartements de vacances. Personne pour vous accueillir, juste des échanges par e-mail. L'appartement avait la chaudière commune avec d'autres appartement. Cette dernière n'étant pas fermé dès que quelqu'un prend une douche on l'entend dans le salon où est le deuxième lit. Une plaque faisait sautée l'électricité d'au moins deux appartements. L'équipement est cependant bien : lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-onde, plaque (dont une qui fait sauté les plombs), four (non testé), réfrigérateur. N'est pas au centre, mais les transports sont proches et il y a un grand SPAR pour faire les courses à côté.

- Sophie (6/5): - The property itself was clean and tidy, but sharing 1 bathroom with 9 people was a struggle. Also, the people in the one room, had to walk through either the bathroom or another bedroom to get through to the kitchen / hallway. It was also frustrating that we had to pay extra to have towels and linen for the 9th person, who had to sleep on a couch (I have no clue where a 10th person would have fit).
- matthew (10/5): - We were a party of 6 and we all fit just fine. The apartment is small but we managed alright. Its an easy walk from the train station. Management is excellent with communication, they responded quickly when we had a question.

- Simon (6/5): Needs updating - It needs updating .im sure theres bed bugs or in the sofa if not bed. The toilet/shower room smelled . I contact them about it and the one light bulb.no one did turn up as promised . TV is ok if you speak the local language. Area is ok. Not to far from central areas, not too near . Ubhf less than 3 minutes away

- Ana (8/5): - Cogimos el más sencillo y está bien comunicado, cerca de un súper Spar, es tranquilo parece un almacén hecho dos apartamentos pero por el precio genial, la ducha es demasiado pequeña no te puedes casi mover y falta algún útil de cocina como unas tijeras,, la cama muy comoda. Las sábanas pequeñas pero te amoldas son individuales, muchos edredones por si tienes frío.Volveria aunque puede que cogería un nivel superior, aunque este estaba a pie de calle, otra ventaja para mí.

- Chona (8/5): - I like so much the location of the Apartment because it is very convenient for the train stations. Meidling station direct to airport. Lots of international stores around and shopping stores and restaurants nearby. I like the room that we stayed is clean but only some ants inside our rooms. The only thing the bread toaster is broken that makes the electricity all down. Our 2 beds are very comfortable. I am still wishing to stay again in this Apartment when i come back Vienna.... - Shinako (10/5): - 部屋は広く、何もかも過不足なく揃っており、清潔で完璧でした。ただ週末だったせいか周辺住民（隣かそのまた隣の建物の住民）が夜中まで中庭で騒ぎ、大音響で音楽を聴いていたのが困りました。
- Hosay (8/5): - Alles unkompliziert und einfach, Service war gut und alles vorhanden. Es war sauber und aufgeräumt.
- Elena (8/5): - Die Sauberkeit war solala. Tag der Ankunft und Tage später hat es grausam gestunken. Sogar die Bettwäsche oben beim Schlafsofa. Vermute die vorherigen Gäste hatten vor abreise gekocht, kurzdrauf wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt und als wir kamen stank es furchtbar. Für mich als Frau unerträglich. Musste die Bettwäsche mehrmals Taglich wärend 3-4Tage parfümieren. Im kleinen WC wo Wc-Schüssel vorhanden ist, wurde der Boden nicht sauber geputzt. Es stank sehr stark nach Urin vom Boden. Die Urinspuren waren auch sichtbar auf dem Boden. Für 7Übernachtungen etwas über 1000Franken bezahlt für das Appartement mit Terasse definitiv nicht wert.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Tolle Lage, ruhig, Nahversorger & Öffis ums Eck - Unterkunft ist toll gelegen, 3 U-Bahnstationen, mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Ein Wochenmarkt und Supermarkt, diverse kleinere Läden alles in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Fußgängerzone auch nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Unterkunft liegt ruhig in einer Wohnstraße und nicht allzu weit weg von Schloss Schönbrunn (Bus 10A fährt direkt), Tierpark Schönbrunn und Technischem Museum. War sauber, Wäsche, Geschirrspültabs und Waschmaschinen Pods vorhanden. Ebenso Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Trockengestell für Wäsche, Balkon. Alles was man braucht, nur Lebensmittel inkl. Gewürze sind mitzubringen. Toilettartikel gibt es nur Seife. Lift ist vorhanden.
- rahela (8/5): - Apartman je smješten u blizini svih sadržaja (U-bahn, prehrana, druge trgovine) Nalazi se u staroj zgradi kojoj je potrebno renoviranje (stubište, hodnik).Stan je renoviran, čist, nedostaje suđa u kuhinji (zdjele za salatu, pleh u pećnici, premali frižider za tako veliki apartman), nedostaju utičnice za fen u kupaoni, nedostaje metla za čišćenje. - Christine (10/5): Tolles Apartment! - Das Apartment(Wiener Penthouse) war neuwertig, gut aufgeteilt, mit einer schönen Dachterasse und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Durch die fehlende Klimaanlage war es im Wohnraum teilweise sehr warm, das Schlafzimmer im unteren Stock hingegen blieb kühl. Ventilator ist vorhanden. Sauberkeit könnte an manchen Stellen etwas besser sein, gesamt hat uns das Apartment aber voll und ganz überzeugt. Auch die Kommunikation mit checkvienna hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Infos zum Check-In kamen frühzeitig, auf Anfrage war auch ein Late-Checkout kein Problem.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok stay but no ventilation - Apartment fulfilled our expectations except that there was no ventilation besides opening windows. We had read on another booking site that there would be ceiling fans but there was only one fan standing on the floor and we had to clean it before using it. There is no ventilation above the stove so the place gets filled with fumes from cooking food. We also had to clean up the washing machine before use. Besides this, the place was ok and we got great assistance from the main office when we had various questions during our stay. We would book it again should we need to stay in the neighborhood.

We enjoy it the apartment during the trip. Staffs are nice as well. However if you bring huge luggage may have another concern, because if you check out early, the place to leave luggage are not the same position as the department. (Need to take metro/tram to city center)

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The location of this property is good, very near the U bahn and only 2 stations from the airport. However some things about the flat were unsatisfactory. We could not shut the blind in the bedroom fully and it had a see through curtain, we put a pillow in the gap. The one curtain rail was not fixed correctly and fell down several times and the TV did not work, The property was well heated and had hot water. The arrangement of collecting the keys is very easy although the labelling on the key was confusing (just the number of the flat would be easier) We hope to stay here again.
- Davinia (10/5): Perfect Apartment for everyone! - Our expectations were fullfilled when we decided to rent this apt. for our 5 day stay in Vienna. To start off, this apt. was close to every where we went and metro station was 4 mins away. The apt. was spacious, comfortable and it felt like home. We were also very happy that we had a balcony. The only thing that bothered us is that the sink was clogged and there weren't enough utensils to cook with. Everything else was super! Keep it up! Will definetly reccomend! Thanks 😊

- Verified traveler (4/5): Não vale o preco - O que mais desagradou neste lugar foi descobrir que é cobrado $35 euros de taxa de limpeza, porem isso não fica claro na reserva e não ha aviso antecipado sobre este pagto, simplesmente alguem aparece e exige o pagto. Porem, não há arrumação, limpeza ou troca de toalhas diários. O apto fica um pouco longe do centro e necessário fazer 1 baldeação no metro. O prédio e mal conservado, com paredes e corredores sujos, a entrada e a mesma para carros e pedrestes. O comercio ao redor tem muitas lojas que vendem produtos populares, o bairro parece ser de maioria muçulmana. Andar a noite requer atenção, ha muitas pessoas suspeitas em especial perto da estação do metro, fomos seguidos uma vez por 2 suspeitos. O apto e grande e limpo, tem o basico de utensílios de cozinha, porem as facas estavam todas cegas e com cabos quebrados. o aquecimento estava ok, mas no verão acho que o apto deve ser muito quente. A qualidade do sono regular, ha uma igreja que toca o sino com frequência e não ha cortinas black out no quarto. a cama e muito baixa e o colchão e travesseiros muito moles. wifi funcionava ok. me foi permitido sem custo extra check in antecipado e check tardio.

- Atte (10/5): A very nice hotel! - A very nice room with everything you would ever need! The only bad thing I can think of is that it was confusing to find at first, but a simple phone call cleared things up! It's also only a walking distance away from the very beautiful Schönbrunn Palace. Would definitely go to this hotel again!
