- Bo (8/5): 良く寝れました - 小さな部屋ですが、ぐっすり眠れました。デスクスペースが狭いので長時間のラップトップでの仕事は難しいと感じました。コンセントとUSBが複数あり、充電には困りません。朝食もパンとゆで卵が美味しかったです。 アイロンがなかったので、外部のクリーニング店を使用せねばならなかったのが少し残念でした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 혼자 이용하기 좋았습니다. - 혼자 여행 갔고 1인실로 예약했습니다 . 다른 곳에 비해 저렴해서 별로 기대 안 하고 갔었는데 생각보다 방이 깨끗하고 심플해서 좋았습니다. 하우스키핑도 싱글룸은 없는 줄 알았는데 매일 해줬습니다. 방음이 살짝 안되긴 했는데 예민한 사람 아니면 문제없을 것 같습니다.

So, I was covered in sweat all night and couldn't sleep. Plus, the smell it smelled strongly of mildew and cigarette smoke. Staff, however, were very nice.

- Moses Joel (10/5): - This is a budget minded property. Small room with its own bathroom water closet. No guests allowed, not a lot of frills. Still very welcoming, very clean, and easy to get to multiple JR and subways. Family mart and 7 eleven next door and across the street. Good dining area 4 blocks away. Perfect for someone that plans to stay out exploring and just needs a landing pad to sleep. Would recommend unless you are looking for more amenities ie. Spa, bar etc
- Verified traveler (4/5): 駅から近いR＆B 朝食は有料 - JR馬喰町から近くて便利でした。以前泊まったR＆Bは朝食無料でしたが、こちらのホテルは有料（￥500）でした。受付のスタッフは少し冷たい印象で、アメニティをとろうとしたらしっかり監視している風だったりでした。
- masaru (8/5): - 部屋に関しては特に問題無く清潔で快適でした。 冷蔵庫が小さくて、少し困って中の棚を外して 大きめのペットボトルや紙パックの飲料入れてましたが2本入れると他は何も入らないので 長期滞在の時は少し困ります。 場所的なのか時期なのか、外の音（サイレンや車の音）が夜間結構響いてうるさかったです。

We had just arrived in Tokyo from our flight from the US, so it was great to have a place easy to get to from Tokyo station, and where we could quickly get clean and rested. We had to leave early and missed the breakfast!

- kurumi (10/5): 女性・仕事利用からの視点 - 仕事で宿泊しました。アプリの情報ではアメニティのことが書いてなかったので化粧水など持って行きましたが、実際はフロントの横に歯ブラシなどとともに、メイク落とし・洗顔・化粧水等置いてあり、部屋に上がる際に持っていけるとのことでした。（レディースプランのセットに含まれる中で化粧水など一部のみ使用できるようでした。）ヘアアイロンは置いてないと電話で聞いていたので持って行き困らずに済みました。仕事で荷物を最小限にしたかったので、このような情報がもっと掲載されていれば良いのにと思いました。 また、お部屋はとてもコンパクトに設計されていましたが、電源等も十分にあり、長方形型で自由に置いたり持ったりできるタイプのミラーが置いてあったので、必要十分という感じでした。リッチな鏡台などより、私には自由に使えるこの大きめの鏡のほうが活用しやすく、この合理的な設置はとても気に入りました。目覚まし時計が置いてあるのも新鮮でしたが使いませんでした。 朝食は、レタス中心のサラダ、ちょうど良い茹で加減のゆで卵、少しのパン、ヨーグルトにコーヒーやジュース、と、私にはちょうど良かったですが、人によっては物足りないかもしれません。 このように、必要十分・必要最低限に揃っているホテルで、東京駅にも近いので、また利用しても良いと思いました。 ひとつだけ、ベッドの近くにホコリがたまっていたのが残念でしたが、それ以外に汚れなどは感じず清潔でした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): 環境とお客様にも優しいホテル - 連泊なのでアメニティ不要と伝えたら 2泊分でQUOカード¥500もらえました。 また、掃除が不要かどうかも選べて不要だったらスタンプがもらえ５つ貯まるとQUOカードもらえて、全店共通なので、他の出張先でも、この系列にしたいと思いました。 また、朝食も¥500でこのクオリティなら コンビニで買うより安いし、利用してよかったです。 最近、エコだと言って連泊は掃除しません！ って決めつけたホテルが多いけど こちらは、自分で選べて、選択によっては 特典があるのがありがたいです。 また、利用したいです。

- Fernan (10/5): - Location is very convenient for food, train, and Akihabara (which is about a 15 min walk). Ueno, Asakusa, and Ginza aren't too far either. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and roomy for one person. Besides that the room was a bit too warm for me everything about this place was great.

Good location, very near to multiple subway lines with direct access to Tokyo Station. Multiple convenient stores located within the vicinity of the hotel. Staff is friendly, though English may be somewhat limited.

- Ashleigh (8/5): after New Year's stay - I'd stayed in this chain's hotel before in another town so I already knew what to expect. Everything seemed well - can't beat the price. The location was in a surprisingly quiet residential area of Tokyo nearby the Sumida River. Only minor complaints were that there was a suspicious stain in the corner of the tub and that there needs to be at least butter or jelly at breakfast (canned or dried fruit, yogurt, and hot chocolate could also enhance breakfast).
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice Hotel close to center of Tokyo. - I was close to all major attractions in Tokyo with a maximum 1-hour commute but most attractions were on average 30 minutes.
- CJ (8/5): Value for money - Helpful and highly responsible stuff that helped with my trip planning going back to Narita aiport. Besides this hotel also had let me check-in 30 mins earlier that my pre-booked time and allowed me to change to non-smoking room when there was room available. They are very flexible and willing to change to suit my needs if they can. Good location which near about 3-5 mins walk to the Higashi- Nihombashi exit B3. And if you carry a big luggage like me, it's advice to take the lift exit at A4 which is next to B4 exit. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends.
- djcach (8/5): Excellent Location and staff Recommended - We stayed 4 days at this hotel. Location is great , just steps from Higashi Nihonbashi station, when you can get Metro line A and get connected with everywhere. 2 more train stations very close. Staff very helpful, we can communicate in English with no problems. A convenience store next door. You can fin fro food to beverages, chips even books 24/7.
- Kwang Peng (8/5): - This hotel is ideal for people who wants to stay near Eastern side of Tokyo (Near to Akihabara, Asakusa, Ueno, Oshiage-Tokyo Skytree, etc).
- Tunyaluck (10/5): Not too small. Very convenient. - I booked this hotel as a second choice because my first choice which is near Tokyo station was full. Turn out I was very happy. It is very convenient. The Keisei Skyaccess trains run directly between the hotel and both Haneda and Narita airport stop here which is only ¥1,290/trip much cheaper than Narita Express and the main Narita Skyaccess express trains. The room is although small but packed with a small fridge, a flat screen TV with super clear cable signal, wired and wireless internet. The hotel is also easy access to 3 train lines. It is in very quiet, safe and super clean neighborhood. There are several chain grocery stores nearby. Familymart is adjacent to it.
- Deedee (8/5): Nice hotel and close to Akihabara and Asakusa ^_^ - The Hotel was nice, affordable, pretty clean, very kind staff, and close to at least 3 train stations, I also went to Akihabara walking and took me 20 mins. I also took the train, 3 mins, to Asakusa. went to Ueno and took me 10 mins. There's also a convince store,open 24/7, right beside the hotel. The room was small but very clean, but who cares how big or small the room is if you are going out the whole day and use the room only for sleeping. I would go back to this hotel if I would want a place to stay. ^_^
- Hynek (8/5): Simple but Functional - Just a few minutes walk from the train line that goes directly to the Narita Airport. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room is rather small compared to US standards, but cozy and functional. Unlike stated on Hotels.com, there was not only wired but also wireless internet connection available in my room. The breakfast is simple - pastries, boiled eggs, soups. There are a number of restaurants and convenience stores in the neighborhood. Good deal for the price!
- Kevin (8/5): Not too bad. - Not too bad. Room was clean, small but cozy, and had a personal bathroom. The bed felt like it was a wooden box with a pillowtop on it and the pillow was overstuffed with the little plastic things so it wasn't too comfortable. The hotel is right next to a konbini and right down the street from two rail lines, so it is in a convenient spot. All in all, not too bad, but it was not worth the $80 a night that I spent.

The location was very convenient. I had to go to Haneda airport and it is 1 minute walk to tube station. You can find airport express line and it is direct. The area is safe. Just below you find convenient store. I highly recommend it.
- YC (8/5): Closed to JR & Subway stations - Very closed to nearest JR or subway station (within 3-5 minutes walking distance). The room cleanliness is good and the room size is considered spacious. However, hotel guests need to go to hotel lobby to get hot water or drinking water because the room did not equip with kettle.

- Tara (4/5): Smelled like smoke - We stayed at the R&B Higashi in Ryogoku because we needed to be closer to Haneda Airport before departing the next day. They only had smoking rooms available so thats what we got. When we walked into our room, I nearly couldnt breath the smell of smoke was so strong. Room was super tiny, even for Tokyo standards. We spent majority of night away from room because of smell. We would not stay there again.
