• Johann (9/5): Excellent location - The location is excellent - it is 2 minutes' walk from Okachimachi JR station on the Yamanote line. It also is a short walk from the Ueno-Hirokoji (Ginza line) station. At the hotel itself, the amenity bar and pyjamas are good. You are able to switch pillows using the pillow bar too. The staff are helpful. Free coffee available. A little bit of noise can be heard from the street but that is not the hotel's fault and may be due to the floor I was on (2F).

• Christian (9/5): In a very convenient location and the rooms are just the right size for what you need - Great staff and location with comfy rooms! Walls are a bit thin and you can hear outside hallway/room noises.

• Carola (7/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut mit guter Anbindung. Um die Ecke direkt ein Kaufhaus mit einer tollen Foodabteilung im Untergeschoss. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, das Personal freundlich. Zimmer extrem klein, 3 Bügel definitiv zu wenig. Es kam ein fauliger Geruch im Bad aus den Ausflüssen, das war unangenehm. Bett etwas durchgelegen.

• karel (10/5): - Možnost vyzkoušet různé polštáře ( doslova vás upozorní, abyste si vybrali ze 4 typů polštáře na vyzkoušení) samozřejmě normální polštáře máte již na pokoji, dobrá snídaně, příjemný personál, výborné místo. Měl jsem tichý pokoj. Možnost úschovy zavazadel. Velikost pokoje odpovídá ceně.
• Tobias (8/5): Ein gutes Hotel für ein paar Tage in Tokyo - Das Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten von der nächsten Bahnverbindung entfernt und befindet sich in der Nähe von vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Zimmer entsprechen dem guten japanischen Standard. Es hätte ein wenig mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück geben können, aber insgesamt war es in Ordnung

• IRINA (9/5): - My third time staying here - still the best option for single travelers (or those who prefer having pesonal bathroom and bedroom even when travelling together). The room is very small (no surprise here) but enough space to move around or to open a suitcase. Contains everything one might need. Very nice hair dryer :)) You may even choose a suitable pillow from the storage on the first floor, if you find the one provided by default uncomfortable. The location is perfect - it's very close to JR Okachimachi station, right between Ueno and Akihabara. These areas are bustling with life, but the hotel area is pretty quiet even though a big street is just 150m away. The aircon was a bit noisy and difficult to operate. A printout of brief instructions how to use it could be useful.

A little quieter with less hustle but heaps to see and do. So many complimentary extras to make your stay relaxing. Staff are wonderful. The pillows, or at least the ones we had. A little bit to get used to.

• 瓊蕙 (9/5): - 住宿地點很好！附近地鐵站夠多！附近都有便利超商，走一小段路的地方能購物也能吃飯，房間很適合單人住宿，空間大小也可以正常地開啟行李箱，房間整體來說清潔也都做得很好。 剛進房間的時候浴室有點悶悶的感覺，但開門通風後就有改善

• WeeHongK (6/5): Ok for a very short stay - Good location near Ueno-Hirokoji metro station and JR Okachimachi station. However sound proofing is bad and you can hear your neighbours everytime as well as the drainage. Rooms are tiny but cannot complain for the price. There is a paid laundry in the hotel so highly convenient.

• KERRY (6/5): - Overall this is a decent budget hotel…if you have considerate neighbours. I unfortunately did not. Room walls are extremely thin and if your neighbour is slamming around then you’ll hear everything. People were also gathering in the hallway to talk very late and you can hear every word. My bathroom sink smelled of rotten eggs sometimes. The room itself was nice and functional, well thought out. Unfortunately I wouldn’t return due to the noise issues. Staff at reception were lovely, always greeting me each morning and evening.

• John (7/5): A clean, convenient, and comfortable stay with thoughtful amenities in a prime location. - Great location close to Keisei-Ueno Station, making it super convenient for Skyliner access to and from Narita Airport. Clean facilities, strong internet, and a nice touch with the pillow selection in the lobby. The accommodation tax was a surprise — it’s a tiny fee, but arriving late and having to dig out my cards to pay it wasn’t the smoothest start.

Close to Ueno park and the attractions there, also has plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance. The pillow bar to choose pillows of different styles from in the lobby was also a great addition!
• Harsha (9/5): Centrally located ,Ideal for short stay - Location of hotel was ideal , 2 metro lines option helped to travel within city more easily .Convinient store right neat hotel also was ideal to grab anything as needed. Room was clean and neat. Staff was polite and nice. Ideal place for short stay and good value for money . AC function did not work which made room sometime very hot. Room cleaning even though requested was not done only new towels were kept , they did not even clean garbage which piled up in 2 days i was staying. They should have atleast cleaned it out each day.

• Tracey (10/5): Great location for solo travelers! - Location is super convenient. Transportation is easily accessible. Lots of restaurants and shops. Staff are super friendly and hospitable. There’s also a self service laundromat, detergent was provided. You can access YouTube, Netflix and other streaming services on the TV. Breakfast provided was good, I liked the curry with the soft boiled egg. Not really a deal breaker but the dining area in the morning for breakfast can get crowded pretty fast.

• Tina (9/5): Superb - Comfortable stay. Convenient place with many restaurants around. There's a Lawson store across from the street, and the Ueno Onshi Koen is within walking distance. It's also close to several train stations, so you can take a train to Asakusa, Akihabara, and other tourist attractions. Kei-sei Ueno Station is also nearby so it's convenient for travelers to take the Skyliner to Narita Airport. The heat is a bit too hot. Setting the temperature down didn't work. It'd be better if hotel guests can just choose to use air conditioner or heat.
