• Suqin (7/5): Good - Convenient location for the airport. Some of the staff could be better trained. After confirming in advance for extended period of luggage storage, I still had to battle with the front desk staff on the day for 10min, despite showing him the confirmation message on Booking.

It's small, but that's what you get when looking for affordable in Tokyo. The issues are less with the place and more on the location. They do the best they can with what they have got

• James (9/5): Superb - Booked this hotel at about 1am after a late flight cancellation. Arrived at 2am and both rooms were ready, clean, and relatively spacious (for Tokyo). Staff were super accomodating and very helpful, in particular MD who was working reception when we arrived.
