• 693helenc (10/5): Great hotel. Amazing staff. - Room small as expected in Japan but very comfortable. Great shower (over bath) and toilet with multiple features. Rooms very clean. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Close to Toyocho Subway. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. On multiple occasions they helped us with directions and organising cabs. They printed maps, gave us hand written instructions in Japanese to give to cab drivers and even came out to speak to the drivers in some instances. The best service I have ever experienced. The only issue we had is that they clean rooms between 10-3 so the Do Not Disturb sign ( not wanting cleaning) had to be put out before 10 in order to be able to access the room during those times.

• jUNICHI (6/5): 惜しいんだってば！ - 随所に工夫と配慮を感じました が、何点かは微妙、あえて良いところは省きますね 照明、欲しいところにない、調光しにくく、微調整が出来ない、付ければ眩しく、消せば暗い 空調が良くない、調整が効かず暑くなりすぎて何度も目が覚めた マットレスは、、、仕方ないのかな タオル、硬い、固すぎ。他も硬いから？ならばお宅さまが柔らかければ、ね？ １番はカランを換えるべき。いきなり熱いお湯が出てプチやけど。微調整も難しく。安定しない。一日も早く あとは余計なお世話ですが、お客様が食事するスペース、しかも１番目だつスペースでリネンの仕事をするのは如何なものかと。少なくとの見えるところでやるべきではない、と思います 20年愛した街です 素晴らしいハードと立地をお持ちなので、リピーターの心を掴めば元はとれるはず あと半歩、頑張れ！！

• rayofsj (8/5): Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient - Booked a single room. Clean and cozy. The bathroom may be uncomfortable for tall/large guests. Breakfast was juice, coffee, pastries, and eggs. Staff was courteous and check in and out was simple. It’s near several restaurants and convenience stores in a relatively quiet area.

The Breakfast was good. Although the rooms are quite small in downtown Tokyo it's one of the cheaper places to stay, they are usually sold out .

• mantaro (8/5): 良いホテルだが、改善して欲しい点も。 - 駅から近く、周辺に中華、牛丼、カフェや安いスーパーもある。玄関が広くて庭や植え込みもありgood！スタッフの対応も良い。朝軽食は遅めに行くのが良い、焼きたてパンが随時出てくるので。ただし、コーヒー、ジュース、スープのレベルは低い。 改善して欲しいのは、机の狭さと部屋に湯沸かしがないこと。

• Yoko (8/5): コスパがいいホテル - 海外から帰国後、東京に１泊して滞在する流れで利用しました。 ２階のランドリーコーナーに有料の洗濯機と乾燥機が２台ずつあり、そこで洗濯ができて助かりました。近隣にはコンビニや飲食店もあり、駅も近く、羽田空港からのリムジンバスのバス停からも近くとても便利でした。
• なっこ (6/5): 少しものたりない - 湯沸かしセットがあるホテルに宿泊したあと泊まったので、少し不便を感じた。窓口の人が愛想がなかった。朝食時間をもっと早めて欲しい。始発電車に何とか対応してもらえると嬉しい。
• Verified traveler (6/5): 女性向きではないかな - ヘアブラシなどのアメニティがなく歯ブラシのみフロントで配られます。部屋に鏡がない為ユニットバスのトイレの前で化粧などしなければならず、女性にはお勧めしない。 駅からは近くて便利です。
• Keiko (4/5): がっかりでした。又 - 一番の不満は連泊者でも10時から15時までお部屋を退出する必要があることでした。この事実はどこにも記載されておらず少々がっかりでした。又お部屋には電気ポットやお茶セット等の備えもなくしょう悲しく思いました。電気ポットはフロントで貸し出し可能と解りそのようにしましたが貸し出し可能の説明書も置いて無く哀しいホテルでした。

• Raymond (6/5): Good price, but no-frills and a bit out of the way - Overall this hotel has exactly what one would expect from a Japanese business hotel chain. Rooms are small, but clean. Space is utilized well, but this particular hotel's rooms are more basic and utilitarian than most other chains. The bed may be a bit too hard for many people, and the pillow was dreadful. Morning breakfast was very basic, consisting of various types of bread, boiled eggs, orange juice and coffee. The surrounding area has a variety of shops and Toyo-cho Station, on the Tozai subway line, is a few minutes walk away. The Tozai Line is often quite crowded, but will get you into the center of Tokyo fairly quickly. I'd probably stay at this hotel again depending on the price.
• Dan (8/5): Simple Business Hotel in Quieter Part of Tokyo - Rooms are small but very functional and clean. Breakfast choices were limited but tasty, and there are many restaurants nearby. The English proficiency of the staff was good.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice location, close to bus, subway stations - Room was kept clean at all times, but the pillow provided is jus one and it was not a soft and comfortable pillow. Matress was hard too.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location, but disappointed - Just a couple nights on business. Extremely simple, small room, nothing fancy at all. Beanbag pillow was very hard to sleep on. Breakfast is free but only bread and coffee/juice, no salad or fruit at all.
