• Reina (6/5): - 本当に、本当に素敵なホテルだったんですが、前の方が貼っていったであろう お洋服のサイズが書かれたシール（某有名ブランドUのもの）が、棚に貼られたままで、ん？？も思いました。また、排水溝にも、明らかに自分の髪色じゃない髪の毛が丸見えで、お掃除が行き届いているような、いないような…といった感じでした。 基本的に綺麗で設備や立地も最高なんですが、そこだけ残念だったなぁと思います。

• ヨシコ (8/5): - 東京に宿泊する時はいつも利用させていただいてます。アクセスが良く、場所がわかりやすい。静かでゆっくりできます。 今回、ユニットバスに長い髪の毛が落ちており(私はショートヘアです)残念ですが星4にしました。

• ?? (8/5): - 入口からテーブルまでの間が狭くキャリーを奥に置きたくても持ち上げで運ぶしか出来ないのが大変だった。テーブルに椅子があるので必然的にメイク等は、そこでおこなうのだがライトが斜め上にあるので影になってメイクしにくかった。フロントまでのエレベーターもしくはエスカレーターが欲しい。使うのが業務用？な所から上がるので間違えたかと思ってしまった。 改装した部屋だったのでキレイだったし配置的な事以外は不満は無し。目の間が駅でコンビニやら飲食店は多いし使い勝手は良いと思う。

• シズカ (4/5): - 駅近で立地はとてもいいですが泊まった部屋が臭すぎました。 おじさんが住んでたのかなってくらいの加齢臭…,持っていたスプレーしましたが負けるくらい臭くて特にお風呂は入る度にスプレーしました。 空気清浄機等匂い対策をして欲しいです。

• フユコ (4/5): - 駅の目の前という立地は最高でしたが、チェックインの手間がかかったり、入り口が階段で、重たい荷物を持って来たのに一気に疲れました。また、受付の方たちがお疲れなのか表情が暗いのが気になりました。施設も全体的に古い感じでした。

• ヒロミツ (8/5): - 宿泊料金にシニア割引があるのが有難い。また、大塚駅のすぐ前にあるので、都内どこに移動するにも便利です。部屋も清潔で快適でした。
• Shinji (6/5): - (良かった点) 飛行機が遅延してチェックインの時間を過ぎてしまいましたが気持ちよく対応してもらえました。 廊下では隣の部屋のテレビの音が大きく聞こえていましたが、部屋に入ると全く聞こえなかったので防音もしっかりしているようです。 シャワーもすぐに熱いお湯が勢いよく出るので、旅の疲れを取ることができます。 (気になった点) 残念だったのが浴室の排水口で、はじめ蓋がしてあったから気づきませんでしたが、シャワーを浴びてるときに流れが悪いと思って見ると、ゴミがぎっしり詰まっていました。さすがにアレは気持ちが悪かったです。 夜遅くになるとホテルからすぐの大塚駅前で酔っ払いが道端で寝てたりたむろしてたりするので、少し物騒な雰囲気もあります。 (全体的な感想) アクセスも良くスタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、フロントと同じフロアにロイヤルホストがあり、道を挟んだところにコンビニがあったりと利便性も高いので、また利用したいと思います。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 很推薦一個人旅行的選擇！ - 服務人員都很親切友善，環境很乾淨衛生，雖然剛進去房間時可能會有一些潮濕的味道，但窗戶打開通風一下就散了，而且房內有附消臭噴霧劑很貼心！整體是非常舒服的體驗～

• ?? (10/5): - 大塚駅北口出た目の前の立地条件が、多少遅くなっても安心感がある。 歯ブラシ持参ならポイントが付く。アメニティも最小限でとてもエコ化されていて良いと思うし、素泊まり・朝食付き・別途追加等宿泊プランにも選択肢があるところも好ましい。コンビニやドン・キホーテなど比較的遅くまで営業の店も駅に隣接していて便利。今後も利用したい宿泊施設の一つです。

• Leo John (10/5): - Great location and staff. Royal Host is just beneath this hotel (which is a cut above Bikkuri Donkey)! There's a very popular onigiri place a block away; just prepare for long line. You can watch the trams pass by in their breakfast area while eating, which Otsuka is the only city that has such a transit system in Tokyo. The cons are the plumbing gives off a slight sewage smell (not too bad for the price you pay) and the laundry room smelled very funny. For laundry, I went to Baluko Laundry Place instead. Will consider staying there again if I were to do another solo trip.

• Verified traveler (8/5): パジャマの下がないとは思わず - 近くの病院にて手術後滞在したので超駅近で良かったが、頭を高くして寝る必要があった為、複数の枕を借りたかったが一つしか借りられなかったのが残念だった。 大きい手術後だったので、多少有料でも枕くらい多く借りたかった。パジャマ借りれるのは良いがズボンがないタイプだったので足が寒かった！ 受付等はとても良い女性フロントでした

• Nakazaki (6/5): 朝食無料が嬉しい - 普通のビジネスホテルですが、無料朝食のパンがなかなか美味しかったです。 ただ、コーヒーが口に合いませんでした。

• Mamamia (8/5): - 滿意： 員工友善、有禮、開朗。 位置非常接近JR大塚駅。 早餐的麵包種類多，還有咖喱麵包，水煮蛋（烚蛋）的蛋味濃。 雖然沒有菜，但對於早上出發的人而言，已很足夠。 注意： 房內無加濕器、無熱水煲，所以無法借熱水稍為加濕，喉嚨易乾者，在雨季外的時間入住須注意。 地面與牆角之間，有明顯的塵積。

• Verified traveler (4/5): - We booked a double room only to find out they don't have such a thing. The "double bed" is only slightly larger than a twin and definitely smaller than a conventional double. The breakfast is non-existant. This hotel definitely caters to the single business person on a tight budget. The description in hotels.com did not adequately convey the character of the hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Great for short vactaions. - R&B hotel is a great place for those who want to have a short vacation in Japan. The single room may be small but the room condition and cleanliness is good. For breakfast, the hotel serves bread pastry, soup and beverages. The hotel is also just next to the train station on the Yamanote line, giving easy access to well known places and is a few stops away from Nippori and Ueno if you are taking the Keisei Skyliner from Narita airport. Around the neighbourhood area are several restaurants, bars, a 24 hour bookstore that is right below the hotel and various convenient store brands. The hotel is also 15 minutes away from Sunshine City on foot. Overall I had a great stay in R&B hotel and would love to come back to this hotel again.
• Pierluigi (8/5): great location - hotel is just a minute walk from Otsuka station (on the Yamanote line). Small room (as it is customary in Tokyo) but very comfy. Simple but healthy breakfast. Downstairs there is a Pronto coffee shop, very convenient for dinner. This is a business hotel, i.e. perfect for spending one night.
• A (8/5): Clean and Safe Hotel. Very close to Otsuka Station - Nothing fancy. Small but clean hotel. Everything you need basically to crash after a long day is available. Small bathroom with a small tub in the room. Lots of local business man.
• Kin (6/5): An alright stay - Very small rooms. Staff had little english vocabulary. Breakfast buffet was less than mediocre - a few choices of pastries and "fruit" juice that is more like cordial (the machine literally dispenses syrup and water at the same time to make "juice). The wifi was quite strong from my room. the hotel is only approx 50m from the train station.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great Location! - Well, the room is as small as they can come but for the right price it is a good deal; the location, right outside the train station, was really convenient. Don't count on staff to communicate much in English but they will try to help. Elevator locked on the 1st floor after 10pm but they don't tell you that!
