• Karen (9/5): Excellent location and facility for a short city break. - Perfect location - close to both the Grands Magasins and Metro; very good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Very safe neighbourhood to stroll at night. There was nothing I didn't like - very good value for money.

• María del Rosario (7/5): Ubicación perfecta y estancia agradable - Ante todo su ubicación. La habitación era justita pero completa con todo lo q necesitábamos. Las camas eran muy cómodas. La entrada de escaleras desde el hall al ascensor. Iba con varias maletas y carrito de bebé y fue un poco engorroso, pero bueno, fuera de eso todo bien.

La habitación no es muy grande pero suficiente para dos carry on. Buena luz, con el plus de luz de lectura en cada lado de la cama. Además, paca eléctrica con sobres de infusiones para preparar. Volvería con seguridad. Todo estuvo bueno. La habitación no tenía vista buena pero la verdad es que no importó porque sólo estuvimos en el hotel para dormir y ducharnos.

• Manfredi (8/5): recommended - Nice hotel in the city centre a minute walk from the metro station. It is close to attractions and in a perfect location. The room was clean and sufficiently comfortable. The staff was nice. Recommended for a short break in Paris. Breakfast could be improved, food selection and quality were nearly sufficient considering the high price. That is a strong suggestion for the hotel to improve appeal!

Double bedroom on the 4th floor was comfortable and quiet, with lots of natural light. Windows open to let in fresh air Decent bathroom with usual amenities Bed was very comfortable Mini bar available with all the essentials We liked the location; great base with some excellent bars and restaurants nearby - we recommend Harry’s Bar, Flotte Brasserie, Lou Cantou, Cafe De La Paix and Cafe De L’Oympia - all within walking distance And easy to access all the major tourist sites by taxi, bus or a long walk if time Water from the mini bar was not replenished which meant a trip back down to reception and stocking up after a night out No iron in the room and confusion as to whether they had one on site. They did, but it was the only one - and therefore well guarded! Persistence required.

Não tem amenities, equipe não faz esforço para ser gentil, responde o mínimo sem fazer nenhum esforço para agradar. Há que se encarar uns bona 6-8 degraus até chegar ao elevador com as malas. Os funcionários vão olhar, mas não vão oferecer ajuda. Os sacos de roupas de cama e banho usados pelas camareiras ficam nos corredores e atrapalham a passagem de malas

За всё надо платить. Считаю бутылка воды должна быть обязательно каждый день-бесплатно. Чистота тоже важно-базово убирать под шкафом и протирать окна. Маленькие номера.

• JEROME (3/5): Une mauvaise nuit - Bien placé. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud. Le système de climatisation n’était pas adapté à une petite chambre comme celle que j’avais. Les deux lits simples rapproché étaient inconfortable (trou au milieu donc mal au dos). Aucune isolation phonique. J’entendais les voisins très distinctement. L’accueil n’a pas été bon.

• Marrrietta Mielina (8/5): Hôtel sympa super bien placé - Endroit parfait pour aller à Opéra, au Boulevard Haussmann (Galeries Lafayette, Printemps) , à l'Olympia et place de la Concorde avec le jardin des Tuileries, et bien sûr Place Vendôme. C'est parfait aussi pour visiter le musée "Hôtel de la Marine" dont la terrasse donne une vue sur la Tour Eiffel. L'hôtel Massena est propre, bien tenu, l'équipe est sympa, ma chambre était petite mais la localisation de l'hôtel est tellement géniale que ça vaut le coup.
