- Warda (1/5): اسوء تعامل من الموظفين - الموقع عدم المصداقيه فالحجز كان حجزنا ل 6 اشخاص و الدفع كان ل 6 اشخاص بعد وصولنا و سوالنا عن السرير الاضافي للشخص الثالث فالجناح تم الرفض و طلب مبلغ زياده رغم انه تم الدفع فالحجز و قولهم انه هذا الشيء من بوكينك و ليس منهم و الافضل الحجز عن طريق الفندق مباشره و كذالك عدم توفير الفوط كامله بشكل يومي

- Suzana (6/5): It's fair - Quiet comfortable large bed. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable, which we appreciated. However, the overall experience was affected by the noise levels, as we could hear other guests, including children, from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Additionally, the cleanliness did not meet expectations, with noticeable dust around the headboard and some items on the carpet that did not belong to us. The breakfast selection was fairly simple and not particularly enjoyable. Moreover, as we had not pre-booked breakfast, we were required to purchase a voucher from reception. Unfortunately, this process felt unnecessarily complicated—especially as we had come down without our wallets—which ultimately led us to decide not to have breakfast or any other meals at the hotel following that single experience.

- Navigator01978072528 (10/5): 2 month stay - Great hotel. Staff is courteous and attentive. Overall quite clean and good value for money. Stayed here in 1 bed suite for 2 months for work purpose. Didn’t tried the restaurant but heard good quality is good from my coworkers. Location is excellent to local restaurants and town centre close by. Gym is great. Trainer Punith is a gem. I worked out with him regularly and he really improved my overall fitness level. Rooftop restaurant has good views. Recommended for stay

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel extraordinaire pour tout voyage à Al Aïn et, plus généralement, aux Emirats. Absolument rien !
