Julio Carbajal (8/5): Perfecto para el esquí. - Una ubicación excelente para el esquí, con el remonte a menos de cien metros de la puerta de la habitación y con varios bares y restaurantes muy recomendables y supermercado en las inmediaciones. Además se aparca bien y gratis en los alrededores del hotel. Está al lado del río y por la noche se escucha demasiado cómo corre el agua. Falta una persiana en la ventana de la galería y entra luz desde bien temprano.

El colchón de la cama muy mal, el dormitorio con muchísima humedad, incluso con manchas de moho por condensación en techo y pared. Hacía frio con respecto a la temperatura del salón.

ELENA (9/5): Perfecta - El personal muy amable y receptivo. La ubicación es perfecta para esquiar en Arinsal. Estación que nos gusta mucho. Cómodo también para ir a Andorra La Vella en coche o bus. Tienda de alquiler y supermercado en el mismo edificio, restaurantes cerca…ect. Cocina bien equipada Al ser una habitación abuhardillada la luz estaba en las paredes, por lo que me faltaba iluminación.

Peter (5/5): Ok, but don't expect a peaceful night. - The location was ideal. The room was well equipped, clean, safe and relatively comfortable considering the hotel is 3 star. The staff were accommodating and helpful. On site supermarket was also very useful. This is an exceptionally noisy hotel. The rooms facing the street are almost uninhabitable due to traffic noise, as well as the restaurants and bars closing and clearing rubbish late at night. Street facing rooms are not for those wanting an early night. The rooms are also affected by noise from neighbouring rooms; above and sideways. I complained mid way through a 6 night stay to the hotel staff - after that nobody occupied the rooms above but the sideways noise persisted. Felt pads on the furniture would help reduce the noise - especially at 3.30! I accept it was outside of the hotels reach to do anything about the outside noise; other than to keep windows closed in the height of summer and use a fan. Fans were provided only on our last night. Needless to say, there was no aircon. As a result of the noise, we had to cut our stay short by a night with no refund. The hotel promised laundery facilities which were not available for our stay. The alternative was to take laundry to a neighbouring town and use the public facilities. The hotel staff offered their sheet cleaning machine but that was , in reality, not a viable option for everyday clothes.

Liliana (7/5): Genial - La habitación era correcta, olia muy bien al entrar, atención en la taquilla estupenda, ubicación perfecta, parking bastante cerca y seguro, distribución de las camas/habitaciones y lo mejor la vista a la montaña con el sonido del rio. La limpieza del baño mejorable (habían cabellos en el váter), de resto todo muy limpio.

Rocky15 (10/5): Brilliant, efficient and friendly, convenient place to stay - The staff were all so helpful and friendly with perfect English and all smiling! We had a late check in, which they were incredibly helpful with and everything was organised very efficiently with easy to understand instructions for us. We stayed as a couple in one of the smaller apartments, but it had plenty of space and everything we needed to self cater for our stay. The supermarket and ski gear room we could use were super close and handy as was the gondola. We would definitely return here. There was some noise from people coming and going as we were right by the ski locker entrance, and as some people have commented you can hear noise from the bars opposite in the evening. It's not something that really bothered us though, as the music was fun and we were awake fairly early to go skiing every day and out late ourselves some evenings. I also travel with a sleeping mask with speakers in - highly recommend!

No echamos de menos nada a nivel de equipamiento. Justamente debajo hay un super, bastante bien surtido, y una tienda de venta y alquiler de material de esquí. Para nochevieja enviaron una botella de cava y una felicitación, que se agradece como detalle. El primer día nos dieron un apartamento con una distribución pésima para 4 personas (mis hijos tienen 15 años y ocupan más que sus padres). La mesa para comer esta pegada a la zona de cocinar, siendo muy incomodo, por no decir peligroso. Comentamos el tema con el personal de recepción y al día siguiente nos movieron al apartamento de al lado, mejor distribuido. El sofá-cama no era cómodo (eso ya lo sabemos todos), pero al estar completamente dividido en 2 permitía dormir de forma independiente a 2 personas.

Isabel (7/5): - El baño al tener una bañera grande para los niños fue lo mejor. El personal muy amable en todo momento. La limpieza del apartamento en sí está bien pero los platos y utensilios de cocina como surten, olla, colador estaban sucios con restos de comida. A parte de esto todo correcto.

Belinda (10/5): Great stay at Arinsal - 2 Adults, 1 Teen. Great communication before we arrived. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and very clean. Had enough kitchen equipment to cook a meal if you wanted. Easy access with a key card. Arinsal has a good assortment of restaurants, cafes and shops. Good bus service too, if you want to explore. Definitely recommend!
