• Giulia (9/5): Bello soggiornare in questa struttura in questo quartiere di Milano - L'organizzazione della struttura è ottima, gli esterni e le parti comuni molto curate e gradevoli. L'arredamento degli interni un po' minimalista, ma pratico. La posizione eccellente Il letto matrimoniale totalmente accostato ad una parete non lascia spazio né per un comodino né per l'accesso di chi dorme da quel lato

We left our tel# as per the prompt, but the hotel staff never called us back. In-room Security Safe not working, no service to fix it.

Ci sono alcuni parcheggi limitrofi dove lasciare l'auto, ma ovviamente hanno il costo dei parcheggi in centro a Milano. Un po' di difficoltà con il software d'accesso automatico, ma lo staff è stato gentilissimo

• paolo (4/5): - Posizione della struttura, composizione della stanza. Il software per il check-in è troppo lento. Al check-out sono andato via senza finirlo in quanto si era bloccato. All'arrivo in stanza alle 18:30 l'ho trovata ancora da rifare. Dopo diversi solleciti telefonici con il referente è arrivata la signora delle pulizie, che è stata brava e veloce, ma comunque prima delle 20:30 non sono potuto entrare in stanza, dovendo aspettare nell'atrio al freddo.

• Francis (9/5): Belle résidence, check-in problématique. - La propreté et la taille généreuse du logement La procédure de check in automatique, trop complexe et surtout intrusive : Pourquoi donner sa photo tenant sa sa carte d'identité à un système extérieur à l'hôtel, qui n'offre aucune garantie de protection des données personnelles? ( Heureusement suite à des échecs répétés de la machine, l'équipe à pris le relais et le check in s'est fait comme partout en Italie. )

Ho dovuto aprire la finestra per cui ho trascorso la notte insonne a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla strada. Almeno avessi potuto guardare la TV, ma non funzionava! Non mi spiego l’assurdità del comodino e luce ai piedi del letto, scomodissimo!

• Ryan (7/5): "Revoir Milan et mourir...! - L'emplacement de la Résidence : métro est à proximité et pas trop loin du centre-ville. Magasins pour provisions ménagères, juste à côté. La propreté irréprochable de la Résidence. Contacts sur place : zéro pointé ! Aucune info utile à propos de la manière de rentrer et de sortir de la Résidence ni même dans le Studio, sans l'aide de quelques gentils voisins. Il faut avoir un Bac + 5 pour s'y retrouver ! Un texte explicatif en français serait aussi le bienvenu ! Difficile réaction des responsables de l'établissement en cas de besoins même les plus urgents (question restée sans réponse à propos d'une baisse momentanée de chauffage !). L'électricité s'éteint parfois sans aucune raison apparente pendant (15 à 30 minutes) avant de revenir. Nécessaire très chiche et minimaliste pour la vaisselle : couteaux, verres (plus qu'ordinaires !)... Ni sel ni poivre, cafetière microscopique !

Poza tym mega wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, duży pokój i ogólny wysoki komfort pobytu. Zdecydowanie miejsce godne polecenia.

Al telefono dopo 10 min ancora non rispondeva nessuno, sembrava un call center: musichina e attesa. Li abbiamo sentiti solo per la richiesta della tassa di soggiorno. Il prezzo 150 € per una notte, un po' alto se si conta che non c'è personale 🤷‍♀️ e la stanza è essenziale.

• Lucila (8/5): Habitación simple sin mucho amor. Más bien para pasar una noche de paso y ya. - La ubicación es muy buena, estas a 25 minutos caminando del duomo. Es un poco precario para el precio que pagas.
