В номере местами пыльно. Тонкая простынь. Двор плохо убирается, всё в пыли, листьях, бычки в пепельницах. Плохой напор воды, сантехника в плохом состоянии. Скрипучий пол и двери, высокая слышимость между номерами. Завтрак номинальный, он как-бы есть, но без изков, из самых дешевых продуктов. Ожидаешь увидеть радушную хозяку, которая жарит блинчики и общается со своими постаяльцами - так вот это не про этот отель.

- Leire (9/5): Beautiful hotel in the city centre - Beautiful ottoman style house in the centre of kaleiçi, very close to Hadrian Gate, but at the same time a very quiet area, perfect for a good night sleep. Max at the reception was very welcoming and let us check in earlier, which is much appreciated. The room was spacious for the 4 of us, with 2 separate sides and 2 TVs. Complementary water bottles in the room, much appreciated too. WiFi works well, beds were very comfortable, everything was nice and clean. Breakfast in the garden was great, with a plate of boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, mortadella, different cheeses, basket of bread, olives, butter, honey and 2 jams, all delicious, plus tea or coffee and orange juice. We will return to The Ninova for sure next time we stay in Antalya. No hot water.

Там поют птицы и можно любоваться фруктовыми деревьями. Я благодарна персоналу, что согласовали заезд на 1 час раньше и выезд немного позже Я понимаю, что конец сезона, но на завтраках сильно экономили. 1 вереное яйцо, 5 оливок, 5 маслин и кусочек сыра и ложка джема. Много хлеба. Ну, хотелось большего разнообразия. Не было никаких фруктов, не было йогуртов и айрана

Есть бар. Завтрак тоже понравился, вроде простой, но при этом все есть и все блюда в наличии, докладывают оперативно если заканчивается. Приятно завтракать на патио. Народу было мало. Номер компактный, в целом простой, но очень аккуратный и приятный. У нас были пустые емкости для геля/шампуня. Также при расчете сотрудник на ресепшене применил уж очень сильно округленный в бОльшую сторону курс дира/евро!

- Vitalii (8/5): В целом отель отличный и рекомендую. Если заранее уточнить вопросы с Wi-Fi и водой — проживание будет комфортным. - Я был один, остановился на 3 дня. Отличное расположение, тихо (окна выходят во внутренний дворик). Очень красивый интерьер и уютная ухоженная территория с декоративными элементами. Маленький, но очень уютный номер: кровать в эркере с окнами по кругу но я со своими 186 см гостом легко поместился, blackout-шторы, кондиционер работает отлично, есть холодильник, светильники, розетки, всё необходимое. Один из самых приятных одноместных номеров, где я останавливался. Дружелюбный и внимательный персонал. Очень плохой Wi-Fi — постоянно обрывается, пользоваться практически невозможно и в номере, и на ресепшене. В моём номере не было горячей воды (для меня не критично, но другим может быть важно). Завтраки обычные, в разные дни отличались по формату (иногда шведский стол, иногда нет).

- Eduardo (8/5): Cozy Stay - Max at the front desk is an amazing guy. A huge Sepultura fan. He helped us a lot and even managed to arrange a last-minute breakfast before we left for our Suluada tour. The backyard is generous and comfortable for a refreshing breakfast. In almost 40-degree heat, the air conditioning was good enough to keep us from melting. The location is right on the penalty spot. You're close to everything: dozens of alleys, shops, bars, and food. Despite this, the place preserves a bucolic silence in the legacy mansion. There was no water in our room one day during our stay. And even on normal days, the shower produced little water and had low pressure.

- Sarah (10/5): Super charmant - C’était vraiment mieux que les photos, les photos paraissent très anciennes, l’hôtel et joliment décoré, le personnel adorable, le petit déjeuner correct, et la localisation est parfaite, en plein kaleiçi, quartier historique très très charmant, et la cerise sur le gâteau, il est pas loin de la sortie du quartier, ce qui est super pratique. Une chambre sentait le moisi mais le problème était sur place réglé, merci à tout le monde 🙏

- luca (9/5): - The Ninova è una bella residenza in stile ottomano con mobili antichi e scale in legno proprio vicino alla Porta di Adriano a Kaleici....ci avevano assegnato una stanza troppo piccola per tre persone e ci hanno dato una nuova stanza più grande. Mi ha sorpreso positivamente la colazione sempre varia e buona servita in un bel giardino. Lo staff gentilissimo tutto in particolare il manager della struttura. Grazie

Chambre conforme au descriptif. Personnel très serviable et attentionné ( On a pu laisser nos bagages à la réception du matin jusqu'au soir dans l'attente de rejoindre ensuite l'aéroport, tout en profitant malgré tout de notre dernière journée à Antalya librement ). - Charles (9/5): Superb, welcoming hotel in Kaleici - The hotel is the best I've stayed in in Antalya. The room was very pleasant and cool. The staff at the hotel were all incredibly helpful and friendly. It was particularly nice to be given cold water when I arrived. Breakfast was very varied, and tasty. Also, the location was great for trams, taxis and just walking around Kaleici. The Wifi seemed often weak in the room I was staying in.

- Мария (10/5): Всем рекомендую !Отличный отель.! - Отличный мини отель,с шикарным расположением.Вы будете жить в самом эпицентре всего) ,но при этом каким то чудесным образом там тишина и спокойствие.Все движухи совсем рядом,куча кафе ,магазинов, баров( но их не слышно).Все исторические достопримечательности тоже в пешей доступности и куда не пойди -везде что то есть интересное. Мы каждый вечер и каждое утро гуляли по Калеичи.Остановка трамвая( который, кстати идёт прям из аэропорта) и автобусов( на которых мы объездили весь город) рядом( скачайте заранее приложение MEPS.ME и купите транспортную карту ).Завтраки в отели очень даже приличные, единственный момент не очень хорошо их пополняют ,поэтому лучше долго не спать)) и приходить пораньше.Номера не большие, но уютные и чистые . все необходимое иментся. Кондиционер, как и в большинстве отелей почему то вешают прям над кроватью ..но мы чуть сдвинули к стене кровать и все нормально было,он не дул прямо на нас.Какие там шикарные старинные деревянные окна,двери со старыми замками,мебель, камин,семейные портреты....ммммм..я просто от таких мелочей получала удовольствие.Давно хотела пожить в таком бутик-отеле с офигенной атмосферой.В этом отеле непередаваемый вайб ,как впрочем во всем Калеичи.А завтраки в саду под Мандариновым деревом..божественно😇))Обязательно вернулась бы ещё в это чудесное место и всем буду рекомендовать этот отель.❤️ Минусы не повлияли на общее впечатление об отеле,но для информации хозяину) Завтраки ( хотя бы основные блюда :сосиски ,омлет, картошку) хотелось бы что бы добавляли сразу ,по мере её отсутствия. Мы просто первое утро пришли за 40 минут до окончания завтрака и ничего этого уже не было .Муж не ест мучное ,хлеб и сладкое ..поэтому он оказался голодный и ему совсем нечем было завтракать,потом мы наученные этим опытом стали приходить пораньше и выбор был больше .Дозаторы для мыла и шампуня желательно заменить,так как они не работают должным образом.Было бы не плохо наличие пляжного полотенца в номере и простынь большего размера, что бы она хорошо заправлялась на матрас и не сбивалась пострянно из за маленького размера..или простынь на резинке . В остальном все отлично 👍

It's a cozy hotel with an excellent location in the historical center of the city, which gives it a special charm. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail—from the reception area to the inner garden, where it's nice to have breakfast or simply enjoy a cup of Turkish coffee. I’d like to mention that the breakfasts were good—we never went hungry. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel staff is very hospitable, attentive, and friendly. They are always ready to offer help or advice if needed—true professionals in their field. the only downside was the weak internet connection in our room (apparently, our room was far from the router).

Персонал вежливый, уборка и номера на высшем уровне, оплата была на месте, что очень удобно! Завтрак можно было сделать с большим выбором, добавить зелень, салаты, десерты.

I’ve visited Antalya many times before — stayed in different areas, from the beachside resorts to modern neighborhoods — but nothing compares to the experience of living right in the soul of the city. Kaleiçi is a place full of history, beauty, and energy, and staying at The Ninova allowed me to feel all of that on a deeply personal level. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is thoughtfully curated down to the finest details — every corner feels intentional, warm, and welcoming. The service was absolutely outstanding. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfasts? Delicious. Fresh, local, and beautifully served in a peaceful courtyard that made each morning feel special. More than just a place to sleep, The Ninova gave me a new perspective on Antalya — the rhythm of the Old Town, the scent of the sea in the morning, the sound of life echoing in narrow streets lined with history. It made me feel the city, not just see it. This stay reminded me why I fell in love with travel in the first place. Highly, deeply, and wholeheartedly recommended.

And you can easily walk and explore the streets of the Old city of Antalya. My room could be bigger, but I only stayed a couple of nights so it is not a problem at all.

Banyodaki çöp kovası mesela küf tutmuş. Ayrıntılar mükemmelliği sağlar. Kış sezonunda kahvaltı mekanının artık kapalı mekanda ve daha sıcak bir atmosferde sunulması gerekiyor bizce. Büfede olan yiyecek kalitesi de maalesef düşmüş. İyi niyetli bir işletme ancak güzellikler için önemli ayrıntılara dikkat edilmesi gerekir.

- Cathy (10/5): Charming historic hotel - The hotel was VERY difficult to find. Google maps was confused by all the narrow streets in the old city. We finally stumbled on it accidentally. Once we got there, everything was wonderful. The hotel is charming and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast in the garden was delicious and the resident cats were amusing. The only minor problem was that the single coverlet on the bed was just too small for two people to share easily. I recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again if I'm in Antalya.
- Ajay (9/5): Superb - The location with parking is why I booked this place, right in the heart of old town. Your car is allowed inside old town only if your hotel has a parking. Great garden with fruit trees, rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Also, it is on a quiet street. Some streets in the old town can get loud with nightclubs. Moreover, the property has a touch with the history that you see in furnishing, walls and the decor all over the place. Limited choice in breakfast.

- Mark (8/5): Nice choice in the Old Town. - It was a lovely hotel in a great location with easy access into the Old Town and elsewhere. Be aware though that some of the tours won't pick up from the Old Town locations and they aren't that efficient in letting you know so we missed our Green Canyon tour as we needed to be outside McDonalds on the main road. Breakfast is simple but good, although if the hotel doesn't thing anyone will be using breakfast they won't lay it on. Showers are nice and warm in the evening but can be cold in the morning. Lots of eating options nearby, it's a surprise that the Ninova doesn't make better use of its beautiful garden space as a bar or restaurant, a missed opportunity for me.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Hatten uns die Wege beschrieben und oft taxi gerufen. Vielen Dank nochmal für die schöne Zeit
