melinafi (6/5): Decent for a short stay - We stayed at The Room Hotel & Apartments for one night. It was okay for a short stay, nothing special but comfortable enough for sleeping. Breakfast had friendly and cheerful staff, which was a nice touch. The location is convenient and works well if you plan to be out most of the time. Overall a simple and acceptable option.

Большая площадь, наличие балкона, 2 санузла, чистота и порядок, большо - Удобное месторасположение в тихом жилом квартале в десяти минутах ходьбы от пляжа. Чистота и порядок, наличие всего необходимого как для короткого, так и для длительного пребывания. Вполне хороший завтрак за эти деньги

Есть все необходимое для жизни. Вкусные завтраки Немного уставший ремонт, следы от сигарет на диване.., но это вопросы к гостям..

Je leur ai dit que je ne voulais pas me retrouver au milieu des travaux de voirie connaissant le secteur pour être venu y a un mois raison pour laquelle j'ai pris cet hôtel mais ils m ont enmene ailleurs dans un logement en plein milieu des travaux..résultats je suis réveillé par le bruit des engins de chantier. Les serviettes remplis de poussière si on les laisse sécher sur le balcon. Pas de personnels d accueil dans ce bâtiment. Pas de contact autre que avec les femmes de ménage. C est la première fois que je choisis un hôtel pour être hébergé ailleurs de plus pour le petit déjeuner je devais me déplacer à l hôtel prévu qui se situe à plus d un km. A éviter...rapport qualité prix inacceptable !
Ahto (9/5): Perfect for families - The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, it’s situated in a nice and quiet area, yet everything we needed (shops, restaurants, beach etc.) was just a short walk away. The only minor downside was the Wi-Fi, which could have been a bit faster. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommended for families!

Tatiana (2/5): A very poor 3-bedroom apartment - Cleaning every other day, no noisy restaurants nearby The 3-bedroom apartment was of a very poor quality: thin walls, smell, sounds of toilet flushing from all the neighbors. Our kid got a 2-degree burn in the shower after touching the hot metal. When we arrived half the lights were out and had to be changed, one aircondition didn’t work and there were other smaller things that needed to be fixed which meant hotel stuff bothering us for several days. One guy came while we were still asleep and barged straight into our room. Uncomfortable. No one at the reception (except the owner who was never there) spoke english or any language except Turkish. There was only one shower in a 3-bedroom apartment with a hot water tank enough for only one person so some of us had to skip showering or do it during the day while others were out. People serving breakfast were coughing and taking everything with bare hands. I didn’t go after the first day as there were no pancakes, no sausages, no bacon or fried eggs, no warm food at all, but one of us who continued to eat there got sick after a week. In the end we were also denied late checkout even though it was January and the hotel was almost empty. We were 3 people left who had the evening flight, but the owner wanted us to pay for the whole day for all 6 people including breakfast. At that point I was so sick of them, we moved into another hotel much closer to the beach for 1/10 of the price.

Olga (8/5): - Отличные апартаменты и район в целом. Персонал разговаривает на русском. Приличный турецкий завтрак. Мы жили в апартаментах с тремя спальнями. Очень просторные, есть вся бытовая техника, пастельные и бытовые принадлежности. Обязательно приедем еще. Не могу сказать что что то не понравилось. Но хотелось бы чтобы номер был почище в плане ремонта. На стенах капли и подтеки, двери и плинтуса претерпели повреждения. Уборщица приходила убираться каждый день, в плане гигиены и санитарии все хорошо.

Le personnel est fort agréable. Au niveau équipement, je crains que l'achat de matériel à bas prix finisse par dévaloriser l'hôtel.

Dmitry (7/5): Nice option for Antalya relaxed apartment stay - Great location - 15 minutes away for the sea, all the facilities are within reach. Nice apartments with equipped kitchen - nothing extraordinary but would do for a holiday. Breakfast is very good. In the basement there is a proper washing/drying machines set, all free of charge. There is definitely room for improvement, since the interior is worn out. All the small details of boutique-level hospitality are ignored, but for this price one shouldn't expect much. The kitchen equipment is very basic. The balcony is just for smoking, as two people barely fit there.

Татьяна (10/5): Мы жили как дома. - Апартаменты хорошие. Трехкомнатная квартира с кухней, гостинной, балконом, имеется лифт. Фото на сайте полностью соответствуют. Приветливый персонал, многие говорят на русском языке. Завтрак весьма достойный, по типу шведского стола, есть из чего выбрать, голлдными не останетесь. До моря 10-15 минут пешком по оживленной улице мимо магазинов и ресторанов. Рядом автобусные остановки, легко можно доехать за 30мин до аэропорта или в старый город, так же ездит прямой автобус к древнему городу Перге (примерно 50мин). По пятницам с 8утра до 9вечера рядом с отелем был огромный рынок, мы там накупили лукума, фиников, граната, специй, сыра, а так же свежих криветок и сибаса, которые сами приготовили на своей собственной кухне. В номере есть все. Легче сказать чего там нет. Посуда, микроволновка, чайник, плита, посудомойка, холодильник, старальная машина, сушилка, утюг, фен, сейф, чай, кофе, сахар, соль, специи, шампунь, тапочки... вобщем, перечислять все не буду.. Уборка через день, меняют полотенца, постель, пополняют туалетную бумагу, чай, кофе и прочее. Вайфай отличный, во всех уголках квартиры. Это называется - приходи и живи, мы были как дома. Рекомендую. Все было отлично.

Oksana (10/5): - Всё понравилось. Заселили раньше чем в описании на сайте, а выехала я позже и всё ок. Может и далековато от центра, но по своему уютно и тихо. Изначально, через три дня хотела переехать в центр, но передумала, так как отдыхать было комфортно здесь. Номер чистый, уютный, на кухне всё нужное есть, посуда новая. Каждые 2 дня в номере убирались, меняли постель и полотенце, подкладывали гели и шампуни, тапочки. До моря минут 7-10 через дорогу. Завтраки хорошие, еда разнообразная.

Svetlana (9/5): A great little hotel to stay in Rome to see all the sights, eat well, and be safe. - Great location, lots of sights and delicious cafes nearby. There's a metro station nearby that takes you to the Colosseum and the Vatican. I had a birthday and the hotel congratulated me. The receptionists didn't speak English well, but we understood each other. The pillows aren't comfortable and since there's a restaurant downstairs, it's quite noisy until midnight (but I think it's like that everywhere in Rome).
Anna (9/5): Schöner Urlaub - Unsere FeWo war geräumig und sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Beim Frühstück kann man immer was für sich finden. Alle zwei Tage wurde die FeWo sauber gemacht ( inklusive neue Handtücher). Wir fanden die Aufenthalt sehr schön und würden gerne wiederkommen. Katzen im Außenbereich beim Frühstück, aber die sind in Antalya überall und man kann auch drin frühstücken.

Valeriya (10/5): - Понравилось всё. Номер большой, это квартира с двумя спальнями, кухней-гостиной и большим балконом. Прекрасный санузел, много полотенец. Кухня сияет. Еще и завтраком кормят. Очень приветливый персонал. Убирают через день. До моря 15 минут пешком. Район не шумный. Магазинчики, кафе - всё рядом. Хотелось бы вернуться. По-моему микроволновка не работала. Я не поняла, один раз попробовала, больше не стала. Плиты достаточно было. Сейф не смогли разблокировать.
Таисия (5/5): Не рекомендую этот отель - Понравился персонал отеля и инфраструктура рядом. Отдыхали с ребенком, и рядом была детская площадка. До моря идти около километра Апартаменты находятся не в том же здании что и отель, но об этом узнали только в момент заселения. Поэтому на завтрак приходилось идти метров 300. Вся техника в апартаментах была грязная: чайник с накипью, стиральная машина, кондиционер (внутри) грязная, душ грязный. Диваны, детская кровать тоже грязные. В пятницу и субботу дикий шум от кафе, и каждую ночь шум от машин на улице. Я выбирала не это здание, а место потише, но заселили сюда

NATALIIA (9/5): - Понравились апартаменты. Для трех человек очень комфортно и свободно. Чисто, уютно. У нас было 2 балкона. На одном сушили бельё после пляжа, есть в номере сушилка раскладная. А так же у нас, была гладильная доска с утюгом и стиральная машина. На втором большом балконе, стоит стол и стулья. Очень доброжелательные сотрудники. Все вопросы решались сразу, например, такие как замены батареек в пульте и настройка телевизора, замена газового баллона, на кухне. Очень порадовал интернет. Завтраки стандартные, но все вкусно. Очень понравился турецкий чай! Нам полностью хватало всего. По пятницам, рядом, располагался фермерский рынок, но купить продукты можно везде, по близости, в маленьких магазинчиках. Или поесть в большом количестве кафе и ресторанах, вокруг. До пляжа надо пройти, где то 15-20 мин, кто как ходит. Мы просто гуляли и нам это нравилось. На пляже есть душ и раздевалки. Кровати очень удобные! Но в гостевой комнате на диване сидеть не возможно, особенно по центру., сильно продавлен.

Nikita (9/5): Турция - круто! - Понравилось, что менеджер отеля подвёз нас на служебной машине до нашего корпуса при заселении. Очень вежливо и подробно все рассказал. У нас были включены завтраки, хотя вроде бы при бронировании они включены не были. Великолепное расположение отеля, 5 минут пешком до моря, и рядом есть все необходимые магазины и кафешки. Сам номер был светлый и комфортный, уборка проводилась раз в 2 дня, есть сейф, в который можно спрятать документы и не переживать, есть утюг, вся нужная посуда и техника для готовки Минусы были очень незначительные - пульт от телевизора плохо работал, но по телевизору были только турецкие каналы, турецкого языка мы не знаем, поэтому смотреть нам было нечего. А также показалось, что кондиционер слабо работал, хотя открыть окна помогало не хуже кондиционера. Поэтому кондиционером почти не пользовались. При заселении обнаружили, что у нас было одно покрывало и не было одеял (жене ночью было холодно спать). На следующий день мы попросили, и нам дали аж ЧЕТЫРЕ теплых пледа. А в последний день пребывания нам постелили полноценное одеяло

Stuart (8/5): Great, affordable, comfortable stay - Enjoyed a short break with my wife. I have stayed at The Room before so I knew what to expect, spacious, liveable apartments. The only downsides being, No english language channels on the TV, and the bathroom sink plunger was broken. All in all, another pleasent, relaxing stay. Breakfast was included in the main hotel building (just a few minutes walk away), it provided a comprehensive choice of foods, big thumbs up. No English language satellite channels & broken bathroom sink plunger/stopper.

Dmitry (9/5): - I had an unpleasant experience during check-in. I didn't know we wouldn't be staying at the address listed on the website. It turned out our room was in a different building, 200 meters away. It wasn't a big deal, but I was tired and worried I was being lied to. The receptionist was rude, repeatedly asking if I spoke English, as if she didn't understand me and hadn't been able to quickly find common ground.
Sergei (8/5): - A free room with all the necessary cooking utensils. The house has free laundry facilities. Small cafes and shops are nearby. The coastline is a short distance away. It's a bit expensive considering the room already needs some cosmetic repairs, especially the plumbing.

David Dulberg (9/5): Nice apartment-.hotel. - The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices.. We stayed in one of the apartments which was clean and modern. The location is convenient but the walk to the beach was a little longer than we would like.
Some1 (10/5): Хороший апарт-отель за адекватную стоимость - Отличное местоположение на тихой улице. Просторный номер, кухня с набором посуды для желающих готовить. Удобные кровати. Вежливый персонал. До пляжа минут 10-15 неспешной ходьбы. Хороший выбор на завтраке в формате буфета. Хорошо бы иметь в номере что-нибудь для уборки - щетку с совком или швабру. Камни с пляжа все равно приносишь...
D. Patel (8/5): Great stay. Wish I stayed a little longer. - Great breakfast with a lot of choice. THe location was in a lovely quiet area not far from a lot of restaurants and shops . Ihad an excellent view from my apartment. There should have another aircon in the second room.
ALEKSEI (9/5): - Комфортабельная квартира, можно останавливаться надолго. Всё необходимое в наличии. Тихий, спокойный район. Пляж в пешей доступности. Множество кафе рядом. Каждую пятницу рядом работает рынок (фрукты-овощи). Завтрак неплохой, но однообразный, эконом-вариант. Квартиру пора обновить, всё довольно потрёпанное и старое. На это можно не обращать внимания, но... В нашем случае однозначно требовалась замена душевой стойки (душ еле держался). Подушки также оставляют желать лучшего, очень старые.

NATALLIA (10/5): Комфортно - Проживала в номере-студии 5104 в 5 корпусе с балконом.Красивая комната с картинами на стенах.В ванной кладут маленький кусочек мыла,ушные палочки,шампунь,гель для душа и кондиционер(правда кондиционер лучше взять свой) .Чистые полотенца.Душевая кабина нормального размера. На кухне посуды хватало,был нормальный нож,кастрюля,сковородка.Каждые 2 дня при уборке пополняют воду в холодильник,даже кухонную губку поменяли через 2 дня.Был чай,кофе и печеньки. Кровать была удобной ,на окнах плотные шторы.Балкончик небольшой со столиком и стулом. Мой номер-это как раз тот случай ,когда персонал должен писать отзывы (нелестные) о проживающих гостях.Отношение некоторых людей просто поражает,номер красивый ,не старый,но кто-то умудрился на белой стене около кровати поставить отпечаток от обуви. Очень понравился завтрак,были вареные яйца ,огурцы,помидоры,разного вида маслины и оливки,сыры,ветчина и колбаска,блины ,фрукты ,целая куча всяких вкусных джемов ,хлопья,арахис и грецкие орехи,курага и чернослив. До пляжа 13 минут пешком. Очень сильная слышимость,поэтому порадовалась за себя,что взяла бируши.Каналы только турецкие,поэтому стоит убрать в описании пункт о том,что есть спутниковые каналы. Ну и крышку унитаза можно было бы отмыть от желтых пятен ,благо сейчас средств для этого хватает.

The area it was located was quite good and you could walk to the beach if you didn't mind a bit of a longer walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants located close to us. The staff were extremely helpful upon arrival.

Ahmet (9/5): Geslaagd verblijf - Het was echt een goed ervaring. Personeel was echt top allemaal vriendelijk en want me opviel dat ze echt als een team werken. Kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt, badkamer netjes en het ontbijt was ook goed. Locatie is top bushalte vlakbij 5 minuten lopen strand 10 minuten lopen. Winkels in de buurt aan de overkant supermarkt. Tegenover de Hotel sport gelegenheid. Aan de balie kan je vragen als je iets wilt weten ze denken met je mee en hebben goed advies. Bijna niks maar als ik echt wat moet schrijven dan tv kanalen uitbreiden. Want er waren paar mooie wedstrijden die kon ik niet in de kamer kijken. Ik kon wel aan de overkant van het Hotel in een Restaurant/ Lounge/ Winkel kijken.
