• Greg (4/5): Excellent location but poorly maintained and very unhelpful staff. - Location was excellent. The room was very poorly maintained. There were a couple of very minor things I asked to be attended to and the response was very unhelpful. After a number of follow up messages, the issues were finally addressed.

Apartment has everything you need and the communication with the host was superb. As mentioned previously the bathroom is small but is perfectly adequate and didn’t detract from our wonderful stay.

• Veronica (10/5): Recommend stay for location and convenience - Spacious studio. The location was at Piazza fella Signoria so it was very historical building, full of character. The host was kind enough to keep our luggage for a few hours after check out. I would repeat! The kitchen with the stone decoration, above my head. It was easy to bump your head on it if you are taller than 5’3.

Had a great time during our short stay in Florence, not least for the accommodation at Palazzo Uguccioni. The terrace (esp. the table and chairs on it) could have used some spring cleaning.

The beds were so hard and once you checked in, you can only get in touch with the Host between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM. The night before checkout and the day of checkout I text the Host twice and did not receive an answer.

The host met us and showed us to our apartment. Nice to have the split level with the children, well equipped kitchen too. Having a communal washing machine was handy too. It was noisy due to being above a couple of bars. There was a lot of noise till 1/2am.

• Camilla (8/5): - Bell'appartamento. Arredato con gusto, letti comodi, divano letto che si chiude con facilità. Lavatrice in comune con altri appartamenti e asciugatrice comode da usare e pratiche. Ascensore molto pratico e raro in un appartamento così antico. Non c'è la vista sul palazzo vecchio da questo appartamento. La camera al piano superiore non permette di aprire le finestre, il che é un peccato perché lo rende un po' "soffocante". Ma la temperatura andava bene, era più un problema di ricambio d'aria. Le altre camere danno sul retro dell'edificio e hanno un discreto rumore che viene dalle finestre. Ma con i tappi non c'era problema.

Excellent location right in the middle of the Piazza Signoria. Not that I didn’t like, but second single bed was a little uncomfortable for an adult. Maybe for kids it’s ok, but for adult not so good.

Muy importante para visitar Florencia con comodidad. El edificio es muy tranquilo y tiene ascensor. La zona superior del apartamento es una buhardilla con dos camas atravesada por una gran viga a escasa altura (130-140 cm) que no se aprecia en las fotografías y resulta muy incomodo para cualquier adulto. Los horarios de entrada y salida son bastante estrictos aunque te permiten dejar las maletas en la oficina a unos 15 min andando ( y arrastrando maletas)

Die Wohnung war super süß eingerichtet. Sehr sauber ! Kommunikation mit Vermieter prompt und schnell. Bett war super bequem Waschmaschine vorhanden Wir hätten gern ein Zimmer mit Aussicht gehabt. Wir hatten einen Balkon mit Sicht aufs Dach vom Nachbarn. 4. Stock. Treppen sind anstrengend, jedoch Aufzug vorhanden. Hellhörig, man bekommt den Badgang vom Nachbarn mit.

The location was unbeatable—just steps away from world-class restaurants, shopping, and major tourist sites. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, ideal for our family of four. Our boys (9 and 12) loved the upstairs area where they each had their own beds. Having a washer and dryer was a great convenience during our trip. The host was wonderful—she met us personally, explained everything, and provided fantastic local recommendations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

There were not enough kitchen utensils for so many people. Even though we paid 70 € cleaning fee, we were asked to remove the garbage before leaving the room. It was also not very clean.

Hand-over and information was smooth and what we needed. The appartment had all we needed, was clean and had good beds. We had a small terras, no view. The dry message at departure to tell us that we needed to get out by 10, that the cleaning lady was already in the building. Actually we had already left an hour before. No questions whether we enjoyed our stay.

• Jose (10/5): GREAT APARMENT IN FIRENZE, THE BEST! - In general, all the enviroment around the apartment is great!!! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! PLUS A GREAT SERVICE, SUPPORT AND CONFORT. It is very clean, confortable and in the heart of Firenze!!! We even book two more days to stay longer. Noting, all is perfect... Well, to much mosquitos... but it is summer. Understandable.
• Rcd44 (10/5): A fantastic experience, incredible building and location. - It was a beautiful room in a beautiful old building. The building opened right out onto the Piazza del Signoria, one of the most famous piazzas in Florence (the one with the alcove of statues like the Rape of the Sabines, Hercules about to smash some enemy's head, etc.). The building was built during the Renaissance, is in the Italian historic registry, has a huge woode set of doors big enough for a team of horses to ride into, etc. The rooms that are for rent (it doesn't seem that the whole buiding has the same function) have air conditioning and are clean and comfortable, but still have a very rustic Tuscan feel. Our room was spacious and high-ceilinged, with a front room/dining room and a separate bed alcove, a well-functioning bathroom, and a kitchenette and refrigerator inside the room. There was a little common area outside the rooms, which had a washing machine and dryer. There was a small but well-maintained elevator up to the fourth floor, as well as stairs. Although the building opens right onto the Piazza, the room itself was quiet because of being on the back side of the building. We didn't have a view, but there was a small terrace (which was too hot to use for anything except drying laundry, but in the right season it could be nice). It wasn't cheap, but it wasn't more expensive than a lot of hotels, and the overall experience was kind of incredible. Sometimes we didn't want to leave because the room was so nice. There were a few ants in the room. There wasn't any on-site contact person, but we had a phone number to call if there were a problem. Oh, the only real problem was the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable (the regular bed was fine). I guess a view of the piazza would have made it even greater, but we don't really have any complaints.
• Chris (9/5): Comfortable apartment in the best location in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. - Hostess that met us at the apartment was amazing. Super helpful, had great suggestions about things in Florence. Beautiful historic building right by the Fountain of Neptune and the Gucci Garden Store. 10 minute walk to Vecchio Bridge, and right around the corner from all the shopping. Unit was large with over sized ceilings and two floors (2 single beds and separate shower and bathroom). A/C worked great during 37 degree Celsius days. Beds not super comfortable and wasn’t aware there were different units to choose from. We’re hoping for a view of the square, instead had a view of the building behind us. Small issue considering all the positives.
• Ethan (9/5): Perfect location, perfectly comfortable - I was concerned about this place due to some recent reviews, but the "Atmosfera" room was totally fine and in the absolute perfect spot. It's a European studio apartment in a very old building, so just go in expecting that. It was perfectly comfortable and clean, the wifi and A/C worked fine, etc. Yes, the bathroom/shower is small and there is some slopping grouting, but that's to be expected, and it was clean. Best part? It is located directly on the Piazza della Signoria, so take a glass of wine out to watch young people play music in the Loggia dei Lanzi, and then take a coffee out with you the next morning to have the Piazza almost to yourself. Pop into Vini e Vecchi Sapori around the corner to make a booking at a great restaurant. Only somewhat bad thing was that the coffee machine requires you be very precise when placing the pod. And seriously watch your head while you're around the kitchen.

• Stidham (9/5): Great location. - The location is fantastic. The air conditioning worked great and made it comfortable. The beds were good. The set up was okay. The pictures were misleading. They apparently combined multiple units so we didn't have the seating area shown. Although there is an elevator it doesn't go all the way up to the unit. There are 15 more steep steps, not including those to the loft. The TV is not a smart TV connected to the Internet.
• Ilse (5/5): Most uncomfortable bed in Florence - Building has character. Patio was small albeit lovely to relax. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. Not a single good night to be had. Washing machine and dryer not working properly. None of the washing was dried, as the dryer only managed to destroy our clothes. Rickety elevator that takes max 2 people. Had an issue with the coffee machine, and when reported, the owner was quite rude. Was asked to be there at 2p.m. to book in. Stood there in the blazing sun waiting for someone to open for us while just being told "they're on their way".

Arrived early because of our flight, we were told that we could drop off the bags at a different location, which was five minutes away- would not suggest doing that as we did! it was miserable trying to bring the bags up the street and it’s more than five minutes when you’re walking on cobblestone and not sure where you’re going when you get into town. Google Maps suck In Florence! Good communication good and they were helpful, but it’s not convenient when you have luggage to transport it from one spot to another!

We waited for 2 hours for the keys to get in. They gave us 2 phone numbers to call. They did not respond to either phone or emails that we were at the apartment. We text them our plane schedule. We felt the key hand off was terrible. They should figure this out in a better way.
