• Carlos (4/5): NO VUELVO MÁS A HOTEL ALKAZAR - Problemas con el ESTACIONAMIENTO. Es PAGO además en una oportunidad anterior "disminuyó el combustible del auto". En esta oportunidad recibí mal trato de una persona que estaba en recepción y tuve que estacional el auto fuera del Hotel para evitar sorpresivos daños al auto o falta de combustible

Faltaba una hora para terminar el horario de desayuno y no habìan tortitas ni facturas.El personal muy amable. Las habitaciones muy còmodas. Instalaciones bien mantenidas.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Lo positivo: Buena ubicación, céntrica, al alcance de importante lugares de la ciudad de Salta y personal agradable. Lo negativo: Pésima conectividad internet en habitación, lo poco que hay de wifi mas directo está en el lobby. Para mi caso que he viajado por placer y trabajo, me resultó malísima. La habitación es super sencilla, le falta mucha mas tecnología y comodidad (TV muy pequeña, wifi impresentable, sistema de cierre de puerta con llave únicamente-antigua, baja iluminación, algunas paredes con humedad, sin nevera/frigobar, entre otras cosas)

• Alejandro Diego (2/5): HORRIBLE E IRRESPETUOSOS - malisimo.... llegamos y el banio estaba con (inodoro ) con popo ....flataban toalla y jabon.....la delegacion de futbol que se hospedaba hizo ruido hasta la 1 am !!!! con repetidas quejas desde nuestra llegada .... y al salir por hacer late check out DISCUCION POR QUE NO QUERIAN DESPERTAR AL GERENTE EN HORARIO DE SIESTA.... me dijeron que no lo cobrarian y A LA NOCHEAL LLEGAR A CASA MIRE EL BANCO Y LO HABIAN COBRADO .....MALISIMO E IRRESPETUOSOS TANTO LA SENIORA COMO EL SENIOR FRONT DESK A LAS 1400 HRAS
• juan carlos (8/5): Hotel centrico - Muy bueno el hotel y la zona pleno centro la habitacion que me toco muy linda. Faltaria una cafetera y seria ideal.
• Walter (8/5): Un buen hotel con buena ubicación - El hotel esta ubicado en la zona céntrica de la ciudad, es un poco viejo, pero las habitaciones tienen camas cómodas. Los toallones son muy viejos, y hace tiempo que ya debieran haber sido desechados. No puedo evaluar el desayuno, porque salimos 6 de la mañana, y el mismo se servía mas tarde. Pero pedimos agua caliente para el termo, y no tuvieron inconveniente
• Verified traveler (4/5): DECADENTE - El hotel está DECADENTE , lo conocemos porque nos hemos alojado allí en otras ocasiones y es una ruina , pedimos servicio a la habitación que nunca llegó , cada vez que tenían que traernos el auto de la cochera teníamos que esperar mucho , las personas que lo atienden son amables pero se nota que no tienen formación hotelera .

• Alonso (8/5): Una noche en San Juan - Hotel antiguo, limpio, pero le falta algo de mantención a las piezas (alfombra). El sauna no estaba funcionando. Señal de WiFi inestable. El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso para una habitación, pero efectivo para capear el calor. La atención buena.
• Robert (6/5): Location is the major benefit of thus property - Facilities are basic if not a little dated. Continental breakfast included and I would rate the quality and selection as fair. Location in centre of San Juan is the major positive feature of the Alkazar Hotel. Despite the tepid review I would probably stay at this hotel again.

• Mario (6/5): Perfect location, needs improvement - We stayed at Alkazar for three nights. The hotel is in a great location, one block from Plaza 25 de Mayo and the pedestrian streets of downtown San Juan. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. The building, in general, is very nice. The lobby is spacious and clean. Check-in and out was a breeze. Breakfast (included in the rate) was good, with croissants, toasts, ham and cheese, fruits, cereal, coffee, tea and juices. We saw scrambled eggs only one day. The rest of the hotel is dated and needs updating. Carpets are old and musty. Elevators (two) are old and slow and some buttons seem to be inoperative. The third floor has a large conference room which seemed to closed. So was the restaurant in the third floor. In summary, it is a clean 3 star hotel, in a great location and in line with the rate. With some investment, it could be 5 star. Parking is not included (we paid 150 pesos per night, about 8 dollars) and is in the basement. There is no ramp to drive down so cars are lowered and lifted in an elevator by hotel staff, equivalent to valet parking).

• HUDSON (6/5): Fica no centrinho da cidade - Café da manhã bem típico com otimas medias lunas, tem instalações bem antigas e um ar condicionado precário. Pessoal do atendimento são atenciosos.
