• Vlad (8/5): Pleasant - Comfortable and clean rooms. Located in the mixed residential and business area off the central part of the city. Quick and convenient connection by train to Amsterdam Centraal station, museums, and shopping area. Good to know : to enter the train station tap your credit card directly on tourniquet; on the weekend almost all food establishments around the hotel may be closed.

Quartier d’affaires calme. Les transports proches. Le petit déjeuner à 25€ par personne nous paraissait trop cher donc nous ne l’avons pas pris.

• ANGELES (8/5): - típico hotel de 4 estrellas. muy correcto. habitación amplia. el desayuno no estuvo tan bueno como esperábamos por el precio que pagamos. dentro del precio incluía bebidas gratis durante el día, al no poder usarlo durante nuestro día de hotel pedimos si lo podíamos usar luego de hacer el check-out y nos dijeron que no. una lastima ya que no habíamos llegado a aprovecharlo y creíamos que nos podían hacer el favor.

• Westerkamp (9/5): Fantastisch - De locatie was fantastisch voor het openbaar vervoer. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Heel lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt en schone kamers. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Was een goed verblijf. Zou zeker terug komen. Alles was perfect enige kleine dingetje was dat de douchekop moeilijk op z'n plek bleef hangen. Verder was alles echt perfect.

• Moe_Khalil (7/5): Not like other Crown Plaza hotels! - Location The stay did not meet the expected standards of a five-star property. Essential amenities were missing, including toiletries, toothbrush, and tissues. The room was basic, furnished only with beds, a TV, and a desk. Temperature control was inadequate, as the room remained uncomfortably cold. The bathroom ventilation was ineffective, with steam not properly extracted. Housekeeping and room service were provided only upon request, rather than proactively. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, particularly given the premium rate charged. The service and facilities were more aligned with a three-star property than a five-star hotel. Management is advised to review quality control measures and consider implementing a mystery shopper program to ensure brand standards are maintained.

• FredTravelVa (10/5): Good, practical choice for Amsterdam South, near offices - Excellent for the business traveler. For my money, if you are working late in the area -- the breakfast and the Japanese restaurant at night (in the same space) -- do a better job in hotel than most budget business traveler hotels. In the morning, omelets are well done by the superb chef staff. Always friendly and personable. I have had omlets made by all three chefs - a first class experience. Sabrina gets a special staff as someone with a great attitude always going above and beyond with great energy for guests. Dinner time, if you don't have time to wander out, is just fine in the Japanese restaurant. We liked the beer offerings very much. This hotel is close to the Amsterdam South station -- and it only takes a credit card to hop on and go anywhere -- e.g., to the impressive Centraal Station, etc. Very nice system - no special tickets needed. There's an Albert Heijn to go and Etos nearby for supermarket and drug store needs. Amersterdam South (Sud) station will be expanded soon. The rooms are good, not great, but good. My five stars are for this budget range and location, they execute pretty well. I also like the self-serve market downstairs -- but some of the items ran out -- i don't know the replenishment schedule for the refrigerator case.

• Melissa (8/5): A business comfy hotel - Everything was smooth. The hotel is well-located in a very beautiful area in Amsterdam and foot distance from the Zuid station, also from the Amstelpark. The room is big, comfy, with a relaxing view, the toilet was clean, the shower worked very well and there's good quality shampoo/conditioner/soap. The hotel is overall pricey and for business purposes, so, for self-payers-non-business-related guests the hotel is very expensive comparing to other options in the same area or not. For the price, the amenities should be there withouth a request being needed (tooth paste for example), and I missed a hydration cream. An espresso machine in the room would also be good, along with more TV channel options.

• Rhysj999 (10/5): Very friendly hotel - Lovely quiet hotel, really well located a short walk (with a wheelie suitcase) from Amsterdam Zuid station. The station is only a quick, inexpensive, one stop train ride from Schipol (don’t be tempted by an Uber or Bolt!). It is in the heart of the business district but well located for a trip into the centre and close to VU (university). All staff really welcoming but special thanks to Tomas and Sabrina in the breakfast team.

Al nostro arrivo ci hanno comunicato che il ristorante dell’hotel sarebbe stato in ristrutturazione dal 9al 24 Agosto .Avendo scelto la mezza pensione con cena inclusa siamo dovuti andare ogni sera al ristorante giapponese dell’hotel. Avrei preferito essere informata prima del mio arrivo di tale disservizio ,così da poter scegliere se accettare di dover cenare ogni sera al ristorante giapponese e avrei preferito che l’hotel ci proponesse un ristorante nelle vicinanze in convenzione con l’hotel…non tutti apprezzano la cucina giapponese per tutta la settimana oltretutto non hanno mai variato il menù.
