• Daniel (6/5): - Die Lage war super. Schön ist mal in einem kleinen Hotel gewesen zu sein. Die Ausstattung und Gestaltung der Zimmer ist etwas merkwürdig gewesen. Entspricht nicht dem üblichen Standard von 4* Häusern. Für zwei Nlchte und einem Shoppingtrip war es ok.

• Glen (6/5): - The location was fantastic. Close walking to shops, Duomo, and restaurants. The open walking mall was right next to hotel, very central position. The noise. Hotel rattled when trams went past, which continued into the night and early in the morning. People staying at hotels also need to think about others. Groups coming back i to hotel at 2:30am making heaps of noise. They need to be more considerate to others. Not thay this is necessary the hotels fault.

• Yuri (9/5): We have relaxing stay for 5 nights. - Perfect location, behind the corner of via Dante, but, at the same time, very quiet and private. Perfect wall insulation, no single noise even close to the elevator. Attentive welcoming staff.

Passant dans la rue, le ramassage des ordures et surtout camion et ouvriers de chantier à partir de 5:00! Nuit blanche à 600€.

• Carolina (10/5): Excelente experiência em Milão - A experiência no Palazzo Segreti foi excelente do início ao fim. A equipe foi extremamente gentil, atenciosa e profissional, sempre pronta para ajudar com simpatia e eficiência. A localização também é um grande destaque, muito prática e conveniente para explorar Milão a pé, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade. O quarto era muito confortável, bem cuidado, elegante e silencioso, proporcionando uma estadia muito agradável. Tudo foi pensado com atenção aos detalhes, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa experiência.

• hofi (6/5): Sehr Zentral - Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum und man erreicht viele Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr schnell. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, Standard Zimmer. Beim einschlafen hatte man das Gefühl man hätte die Tramstation im Bett. Die Isolierung der Türe zum Gang lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Die Dusche ist separat und liegt direkt auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Bettes. Dies ist okay, aber der Bewegungsmelder ist definitiv extrem störend. Es sind auch keine Hacken für die Badetücher vorhanden. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen - für einen Orangensaft würden zusätzliche 7.50Euro berechnet. Lieber den Zimmerpreis ein wenig höher ansetzen und dann zb. Wasser und der gleichen inklusive abgeben.

• Esin (9/5): - A beautiful boutique hotel in a perfect central location, ideal for exploring Milan on foot. We were celebrating a special occasion, and the hotel welcomed us with prosecco and snacks, which was a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture. The atmosphere is stylish yet relaxed, and the overall experience was excellent. We would happily stay here again.

• Luigi Francesco (10/5): Albergo piccolo ma curatissimo a due passi dal Duomo di Milano. - L’hotel, oltre ad essere in un’eccellente posizione, è molto pulito, arredato benissimo e soprattutto, tenuto e curato come raramente mi è capitato di vedere. Inoltre le attenzioni grandi e piccole nei confronti del cliente da parte di tutto lo staff sono assolutamente evidenti e apprezzabili. Tutto benissimo

Le personnel, la chambre, l'hôtel en lui-même, le petit déjeuner, le bar.... Un vrai plaisir d'être venus vous voir Chambre excessivement bruyante ; nous avons à peine fermé l'oeil de la nuit.

The location couldn’t be better. We were disappointed that we couldn’t figure out how to open the shutters on the front windows. Later we found out that they could slide open.

• Alice (10/5): A comfy room, a prime location - It is so conveniently located to all of the major sights. At the same time, its side street location affords a certain measure of quiet and respite. We loved the retro photos and eclectic artwork! The staff were so lovely and accommodating. The floors in our bathroom took a while to dry after our showers.As a result, my husband fell one morning but luckily suffered only some bruising.

• Konstantinos (3/5): Άρχισε καλά αλλά στην συνέχεια δυστυχώς όχι - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή , καθαρό και άνετο δωμάτιο , το πρωινό επαρκές , όχι πολλές επιλογές αλλά νόστιμο Όταν έχεις πληρώσει ένα δωμάτιο 310€ την διανυκτέρευση , περιμένεις πιο επαγγελματική εξυπηρέτηση , όταν χάνεται κάτι μέσα από το δωμάτιο . Κατά την αναχωρισει μας όλα ήταν καλά , επιστρέφουμε σπίτι μας και βλέπω ότι από την βαλίτσα λείπει ένα άρωμα που έχουμε αγοράσει από το Μιλάνο . Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στο ξενοδοχείο και ενημερώνω ότι μάλλον ξέχασα μέσα στο δωμάτιο το άρωμα και η απάντηση που μου έδωσε ο receptionist ήταν του στυλ <<θα το δούμε, στείλτε ένα mail , διαστάσεις συσκευασίας , δεν νομίζω , ίσως κάνετε λάθος >> . Πήρα περίπου 8 φορές την ίδια και την επόμενη μέρα ζητώντας τον υπεύθυνο του ξενοδοχείου αλλά μπόρεσα να μιλήσω μόνο με την ρεσεψιόν , έστειλα mail με το τηλέφωνο μου λέγοντας τι έχει συμβεί αλλά κανείς δεν κάλεσε ή απάντησε . Δεν είναι η αξία του αρώματος , αλλά είναι ο τρόπος που διαχειρίζεσαι ένα τέτοιο περιστατικό σε ένα πελάτη που έχει πληρώσει 1320€ για 4 διανυκτερεύσεις
