• Eduardo (8/5): Great staff and beautiful cozy place - Location is great a bit noisy during the night. I was there on the weekend. The room was spacious super clean and the staff was kind and generous. A bit noisy and the checkout at 10am is a bit too early
• AnneBar (8/5): Perfecte locatie - De locatie is perfect centraal. We hebben alles kunnen lopen. Ruime kamer en goede badkamer. Airco was s nachts prettig omdat je de straat geluiden buiten kunt houden met de dichte ramen. Inchecken was vooraf via WhatsApp goed uitgelegd. Geen personeel gezien is wel een beetje onpersoonlijk.

• Chiara (1/5): - Il supporto dell'Assistenza Clienti Booking Mi hanno chiamato dalla struttura per dirmi che la mia prenotazione (che risultava già confermata e con le istruzioni per il check-in ricevute) era in realtà in overbooking. Hanno cercato di mandarmi in un'altra struttura (di cui non mi è stato inviato alcun link ad esempio per vedere la camera) in un altro quartiere di Roma..tutto questo via whatsapp. Fortunatamente Booking è intervenuto.

• Sandra (9/5): Comfortable accommodation in historical center - Very spacious room with large beds, well equipped. Overall very clean, with great service and helpful staff. Location is very central and convenient for sightseeing so it does offset constant traffic on Corso Vitttorio Emanuele.

• Catherine (7/5): Simple no frills lodging but not a hotel. - Central city location, walkable distance to the Vatican City, main plazas & the Coliseum. Our room was at the front of the building. We bought breakfast at a local store. Lots of restaurants close by & a helpful guy in an internet shop helped us find our building as the address we had did not include a number, would have been handy for the taxi. Good decent free wyfi. The traffic noise, the totally useless aircon, honestly a room fan would be better or put in air con that has a functional fan adjustment. We had to keep the window open to get cool air in during the day & that bought noise & fumes. The bed was super hard so not comfortable at all. There were two front doors with key pads. Important to ensure guests know this not a hotel, more of a lodge. We got given two tea bags, no milk & tiny coffee cups. It’s truly a do it yourself type accommodation. There is a guy on reception in the morning only.

Il y avait un bruit constant, probablement lié à la climatisation ou à un système de ventilation, ce qui rendait le sommeil difficile. De plus, certains résidents ne respectaient pas le calme nécessaire la nuit.
• Juliana (4/5): Não parece hotel, é apartamento. - Gostei da localização. Não parece um hotel, e sim, um apartamento. Não tem recepção. Quando chega-se na hospedágem é necessário diversos códigos: um para entrar no prédio, outro para pegar a chave, outro para entrar no corredor dos quartos e uma chave para entrar no quarto. Ou seja, é necessário acessar o celular a todo minuto, para inserir os diversos códigos. Tive muita dificuldade em localizar onde estavam guardadas as chaves. Não tem placas indicativas. Fiquei decepcionada também pois cobraram por duas cápsulas de café que tomei no quarto. Nos hoteis esse item costuma ser gratuito.

• Nitzan (6/5): The staff are good, the room is not so. - The staff were very helpful. The location is hard to find. The fabric of the sheets is falling apart and was causing my girlfriend allergies every night. The pictures don't really reflect the room, in reality we were a little disappointed.

We got breakfast/coffees from the little cafe on the corner We got a bit lost trying to find the room (think prob me just being dumb) but staff were very helpful over WhatsApp. Couldn’t work the coffee machine.

• Maarja (9/5): Suurepärane linn ja kindlasti plaanin peagi jälle külastada. - Ligipääs hotelli oli mugav. Hommikusööki küll ei pakutud, kuid oli võimalus keeta kohvi ja kasutada külmikut. Asukoht oli suurepärane, igale poole sai jalgsi jalutada. Palju toredaid kohvikuid ja poode oli läheduses, kus hommikusööki süüa või omale midagi osta. Tuba oli veidi niiske, eriti kui arvestada, et on periood, kus sajab tihti hoovihma. Riided ei kuivanud ära.

A huge thank you to the staff for helping me locate a doctor While the room didn’t get direct sunlight, it’s a perfect setup for keeping cool during spring and summer, though it might feel a bit darker in the winter.

• Elisa (10/5): Più che sufficiente!!! - Veniamo spesso a Roma e ormai abbiamo alloggiato in tante strutture diverse, e mi sento di dire che questa é stata fra le migliori. Stanza molto ampia e luminosa (soprattutto rispecchia le foto), pulita e staff molto gentile. La posizione non era male, anche se Comunque a 15 minuti a piedi da via del Corso. L’unica cosa, dato il prezzo leggermente più elevato rispetto alla media, avremmo gradito trovare delle ciabattine o set di benvenuto (come abbiamo sempre ricevuto nelle altre strutture a Roma). Però per passare 2/3 giorni il servizio è più che sufficiente.

• Anna (9/5): I highly recommend this place for people who want to be able to be in the center and have a comfortable stay during the - We really enjoyed that it was so so close to the center. We walked everywhere and it wasn’t a great distance. We also enjoyed the room, it was clean and had a comfortable bed. During winter season it’s a tiny bit colder than expected, and during the first night we didn’t manage to start off the heating.

• Sarah (7/5): - Top Lage, 30 min zu Fuß zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Früh-Check-In war top. Zimmerservice auch. Sehr laut weil unser Zimmer direkt neben der vielbefahrenen Straße lag. Klima bzw. Heizung war auch sehr laut. Vor der Unterkunft tummeln sich neben der Kirche viele Obdachlose - sind nicht aufdringlich aber wissenswert wenn man z.B. alleine reist.

• Deborah (9/5): - Cercavamo una stanza pulita e una posizione strategica ed è proprio ciò che abbiamo trovato. L'host l'abbiamo visto solo l'ultimo giorno perchè i nostri orari non coincidevano con i suoi ma nonostante questo ci ha fatto sentire accolti dandoci la possibilità di fare il check-in all'ora che ci faceva più comodo e scivendoci di contattarlo nel caso ne avessimo avuto la necessità. Inoltre ci ha dato ottimi consigli dove mangiare nei dintorni

Servizi adeguati sono ogni punto di vista (gentilezza del personale, organizzazione, attenzione al cliente e pulizia). Camera moderna e ben equipaggiata. Comodo il letto e avere un tavolino con piccolo spazio lavello/frigorifero. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la possibilità di fare il check-in in tarda mattina...molto comodo per chi arriva dopo tante ore di viaggio! Ci siamo trovati molto bene in tutto. Se posso esprimere un consiglio...metterei a disposizione una stufetta per riscaldare pochi minuti il bagno prima di fare la doccia, in quanto l'ambiente era un pochino freddo.
