My 1 complaint was in the morning we had to purchase breakfast if we wanted coffee(?)…I would suggest they serve complimentary coffee or have a machine where people could make their own? Merci beaucoup! If possible, it would be lovely if you could serve coffee without having to purchase a breakfast that you don’t want to eat.

Space was limited and an iron in the room would have been helpful. But barely an inconvenience

• Lirana (10/5): חוויה מצוינת מכל הבחינות מיקום מעולה, צוות אדיב ומקצועי, ניקיון ברמה גבוהה וחדר נוח מאוד. - המיקום היה מצוין(יתרון אדיר) קרוב מאוד למטרו, עם סופרים, מסעדות ופטיסרי בכל מקום, מה שהפך את ההתניידות והשהות לנוחות מאוד. הצוות היה פשוט מדהים תמיד חייכן, אדיב וזמין לכל פנייה באופן מיידי. חלק מאנשי הצוות יודעים גם עברית, וזה בהחלט יתרון ונותן תחושת נוחות. תמיד קיבלו אותנו בחיוך ובאווירה טובה. רמת הניקיון הייתה גבוהה מאוד הכל היה נקי, מסודר ומתוחזק לאורך כל השהות. החדר עצמו ענה על כל הדרישות שלנו והיה נוח ונעים. בסך הכול חוויה מצוינת ובהחלט מקום שהיינו שמחים לחזור אליו.

• Stephen (10/5): Clean room, friendly staff. - Very friendly staff that spoke English, offered great directions to places we wanted to go, and got to know us each time we came and went. I really liked the view from the balcony, looking at all the bicycles on the street below. We had a room with two twin beds. Because of tge wall mounted night stands, the two twin beds had to be touching each other. Replace the wall mounted night stands with small but free standing night stands so some space could be allowed between the beds would be better. Also, being on the 6th floor, we most often used the stairs because the elevator was very small, but it was a good workout using the stairs. I would stay there again for the lication and great value.

• Camilla (9/5): - Hotellet var virkelig hyggeligt, og personalet var meget søde og hjælpsomme. Mit værelse på 7. sal var pænt og rent og med en fantastisk udsigt til Eiffeltårnet. Derudover er beliggenheden helt i top. Eneste lille minus var at hotellets wifi fungerede ret dårligt - og jeg havde brug for det arbejdsmæssigt. Der ligger mange skønne spisesteder tæt på, så prioritér at spise morgenmad ude (fx en klassisk petit déjeuner) istedet for på hotellet. Wifi fungerede dårligt på mit værelse, men ellers var alt helt i top.

Nie korzystałam ze śniadań, ale personel polecił mi miejsca, gdzie można zjeść nie tylko śniadania, ale również inne posiłki. Jestem w Paryżu co roku od wielu lat i był to jeden z najlepszych noclegów. Na pewno wrócę.
