• Heather (10/5): A lovely stay right in the centre of Rome - The hotel is very small as it is within the old tower. The room size of course is constrained by the size of the tower itself and there is one room per floor. This was made clear in the hotel description so we weren't surprised. The room was attractive and clean. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was great and we always had hot water. There were plenty of complimentary shower products. Although the hotel is on a busy road we slept well with the air con switched on and the windows shut. We really appreciated having the drinks fridge and the kettle and coffee machine, with plenty of tea and coffee supplies. We liked going up to the roof terrace as the view was amazing. The spiral staircase was a bit tricky and not recommended for anyone with any mobility issues. The staff (we met two of them) were lovely. The things we didn't like cannot be improved on due to the nature of the building itself (eg. need a little more space on the landings and the lift is quite small). It really is not a place for children or people who are unsteady on their feet - or for anyone who brings lots of large suitcases!

In aceasta rezidenta nu ai nevoie de nimic de acasă. Aici găsești gel de dus, șampon, balsam, crema de corp, papuci, prosoape de toate mărimile, cafea, ceai, nes, frigiderul plin cu suc, apa plata, apa minerala, apa tonica. Dar ce-mi place aici este că îți poți bea cafeaua dimineața sau vinul sera sus pe terasa incapatoare..inconjurata de minunata Coloana Traiana și de Monumentul Victoriei. Mulțumim pt acest sejur! The place in a medieval tower was so cool, and the icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace. Sunset up there was incredible. Such a great place to stay! Nothing!

• giuseppe (10/5): Un posto favoloso nel centro di Roma - La struttura è davvero favolosa e suggestiva, location impagabile dietro al Foro di Traiano, una camera ogni piano e all'ultimo un terrazzo che ha una vista meravigliosa, sia di sera che di mattino, su Piazza Venezia e fino al Vaticano. Librerie sulle scale, quadri e oggetti ricercati, camera con stupendi soffitti d'epoca, tendoni rossi e pavimenti originali che portano una data del 1800. Disponibili capsule del caffè a volontà, te e bibite gratuite nel minibar. Isolamento acustico perfetto nonostante su un lato ci sia un strada trafficata. Personale gentilissimo, ottimo prezzo probabilmente per il periodo di bassa stagione, ci hanno fatto anche un upgrade ad una stanza tripla con 2 locali che non compare nelle foto Manca qualcosa per appoggiare i bagagli (spazio ce n'era in camera, ma sarebbe utile per non doverli appoggiare sul letto supplementare o su una sedia, l'armadio è a vista e i cassettoni non risolvono). Attenzione alla polvere sui tendoni nelle parti alte. Suggerirei di inserire una mail sul sito e di aggiornare le pagine social (non ricevendo risposta un giorno sul numero indicato sul sito, ho cercato e ho trovato numeri non più esistenti e ho avuto difficolta a reperire la mail). Comunque un posto indimenticabile, che consiglierei a tutti.

• CHIA JUNG (10/5): 這次的住宿是為了拿免費日的票所以選了市中心的位子。距離羅馬競技場捷運站約10-15分鐘的距離，整條路走起來還算安全，只有有經過公園的部分比較需要注意安全。老闆聯絡的非常快速，提供的入住指引非常清楚，即便我們在比櫃檯營業更晚的時間抵達也能輕鬆 - 入住手續容易，與老闆聯絡容易，房間很大 地理位置普通，外面的聲音略顯吵雜，主要是有許多鈴聲（可能是救護車或者警車經過），但因為我們很累所以很快就入睡了
• Pascal (9/5): Petit hôtel sympathique - Emplacement central a distance de marche de nombreux lieux à visiter. La décoration des lieux alliait passé et modernité avec goût. La chambre était très bien insonorisée vs l'extérieur. Même si le personnel n'est pas toujours sur place (il n'y a que 5 chambres dans l'hôtel...), nos interactions par courriel et en personnes étaient rapides et efficaces. La terrasse sur le toit est a ne pas manquer. Insonorisation intérieure pourrait être meilleure, mais pas très grave, comme il s'agit d'un petit hôtel comportant une chambre par étage.
• Karim (9/5): Ein besonderes Hotel in toller Lage. - Das kleine Hotel ist in einem Turm aus dem 13 Jh. Untergebracht. Es ist liebevoll renoviert. Ich finde die Besitzer haben sich viel mühe gegeben ein stimmiges Ganzes hinzubekommen. Mir hat es gefallen. Es ist kein modernes Sterne-Hotel aber wer das besondere, außergewöhnliche mag kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Die Terrasse ganz oben auf dem Turm mit einer tollen Aussicht hat mir gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal. In 10 bis 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Rom von Kolosseum bis Trevi Brunnen. Nur Zum Vatikan fährt man ca. 30 min mit dem Bus gleich um die Ecke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ansprechbar. Als das warme Wasser nicht ging wurde das umgehend behoben. Die Minibar (soft) und die Kaffeemaschine inklusive im Zimmer war eine nette Überraschung. Die Zimmertür ist sehr leicht und das Schloss vermittelt kein großes Sicherheitsgefühl.

La stanza si puliva ogni giorno. Tutto nel frigo era gratis 😁. E la più importante era l'accoglienza, era on top. Persone gentilissime, e sempre disponibili ad aiutarti ☺️

• Scomparin (10/5): - Posizione centralissima, poche centinaia di metri dal Campidoglio e Piazza Venezia, 8-10 minuti a piedi da Fontana di Trevi, Colosseo, Fori Imperiali e vie principali. Staff gentilissimo, camera spaziosa e curata. Nella nostra camera molti avrebbero aggiunto un divano letto per un quarto posto letto invece hanno preferito un bel tavolo in vetro. Mobili molto belli e di design che si sposano bene con il contesto antico. Bibite del minibar gratuite, un gesto semplice che la dice lunga sulle ottime capacità della gestione. Vasca da bagno in marmo nella camera da letto, super! Potevano benissimo non metterla ed invece un altro servizio in più per gli ospiti. Set cortesia nel bagno (shampoo, gel doccia etc etc) generosa e di buona qualità. Bravi, ci torneremo Sciacquone wc non funzionante perfettamente, scopino un po’ arrugginito.

• Anna Maria (10/5): Eccezionale - Tutto perfetto nulla da dire, molta disponibilità e professionalità da parte del manager e di quelli che ci lavorano, rispondono al telefono in modo celere, cosa che non è da tutti, molto comodo il check-in autonomo così non si è soggetti per forza alla presenza di una persona alla reception quando non si arriva in orari di apertura, mi hanno mandato le spiegazioni e dei video su come accedere alla struttura in completa autonomia su WhatsApp, tutto molto organizzato, complimenti davvero. Non c'è nessuna cosa che non mi sia piaciuta, era tutto come doveva essere e anche di più, posso solo dire di essere molto soddisfatta.

Biancheria letto, asciugamani pulizia tutto perfetto, apprezzati anche tutti i prodotti pulizia/bellezza. Soffitto meraviglioso (ho messo foto) Poi la struttura ha una bellissima zona relax con un divanetto e una vasta scelta di libri, e anche una bella terrazza dove poi godere della bellissima vista e anche tramonto Cambiarei di sicuro i cuscini, troppo morbidi come se non fossero , magari anche il phon per asciugare i capelli , e un po’ scomodo per il bottone che devi tenere premuto tutto il tempo che asciughi icapelli , e poi darei un occhio al soffione/doccia ha un po di calcare e di conseguenza il getto d’acqua spruzza dappertutto ( non sono lamentele, sono osservazioni che con un po di accortezza si risolvono)

• m a (10/5): Perfect. - At the reception, the lovely Julia always cared and asked if everything was okay and if I needed anything, so the service was excellent, the room was large, clean and tidy, completely soundproofed from the street, one room on each floor, perfect.

Die Dachterrasse war der absolute Hammer – man konnte direkt auf das Viktor-Emanuelsdenkmal schauen. Tagsüber bot es eine tolle Aussicht, und nachts war es noch schöner mit all den Lichtern. Es war ziemlich laut. Man konnte die Nachbarn über uns reden hören, und wenn jemand die Treppe hinunterging, bekam man alles mit.

• Andisheh (8/5): - However, once the reception arrived, they were extremely kind and offered a free mini bar as compensation. They even gave us three adaptors and made sure we were comfortable. The location was fantastic, and overall our stay turned out to be great. When we arrived, the reception was closed and there was only a note on the wall with a phone number to call. As tourists, we didn’t have a local number to call them, so we had to wait and ask random people for help. It took about 40 minutes before someone finally agreed to call the number for us. It was very inconvenient after a long trip from Canada.

Torre Colonna is an old defence tower and it was lovely to stay and be immersed in the rich history of Rome. There are amazing views at the top of the tower and the location is 10/10, with a short walk to all main attractions, which are beautiful by day and night. The staff are welcoming and friendly and were able to offer advice on any questions we had. It was my mum's birthday and they also gifted her wine which was a lovely touch! Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will be back! NA.

The stocked refrigerator with soft drinks beer and water was a nice surprise. The room was very roomy and the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Was shocked that there was a huge stone tub under the window for our use, but we did not use it.

• Anne (10/5): - The building is incredible and beautifully kept, to start with the gorgeous ceilings in the bedroom. The old real walls isolate the room fantastically well and you can't hear the street - you sleep like a baby. Room is clean, well decorated and the staff super friendly. Will definitely stay there again! Nothing
