- Kristin (10/5): - This hotel is exactly what it says it is. It’s a clean room with a good bed and a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom was kept very clean. It is very close to bus, tram, and metro lines to get around Milan and the proximity to Linate Aeroporto is very convenient. It’s basic but it’s a good option for solo travelers who want more privacy than a hostel or travelers who have an early flight out of Linate.
- varini (4/5): - Séjour vendu avec possibilité de stationnement, ce qui s'avère totalement faux , il faut trouver un stationnement dans les rues , très difficile à cet endroit. Après la chambre est assez grande mais la salle de bain privée n'est pas vraiment très propre. En arrivant le premier jour , nous avons demandé la télécommande du climatiseur, que la dame de la réception s'est empressée de récupérer le lendemain quand nous étions absents de la chambre. Hôtel en centre ville , très bruyant par sa position , mais pratique car situé à un arrêt de tram qui mène directement au Duomo. Bref Hôtel à fréquenter si on est pas trop regardant.

- Alessandro (4/5): ESPERIENZA DA NON RIPETERE - Le camere non hanno il bagno, l’ “hotel” si trova al 4’ piano di una palazzina, la reception non esiste, ti fanno pagare una colazione inesistente, non c’è proprio la stanza per farla. Le camere (Almeno la mia) sono comunque abbastanza pulite e spaziose, così come i bagni in comune, la posizione non è ottimale per un viaggio turistico. Ma comunque ben collegata, con pullman e tram. La situazione è surreale, sembra di essere ospite a casa di qualcuno. Il prezzo è altissimo per quello che vale il posto, alla stessa cifra o poco più si trovano alloggi molto migliori ci sono cascato perché era vicino a dove dovevo andare. Consiglio di stare alla larga da questo posto a meno che non vi vogliate male. Mi dispiace che strutture di così basso livello possano essere prenotate da un sito affidabile come Hotels.com

In der Beschreibung wurde ein Großes Frühstücksbuffet angegeben, es gab kein frühstück. Nur gegen Aufpreis vor Ort. Es wurde bei der Buchung auch eine Parkmöglichkeit angegeben. Das war eine frechheit. Wir haben ein paar Gassen weiter gegen Gebühr in einer parkgarage parken müssen. Werde es mir gut überlegen ob ich über diese Plattform nocheinmal buche. Mfg
- Jason (8/5): - Hotel is on the 4th floor of an apartment building so you have to press the buzzer to get let in but other then knowing that it’s like any other check in. It’s fairly standard rooms but that’s what you get for the price you pay. Nice local restaurant staff and easy acces from central station.
- Cristina (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Ho soggiornato presso la struttura una notte in una camera tripla con bagno privato. La camera era ampia e molto pulita con arredi essenziali ma funzionalo. La proprietaria della struttura è davvero gentile e anche il prezzo è adeguato al servizio. L'albergo si trova vicino ai mezzi pubblici ed è facilmente raggiungibile. Molto comodo il servizio di reception 24/24. Se dovesse ricapitarmi di essere in zona e aver bisogno di un appoggio per la notte, probabilmente ci tornerei!!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Camera - Appena arrivati abbiamo scoperto che avevamo il bagno in comune con altri (la nostra stanza ne era priva, il problema maggiore era che dovevamo andare in corridoio ove vi erano ragazzi mezzi nudi che lo frequentavano. CI siamo fatti cambiare la stanza con una avente il bagno aggiungendo 72€. La notte non abbiamo assolutamente dormito in quanto i ragazzi "reduci" dall'ultimo dell'anno hanno fatto chiasso tutta notte, senza che nessuno li facesse smettere. Avevamo deciso di andarcene richiedendo indietro i nostri soldi, la proprietaria diceva che non poteva ridarli indietro, quindi abbiamo trovato la soluzione, cambiando nuovamente camera. Abbiamo sicuramente dormito piu' a lungo rispetto alla notte precedente ma non bene, dato che il riscaldamento è funzionato tutta notte e comunque si sentono tutti i rumori possibili, sia interni che esterni. Non so se siete a conoscenza ma l'Hotel si trova al 4' piano di un condominio, quindi direi posizione non ottimale. La colazione compresa è ridicola, direi casalinga (spartana) piu' che Alberghiera.

I was told I couldn't have the air conditioner on because it wasn't hot outside. The air con is controlled by management which they decide when it will be turned of and it was embarrassing to be told of for having left the window slightly open whilst the air con was in operation. Falsely advertised, never again

En su favor, el personal fue muy amable, sobre todo una chica de Budapest que trabaja ahí. Lo peor es compartir el baño, pero estaba limpio. Lo dicho, va en relación con el precio. - Verified traveler (2/5): Così così - L'hotel è al 4 piano di un palazzo in corso 22 Marzo, non ci sono indicazioni esterne, solo il campanello del palazzo, questo ha reso un po' difficoltoso trovarlo. La televisione era fuori uso e la porta della camera si chiudeva ma dovendo indovinare la posizione e la gusta distanza dall'intelaiatura....in sostanza sembrava fosse stata forzata e riaggiustata. Buona la pulizia della camera e il guardiano di notte era cortese.

D'accord mais pourquoi il n'a pas voulu que je paie la taxe par carte bancaire ! Il voulait les 4 euros en cash! Sûrement pour les garder dans sa poche ?! Bref pour le reste l'hôtel est vieillosse et le personnel à voulu nous escroquer sur une sois disant taxe et sur le petit déjeuner inclus qu'il refusait de nous servir au matin car il pensait l'inverse.mais avec insistance et preuve à l'appui elle a fini par nous le faire ce petit déjeuner.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Ho apprezzato la pulizia e la cortesia del personale ma le stanze non hanno il bagno in camera e questo è proprio un grande limite per una famiglia con bambini.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Nicht sauber - Ohne Bad - Gebucht wurde das Zimmer mit Bad, bekommen haben wir es ohne, obwohl es deutlich auf der Expedia Seite steht, das die Zimmer über ein eigenes Bad verfügen. Zusätzlich ist das Hotel nicht sauber. Das Wasser womit die Böden gereinigt worden sind, war schwarz, also wahrscheinlich das gleiche Wasser für das ganze Hotel genutzt. Als ich die Rezeption darauf ansprach das mein Zimmer kein Bad verfügt, wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer nur mit Dusche angeboten (auch ohne Bad). Beide Zimmer rochen schlecht und man sollte den Schrank nicht öffnen, den dort liegt die Decke, die sehr unangenehm roch (in beiden Zimmern gleich) Wahrscheinlich wurde diese seit Jahren nicht gewaschen. Was das angebliche XL Frühstück betrifft, ist ein Lacher. Man bekommt paar kleine Knäckebrote und Butter und noch einiges Zeug was ich mich nicht traute es aufzuessen. Das Tablett war nicht sauber. Ich verließ daraufhin den Frühstücksraum, wenn man das überhaut so nennen darf. Also ich würde nie wieder das Hotel buchen, lieber schlafe ich im Auto oder auf der Strasse - kein Scherz! Das einzige was man als positiv bezeichnen würde ist die Lage des Hotels. Man erreicht die Innenstadt mit nur ca. 10 Minuten per Strassenbahn oder Bus. Mit dem Auto lohnt es sich nicht zu fahren, da man sowieso keinen Parkplatz findet und wenn dann findet man später das Auto zerkratzt vor, den die Italiener fahren auf den Mopeds wie verrückt.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Needs work - Although the room was clean and contained a sink the rest of the 'hotel' was quite run down, and the doors didn't seem to lock properly. We knew there was a shared bathroom before we booked but the noise made when closing the bathroom door woke you up every time some one used it, in our case hourly through the night. The breakfast room was tiny and barley fitted in 3 guests and the breakfast its self was verging on un edible. It was walkable to the centre in about 40 mins but the central train station was about 1hrs walk away. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

To be developed: the room was not so quiet, the beds and pillows were unconfortable, toilet seats were quiet over used, the breakfastroom was very little did not fit in as much as we were at the hotel
- Amerrican (2/5): Disgusting & Cheap - TOTAL RIP OFF!!! - The hotel is on one floor of what is possibly an apartment building? The staff at the desk was an Asian family who also lived onsite, they were pleasant to a point but not helpful. The room was freezing cold and when we enquired we were told they do not control the heat, it turns off at 10:00pm and does not turn on again until 6:00am!!! This was MIlan in January, around -6C!! Unacceptable! We used every blanket in the room - 4 in total, all ratty and old - and we were still freezing! It was misery to use the bathroom at night. We paid an extra 15€/night for a private bathroom and it was disgusting! The bathroom smelled like sewage and was moldy. There were no towels, we had to ask for them and were only given towels to shower, had to ask again for towels to dry our hands. The second day they did not even replace the towels but left them on the floor. The shower was cheap and broke when we tried to adjust the height of the shower head. The front desk staff tried to force us to pay 52€ to replace it! The entire hotel was a dump and we told them we would not pay for their cheap shower not withstanding adjustment. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he was unavailable, when we refused to pay for the shower they threatened to call the police, we asked them to please call the police because we knew this was a pathetic attempt to get more money from us. After we asked for the police they dropped the subject and we left. This place was absolutely horrid! DO NOT STAY HERE!
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotell America i Milano - det bortgjemte hotellet - Hotellet lå i 4. etasje i en blokk som var helt umulig å finne på kvelden og forsåvidt på dagen også. Vi måtte spørre tre italienere en kunne vise oss en ringeklokke. Vi var fire jenter på et trangt rom, med kun en vifte som skulle gi litt kulde, men som egentlig ikke ga noe luft i det hele tatt. Heldigvis skulle vi bare sove her en natt. Frokost var inkludert i prisen og var helt grei og overkommerlig. Resepsjonisten, en kinesisk dame som egentlig ikke kunne noe engelsk, virket som trengte noen å snakke med og bablet på uforståelig engelsk i et sett! Alt i alt så får man det man betaler for på dette "hotellet" her.
