kenneth (2/5): - I was told no room was available even though you had booked. You had to find another place to stay, which is difficult in Yeghegnadzor.
Alex (10/5): Great place to stay in Yeghegnadzor - The service was great. Russian was easiest language for me to communicate with the staff. The host shared information about the area, recommended some restaurants, and the breakfast was made just for us like staying in a guest house. The bed was comfortable and the linen comforter was heavy and warm.

trvlbuf elmhurs (2/5): Left immediately, did not stay... - The hotel had no air conditioning in the room, contrary to what was advertised. It was very hot that day. There was no way we could have stayed under does conditions. Make sure Expedia changes the misinformation. It costed us time and money as we were forced to look for a different hotel late that afternoon and pay additional money to our driver.
