• Peta (10/5): City break, ideal location and friendly staff. - Our room was quite small but we had everything we needed. The fridge and microwave were really helpful, coffee and tea facilities. Little shower gels and shampoo too, clean towels and replenishments daily. The breakfast was very nice, probably the nicest scrambled egg I have tasted, it set us up for the day. Helpful and friendly staff, sorted out my WiFi issue too. 24 hour reception. Security camera at the door to get back in after 10pm. Literally a 5 minute walk to Paddington Station, 2 stops on the underground to Tottenham court road for Theatres and Chinatown. 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. Great location! We would come back here and recommend to friends and family. We didn't find anything to dislike, maybe a bigger shower space, but my daughter is about 5ft9 so she found it a bit small for her, not a big deal though for short stay.

• Chris (6/5): Done the job but won’t be back… - Location was good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. We were in room 15 , very top floor over 85 steps getting narrower the higher you went up…absolutely no good for people with mobility issues. No idea if all rooms similar to ours but suspect not. The room was very small, the bathroom seemed to be built in a small cupboard - see photos. We had a floor fan supplied in the room which was good as it did get hot/stuffy. Breakfast was from 8am but the spread was generally being set out way after 8am so if you needed away quickly you’d have to go without. Primarily a continental breakfast with plenty options but with some hot food - to be precise scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, baked beans and hash browns - no bacon or sausages - a bit strange. The dining area was in the basement- a further 15 or so steps down - rather bland in appearance but clean. We didn’t travel to London to sit in our room so we got by but we wouldn’t stay there again — it’s more of a guesthouse than a hotel to be honest.

Il rapporto qualità prezzo secondo me potrebbe essere meglio, ma chiaramente parliamo dei prezzi di Londra centro. Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario, i dettagli non sono curati e ci si può lavorare ma la stanza era pulita e con cambio di salviette tutti i giorni. Zimmer ist klein, aber für einen Citytrip völlig ausreichend und sehr sauber. Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Check-in und -out möglich. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Keller und zu klein. Frühstücksauswahl ist ok.

Det var lite trafikk i gaten utenfor hotellet, noe som gjorde oppholdet bra dag og natt. Frokosten var enkel men høyst tilfredsstillende. Spisesalen var nokså spartansk innredet, og kunne med enkle midler blitt gjort mer tiltalende.

Respondieron al mail que les mande casi a los minutos, y al llegar fueron MUY atentos todos! El desayuno tambien muy bueno! No me gusto que tuvimos una habitaciones en el último piso, y el internet no llegaba nada!! No hay elevador y teniamos que subir 5 pisos en una escalera estrecha cada que llegábamos! Osea si traes maletas grandes o eres una persona anciana o con problemas para subir tanta escalera no es opción! Puse que era mi cumpleaños, les mande un mail diciendo esto tambien, y no hicieron nada por hacerme sentir especial!

L’Hotel era molto carino, la stanza veniva sistemata ogni giorno con asciugamani puliti e letti rifatti. Ottima accoglienza, con postazione tè in camera, bollitore, tazze, tè di diversi tipi e biscottini Lotus ogni giorno. La colazione inclusa viene costantemente rifornita, e accontenta tutti proponendo sia dolce che salato. Colazione inglese con cibo salato preparato ogni mattina, uova, fagioli, diversi tipi di formaggi e salumi, apprezzato molto gli hashbrowns di patate, i cetrioli e verdurine tagliate fresche ogni mattina. La colazione dolce aveva per lo più prodotti confezionati ma comunque molto buoni con pancake, waffle, toast, nutella, marmellate, burro, diversi tipi di cereali, biscotti lotus e frutta fresca ogni giorno. Staff cordiale e disponibile, ci siamo trovate molto bene. Nella stanza in particolare c’era un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo, un comodino ciascuno, mini frigo molto utile per tenere al fresco l’acqua o spuntini, tre specchi sia altezza viso che a coro intero, armadio e varie mensole su cui appoggiare le cose. Niente ascensore e le scale erano abbastanza strette, ma questo è tipico di molti locali a londra che si estendono in altezza. La stanza e il bagno erano abbastanza piccolini, da qui probabilmente il nome dell’hotel, in tre siamo state un po’ strette. Per un soggiorno di una settimana dove tutto il giorno sei fuori ad esplorare e va più che bene.

Le petit dej était bien malgré que la salle soit petite et bruyante La chambre que nous avons eu était situé au 6 étage sans ascenseur, mini chambre en dessous des toits, il faisait très chaud et pas de place pour circuler, lorsqu’on descend on oublie rien hahaa ! • Jeroen Martijn (6/5): Redelijk tot goed Hotel - De ligging, dichtbij treinstation Padington, Maar toch redelijk aan rustige straat gelegen hotel. . De ontbijt keus De kamer was echt heel krap, 140 breed bed, wel voorzien van alle faciteiten. Koffie thee, koelkast, zeep etc. etc. De ontbijtruimte is te klein, 6 tafeltjes voor 17 kamers. Ook geen ramen in de ruimte, hierdoor voelt het heel benauwd aan. Soms moest je wachten voordat je kon gaan zitten omdat het te druk was. Het personeel doet hun ding als routine, een bepaalde vriendelijkheid, of alleen even goedemorgen zeggen hebben wijp gemist. Dit zou het hotel goed kunnen doen en hierdoor het wat minder kil zou kunnen worden zoals wij het ervaren hebben.

Booked for breakfast was hoping for a good start to the day, but a little clinical and felt this was just an idea the hotel came up just to please some people and not really thought about. Just not for us to be honest 😕 .

Die Organisation des Frühstücks hätte besser laufen können, zumal der Frühstücksraum auch sehr klein ist. Das Angebot war soweit ok, hätte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein können.

Es hat etwas gedauert bis wir die Standheizung in Gang gebracht haben aber das war nicht so schlimm. Was uns einmal etwas negativ aufgefallen ist,war das nachdem das Housekeeping das Zimmer aufgeräumt hat, war die Tür nicht abgeschlossen. Haben es angesprochen und es wurde auch entschuldigt.

En vacances avec mon fils de 5 ans tout etait parfait Le petit déjeuner aurait pu être de meilleure qualité mais il est quand même bon et varié. Attention si vous avez des difficultés à marcher les chambres ne sont accessibles que par les escaliers, pas un problème pour nous et la personne de l’accueil à aider pour les valises.

Flera olika sorters pålägg. Små pannkakor, våfflor. Joser, kaffe, te... Inget lyxigt, men man blir mätt och nöjd! Ett litet, tyst hotell med några få rum. På nätterna hörde vi ingen trafik. Fomos muito bem recebidos, o hotel é simples mas atende muito bem a casais e quem está viajando sozinho. O café da manhã também superou as expectativas. Além da localização que é excelente. Os quartos e banheiros são apertados, por isso minha recomendação é para casais ou pessoas que estão viajando sozinhas. Não foi um empecilho pra mim, pois eu já estava ciente, mas é bom estar por dentro pois acredito que para familia deve ficar um pouco apertado.

• Sarah (8/5): Bien situé - Près de la grande gare Paddington et la gare central. Le quartier est très sécuritaire et près d'un grand parc. Plein de restaurant à proximité. J'ai adoré le quartier. Nous avons payé 730$ pour 3 nuits mais au lieu j'aurai préféré payé 500$ 3 nuits dans un autre hotel et pouvoir choisir mon dejeuner.. Il y a beaucoup de marche et pas d'ascenseur pour monter au 4 étages. Le personnel nous a monté nos valises mais pour ceux qui sont moins en forme informez-vous pour l'étage que vous serez (chambre 15-16-17 sont au plus haut ). Le déjeuner est bien mais à 8h il y avait trop de monde pour le nombre de place... Nous avons donc décider le lendemain de déjeuner plus tard pour éviter de se piler dessus et de pouvoir s'assoir. Nos lits n'étaient pas super confortable. Pour la douche, eau chaude faible...

• Lucía (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Había recepción 24 h y aunque hay escaleras y las habitaciones son pequeñas hay facilidad para dejar el carrito de niño abajo, que si no, sería un problema. Es un hotel viejo, pero estaba todo limpísimo. El desayuno está bastante bien pero la sala es pequeña. Es de lo mejor calidad-precio y con una ubicación excelente. Lo volvería a elegir. Muchos ruidos. Se escucha todo de las demás habitaciones y escaleras
