- Michael (4/5): Nach einigen wunderschönen Aufenthalten im Resort, war dieser leider sehr enttäuschend. - Die Lage zum Skigebiet, Zimmer und Wellnessbereich sowie Buffet Angebot. Aufgrund dessen waren wir schon mehrmals im NockResort Sehr enttäuscht waren wir über den Service beim Abendessen, keine Kontrolle über Benutzung von Sauna und Wellnessbereich (keine Einhaltung von Saunaregeln, Kinder im Whirlpool und keine Entspannung aufgrund von Lautstärke). Zudem war die Heizung im Badezimmer defekt, die Rezeptionsmitarbeiterin war zwar bemüht, die Heizung konnte jedoch nicht aktiviert werden, somit war das Duschen nach dem Skifahren nur im Kalten Badezimmer möglich.

- Ilona (9/5): - tel nás velmi mile překvapil. Ubytování bylo pěkné, čisté a pohodlné. Velkým plusem byly opravdu bohaté snídaně, kde si každý mohl vybrat podle chuti. Večeře byly servírované formou čtyřchodového menu a jídlo bylo vždy velmi chutné a hezky připravené. Příjemným bonusem byl také odpolední lunch v ceně pobytu, který jsme po dni na svahu opravdu ocenili. K dispozici byl bazén, sauna i fitness, takže si člověk mohl skvěle odpočinout a zrelaxovat. Pro rodiny s dětmi je navíc velkou výhodou dětský koutek. Obrovským benefitem je také poloha hotelu – přímo na svahu, takže se dá vyjet na lyže prakticky rovnou od hotelu. Celkově jsme byli velmi spokojeni a pobyt jsme si opravdu užili.

Zimmer etwas hellhörig, Ski Depot etwas zu klein für die Anzahl an Gästen. Pegel der Lautstärke beim Frühstück und Abendessen hoch durch viel Kinder, Pool Bereich ebenfalls wenig entspannend durch viele unbeaufsichtigte Kinder.
- Botond (7/5): Mixed feelings. Great location, great food, outdated bulk solutions. - The location is great for skiing. You put on your skis and off you go. The pool was good. The quality of the food was great, especially the dinner. The dessert was marvelous. I think the chefs knew their job. The room, while probably went through some renovation during the years, did not meet our expectation. It was hard to control the temperature without a thermostat. The door to the balcony got stuck sometimes, we were just hardly able to close or open. There is no Ventilation from the toilet/bathroom. Seems handy to rent the skis from the hotel, however the rental is open shortly on the morning and for another half an hour in the afternoon. And on the busiest day when most people were leaving the shop did not open at all, making a big chaos whose skis are where, people marking with post-it notes their gear. Better to rent it at a shop where there is staff all day long. In addition the boots we got for our daughter was hurting her. This turned out after the first slope, but we could only exchange it in the afternoon, and she could not ski therefore that day. The ski storage place is not enough. It tells a lot about the other guests as well that many people simply remove your skiing shoes and put theirs instead on the warm rack. The hotel says that we can charge our electric car easily in the garage. The garage is just simply full and all of the charging spot are occupied by nonelectric vehicles. So plan to charge your car somewhere more reliable.

- Yvette (4/5): Location is good however I would rate this hotel a 2.5 and overpriced. - Breakfast was great however they should consider running it a bit later than 10am cut off. Location was also good and the jacuzzi like pool was enjoyable. It’s not a 4 star hotel and the value for the price was missing. Our room was tired, small and lighting in the bathroom was insufficient. There was no lotion or hair conditioner provided which is standard for a 4 star hotel. They had one bottle of body wash that they labelled body wash/shampoo and conditioner?! There was no water to drink in the gym and the massage I had was sub-par. The service in the dining room was inconsistent and first night it took 2 hours to have a pre-set dinner. Service was slow and we asked to move to the other dining room since the room we were in only had one or two servers and couldn’t handle the volume.

It is on the ski slop, 100 m away, which is very practical with all ski equipment. I would recommend this hotel for staying. I would recommend cleaning reception area more often due to guests coming from outside bringing snow and dirtiness.

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehe gemütlich im Landhausstil. Das Zimmer war eher „älter“ einfach eingerichtet aber alles sauber. Mir hat im Wellnesbereich etwas der „Wohlfühlfaktor“ gefehlt. Man könnte die Ruheräume etwas Liebevoller und gemütlicher gestalten & die Dampfsauna sieht aus als wäre sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten auch sehr schön.

The location was very good, we just stayed 1 night I wish we stayed longer. The sauna is not open in the morning so the day of check out we couldn’t use.

Schönes, gut ausgestattetes Hotel in herrlicher Berglandschaft: Schwimmbäder, Wellness, Squash- und Tennisplätze sowie weitere Sportmöglichkeiten etc. Hilfsbereites und höfliches Hotelpersonal, tadellose Sauberkeit, bequeme Betten. Das Restaurant bietet eine große Auswahl zum Frühstück, die Qualität und Vielfalt des Abendessens gehört zu den besten unserer bisherigen Reisen. Ein fantastisches gastronomisches Erlebnis! Zu den Zimmern gehört eine kostenlose Kärnten Card, die überall einlösbar ist. Nem volt ilyen.
- Barbara Hauer (9/5): Top Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem SPA (inkl. Ausblick Berge), gut erreichbar, freundlichstes Personal - Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt, und wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen. Bereits beim Empfang haben wir die tolle Ausstattung des Hotels sehen können, und auch die Zimmer sind geräumig, hell, freundlich, sauber und soweit gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit überall können wir bestätigen. Der SPA hat uns ganz besonders gefallen, und vor allem einerseits das große Schwimmbecken mit dem angenehm temperierten Wasser, dass sich in 2 Teile teilt, aber durch "Tunnel" verbunden ist. Man kann somit gut "Kreise ziehen", und zügig schwimmen. Außerdem andererseits der richtig große Whirlpool, mit allerlei Spielereien. In der Sauna als auch im Ruhebereit blickt man direkt auf die Berge/Gipfel, was nochmal ein besonderes Highlight ist. Die Zeiten für die Nutzung sind mit 7 bis 22 Uhr außerdem sehr sehr großzügig, und man kann somit bereits auch vor dem Frühstück die ersten Runden ziehen im Schwimmbad. Wir hatten "nur" Frühstück (nicht Halbpension), daher können wir nur darüber berichten: erstens wurden wir wunderbar persönlich betreut (DANKE Monika!), und alles was toll ist für ein Frühstück is zu finden! Ausgezeichnet und gut! Die Menge ist mehr als ausreichend und die Auswahl groß genug! Parkplatz war vorhanden (genug Plätze), und auch geräumig. Wir haben die Kärnten Card (inkl. "Buch" dazu mit den enthaltenen Sehenswürdigkeiten) noch dazu bekommen, was auch bedeutet, ganz viele Sehenswürdigkeint KOSTENLOS nutzen zu können (unbedingt nutzen!!) der Weg "runter" ins Dort kann zu Fuß getätigt werden, ca 10 Minuten, auch zur Str. Kathrein Therme. etwas länger dauert es zur Römertherme bzw. der Bergbahn (das sind wir dann doch mit dem Auto gefahren, KANN aber auch zu Fuß erreicht werden). Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Urlaub, in dem unbedingt auch das SPA benutzt werden sollte! Wir kommen gerne und sicher wieder!! Im Zimmer gibt es keine Minibar, was nun nicht per se so schlimm gewesen wäre - allerdings hat man (gerade im Sommer) oft auch mal etwas mit, das gekühlt sein sollte. Der Föhn liegt im Kasten, den muss man eben etwas "suchen" (wir hätten zuerst im Bad danach gesucht). Die Parkdecks sind etwas "interessant", bzw. könnte der "Ausgang direkt ins Hotel" etwas besser markiert sein den habe ich nicht gleich beim ersten Mal gefunden. Außerde der Balkon sehr klein (zumindest bei unseren Zimmern) - aber sonst: KEINE KLAGEN!

- Ludwig (10/5): Ein gelungener und entspannter Urlaub. - Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr Abwechslungsreich, große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, zwei mal pro Woche kommt ein Saunameister zum Ausgiesen. Ausreichend Liegen sind vorhanden. Es gibt keine Beanstandung.

- Martina Aigner (5/5): - Freundliches Personal und die Lage ist spitze! Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, für den Preis hätte ich mir was anderes erwartet! Aufenthaltsräume auch sehr alt, riechen teilweise modrig, kappute Böden und sehr schlecht belichtet! Das "Buffet" für die Kinder war etwas fragwürdig weil es nur ein Hauptgericht gab, es gab mal Schnitzel dass wie so ein fertig Schnitzel vom Supermarkt geschmeckt hat und einen Tag war der Reis komplett hart! Auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und nicht unbedingt schön! Alles in allem für den Preis kein zweites Mal mehr !

Szállodai játékok is döntően ingyenesek. Kissé tartottam tőle pár lehúzó komment miatt, de én pl.lényegtelen apróságokon nem szoktam kiakadni. -

- Beate (7/5): Hat Erwartungen nicht ganz erfüllt - Sehr vielfältiges Frühstück, Tiefgarage, gute Erreichbarkeit und Lage, nettes Barambiente, viele Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten Leider zu wenig Auto-Stellplätze für alle Zimmer, teilweise veraltete Zimmer, wo beispielsweise beim Türstock bei uns bereits ein Teil angeschraubt wurde (vermittelt wenig Sicherheit, Zimmer 116), im Bad befinden sich altmodische Wasserhähne, die umständlich zu bedienen sind und nach 5 Minuten duschen wir das Wasser weniger, keine oder wenig Lüftung im Bad/WC, Spinnenweben im Zimmer, leider habe nur die halben Lampen funktioniert und der Fernseher-Empfang gar nicht (wurde am zweiten Tag repariert), beim Frühstück leider sehr laut und nur eine Kaffeemaschine (ewige Schlange), leider kein Moskito-Netz an den Fenstern oder Klimaanlage
- Bogdan Turlacu (9/5): Liniste si relaxare - Locatia, facilitatile hotelului - piscina ne-a placut in mod deosebit, amplasarea hotelului intr-o zona mai retrasa, linistea de aici si zonele de relaxare, din jurul piscinei, a lacului artificial din curtea hotelului, privelistea din camera, dar si din restaurant, micul dejun diversificat, parcarea proprie, inclusa in pretul cazarii. Mobilierul vechi, din punctul nostru de vedere camerele nu se ridica la acelasi nivel cu spatiile comune.
- Steindl (5/5): - Hervorragendes Essen, die Falstaffgabel trifft zu Aussenbereich des Wellnessbereichs stark renovierungsbedürftig, am Balkon Spinnenweben, nur vertrocknete Blumen, Handtuchwechsel nur nach Reklamation.
- Remco (8/5): Mooie lokatie en SPA met vriendelijk persoon en goed eten, maar doe wat aan de slaapkamers en eetzaal - Heel vriendelijk personeel. Mooie lokatie en SPA. Uitstekend ontbijt. Slaapkamer was erg gedateerd en de eetzaal was zo gezellig als een kantine.

- roberta (9/5): Rilassante e ricaricante - Ero già stata in questo albergo e ci sono tornata perché mi sono trovata molto bene: staff accogliente, stanza ampia, colazione con ampia scelta e cena ottima (per chi ha figli: c'è un buffet riservato ai bambini, con tanto di vaschetta gelato), Spa molto bella, con numerosi lettini relax e anche laghetto fitodepurato per immergersi nell'acqua fredda dopo la sauna. Servirebbe una piscina (anche non grande) separata per gli adulti, come c'è in altre strutture. L'hotel non ha aria condizionata nelle stanze: per quanto la sera la temperatura cali sempre, l'aria condizionata è ormai un'offerta necessaria date le alte temperature. Dopo la cena, talvolta resta addosso l'odore delle cucine che si diffonde nella hall: non eccessivo, ma si può migliorare.

- Josef (9/5): Erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie - Essen war liebevoll und sehr gut zubereitet /Früstück war für jeden etwas dabei Viele Möglichkeiten von Fitness bis Sauna
- Dominik (10/5): Top - jederzeit eine Reise wert - Sauna und Spabereixh sind mega. Zudem verfügt das Hotel über eine eigene Squash Halle uhd einen Fitnessraum. Die Kärntencard ist inklusive und kann für viele Ausflüge in der Nähe bzw. auch in ganz Kärnten für Tagesausflüge genutzt werden. So erspart man sich einiges an Geld. Das Essen war traumhaft und das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Zimmergröße war Hammer und der Balkon lädt auf ein paar ruhige Minuten ein.

Aktiviteter för barn. Massage finns också. Ett helt fantastiskt ställe! Får inte heller glömma området kring hotellet med solstolar mm.
