• Sanda (7/5): Overall good stay. - The room was nice, it had enough space and the bathroom was spacious too. We also got earplugs so the outside noise doesn't affect our sleep which was nice. The common area was very nice and I enjoyed it. The terrace was huge and comfortable. Our toilet was sometimes splashing out even with the close lid. The water in the shower took a while to heat up. The cushion on the bed was nice but it was too soft so you fall into it and can be a bit uncomfortable if you have back problems. The staff was communicative prior to our arrival, but as soon as we got there we didn't receive a reply regarding any of our questions nor a message after we left to confirm our check out.
• Natalia (4/5): Jak na parę nocy, za taką cenę da się przeżyć, nie ma co oczekiwać zbyt wiele - Lokalizacja obiektu całkiem w porządku, bardzo blisko przystanek autobusowy i tramwajowy, ok.30min do centrum. Dużym plusem było żelazko i suszarka w pokoju. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry, szybkie odpowiedzi na pytania. Niestety obiekt nie wygląda jak na zdjęciach, na ścianach były pajęczyny, miałam też spore wątpliwości co do czystości pościeli- były na niej widoczne liczne plamy. Sporym minusem jest na pewno ogromny hałas od ulicy, a także głośni lokatorzy- dlatego zależy na kogo się trafi ;) Ściany „z kartonu”, wygłuszenia brak. Słychać każdą rozmowę albo dźwięk suszarki z pokojów dalej.

No Jezu taaaaki hałas na dworze że gdyby człowiek nie był zmęczony tym dojazdem na miasto i zwiedzaniem to w życiu bym tam nie zasnęła... ja nie wiem co wy macie za okna ale proponuje je wymienić bądź zainwestować w droższe żaluzje wyciszające naprawdę to jest dramat. Ściany są tak cienkie że dwie dziewczyny za ścianą tak było słychać że człowiek no nie mogł spać, ale po zwróceniu Im uwagi w końcu się uciszyły. Mieliśmy pokoju z balkonem a tak naprawdę był on po prostu wyjście na taras do którego wszyscy mieli dostęp wejście od kuchni więc nie wiem po co człowiek płacić większą cenę za prywatny balkon skoro w ogóle nie był on prywatny ŻENADA. W hotelem poprzednich co byliśmy, ręczniki był wymieniane co jeden dzień a tu byliśmy 5 dni i żadnej wymiany dziwne. Z osobami, które zajmują sie "powiedziemy" hotelem wirtualnie zero kontaktu odkąd wypłaciłam podatek klimatyczny ZERO kontaktu, nie odpowiedali na wiadomości, nawet nie zapytali czy wszystko w porządku. Ogółem czy polecam NIE następnym razem dołożę 100€ więcej i będę miała normalny hotel,bliżej w normalnej dzielnicy.

• Briģe (4/5): for the price i think you can get better places to stay, for 1 night maybe you can but i was for 3 and did not like it - bed was nice very very loud, the balcony glass door isn’t sound proof at all and even earplugs don’t help at all, be aware that some rooms have the bathroom outside the room so every time you have to go through a corridor and anyone can be sitting there, it is mentioned but i didn’t notice it and was really surprised (this was my fault), also in my room the hairdryer didn’t work, only got 1 big towel and 1 very very small so it wasn’t suitable for long hair,the bathroom doors are also kinda hard to unlock and i got locked inside with the keys outside

• Nassim (10/5): Buena ubicación y buena estancia. - La habitación en muy amplia y el baño es perfecto para 2. Muy bien integrado las habitaciones en la casa y buena distribución. La cocina tiene lo justo y necesario para lo que necesitas. Como mucho pediría una cocina algo más grande y un sofá más para estar descansando en el salón.

• Olesea (10/5): прекрасно - Хорошее расположение,остановка трамвая практически напротив,на 5 и 14 трамвае легко добраться до Термини и до метро.Есть продуктовые рядом,свежие фрукты.останавливались в номере с балконом,который переходил в террасу.кровати удобные.Заселение быстрое,вам пришлют утром в день заселения коды от дверей и от ящика в котором находятся ключи от квартиры,нужно также сразу оплатить сити такс за туриста.Моющие средства были.отличное место для проживания на короткий срок! Очень шумно,но в номере есть бируши,с ними прекрасно можно заснуть. Когда бронировали было заявлено ,что в нашем номере есть мини кухня-на самом деле она общая. Но нас все устроило,только мы и готовили на ней,видимо туристы без деток предпочитают питаться в ресторанах.

EN: The photos of the apartment are appealing, but the reality is quite different. The place is worn, empty, and dirty. The bathroom is moldy, and I cannot hang the towel anywhere except on the moldy wall. The sofa is disgusting, and the cushion is dirty. The shutters make a very loud rattling noise, making it impossible to fall asleep—even the provided earplugs do not help. The noise is not only coming from outside, but also from neighboring apartments—both from the sides and from above. I have also reported this issue to Booking.com. We left the accommodation early in the morning and booked a new place. I do not recommend it at all. It is completely impossible to rest there HU: A lakásról készült fotók vonzóak, de a valóság egészen más. A hely elhasznált, üres és koszos. A fürdőszoba penészes, és a törölközőt sem tudom máshová akasztani, csak a penészes falra. A kanapé undorító, a párna piszkos. A redőnyök nagyon hangosan zörögnek, emiatt lehetetlen elaludni – még a biztosított füldugók sem segítenek. A zaj nemcsak kintről jön, hanem a szomszédos lakásokból is – oldalról és felülről egyaránt. Ezt a problémát a Booking.com felé is jeleztem. A átállásról reggel azonnal eljöttünk és új helyen foglaltunk. Nagyon nem ajánlom. Teljesen lehetetlen ott pihenni

• Diana (10/5): Chill in Rome - Clean, with all necessary stuff and the location some say is a dangerous zone but we didn’t feel it that way even going back late night. It was a normal area well connected. The floor was to cold and we couldn’t turn on heating.

• Iván (8/5): Buena ubicación, buen personal, un poco ruidoso - La luz que entra, bien comunicado, los utensilios de cocina y la disponibilidad de los trabajadores. El ruido, aunque dejan unos tapones, depende para quién puede ser un lugar con mucho ruido de autos. Nada recomendable para alguien sensible a los ruidos de los coches.

The external bathroom had problems with the key, we had trouble using it. The kitchenette was kind of small and another guest fried onions at 10.30 p.m. - that was awful, all the smell entered our rooms.

Una luz blanca central que parecía de un quirófano, espantosa. El baño súper incómodo y no tenía para colgar las toallas. Dos noches llegamos y había mucho olor a frito en el piso. No nos gustó para nada y nos sentimos incómodos que para llegar si no pagábamos la taza no nos dejaban entrar al Cuarto, mala comunicación con el Responsable. No volveríamos más

• Rita (5/5): Kedves a szállásadó, de a szoba és mosdó tisztasága nem megfelelő. - Jó volt a szállás elhelyezkedése, közel volt pl. a busz és metró. Mivel egész nap úton voltunk, csak aludni jártunk a szállásra, így pont megfelelt. Közelben volt egy nagyon jó reggelizőhely. A szoba és a mosdó tisztasága sajnos nem volt megfelelő. A mosdóban az ajtó nem záródott mindig megfelelően, így volt, hogy bent is ragadtunk a mosdóban. Nagyon hangos volt a környék.

So if you stay a long period of time you’ll eventually have to get your own toilet paper and wash the hotel towels yourself.

The host provided ear plugs but it barely had an effect. The host also doesn't respond on time. In one argument, he reminded us that he cleaned the room out of kindness after 3 days of stay. • JANE (5/5): Very basic. - The bed is comfortable. Shower good, lots of hot water. Bathroom clean. Good little supermarket very close. Coffee shop next door. Trams and buses run very regularly outside the rooms. This service is very good as you are quite a distance out of the centre of town. Checkin is via WhatsApp messaging - not always reliable or available without access to wifi. We arrived in the building having had no contact from the owner and had no idea where to go or what to do. We did not get comms until we got wifi from the kind people in the business opposite the rooms. They tried to contact the owner for us as we hadn't heard from him. They were very nice but there was no answer when they rang the owner. Gave us their wifi logon - then the WhatsApp instructions came through. This was 25 minutes after we arrived. We never did get 'the manual' from the owner so had to ask another guest for wifi. We had another guest then ask us for wifi as they didn't get it either. Room spacious enough. The bathroom sink has no plug or drain cover - if you drop anything it will disappear down the drain. It's also very unpleasant brushing your teeth over an open drain. There are no hooks or shelf in the bathroom - there is literally nowhere to put anything, eg towels etc. Tea, coffee, stove top, toaster, fridge, outdoor areas, kettle - all shared. These are not in room as implied in the ad. There is no cold water in the kitchen - you have to fill the kettle with cold water from your room. The location of the room is miles away from anything tourists want to do so you need to take a 20-30 minute tram trip every day to get to a starting point, and then return the same way at the end of the day. This is very difficult if you want to do a tour that starts early or finishes late. The rooms are on a very busy road with constant loud traffic and siren noise.

• Maslakova (9/5): Я раджу цей готель для відпочинку в Римі - Відпочивала з двома дітьми (8 та 14 років) девʼять днів. Розташування, комунікація з транспортом та крамницями - супер. На кухні готували сніданки та вечерю, а обід організовували в місті. Персонал завжди на зв’язку. В готелі чисто. Тераса, балкон… Все дуже розслабляє. Спільна кухня в перший день була дивною для дітей, потім звикли. Мало коли хтось був на кухні одночасно з нами. Прайс також приємний і дозволив витрачати більше грошей на розваги. Знайшли готель легко. На WhatsApp прийшли відео інструкції. Коли лягали спати дуже чутно транспорт з вулиці, особливо сирени швидких допомог. Але на ліжку в перший день нас чекали беруші. 2-3 дні спали з ними, потім без них - звикли. Гуляли багато, тому спали добре.

• pier paola (4/5): Roma bellissima il resto da dimenticare. - Siamo arrivate e la camera puzzava di fumo non funzionava il Wi-Fi non c’era un’armadio, il letto era un incubo il telecomando della tv non funzionava la porta esterna non si Chiudeva del tutto. Booking dovrebbe visionarlo personalmente. Il titolare è stato chiamato più volte per assistenza ma nn si è mai presentato.

Le linge de lit n’a pas été changé, les têtes d’oreiller étaient sales. Lavabo bouché, odeurs fortes qui viennent de la cuisine partagée. Un bruit insupportable car pas de double vitrage, on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue. Il est juste impossible de dormir dans ces conditions… Bref, a fuir…
• Bergström (3/5): Enkelt, lyhört och eftersatt. - Ganska skön säng och bra kuddar. Otroligt mycket ljud från gatan och lyhört mellan rummen. Rummet skulle behöva en uppfräschning och någon bättre belysning. Det var antingen väldigt stark taklampa eller ingenting. Sängbord saknades. Duschen skulle behöva en rensning av brunnen, vattnet rann inte undan. Toaletten var svår att spola, man fick köra några omgångar för att få bort innehållet. Takterrassen var inte särskilt kul, trasiga möbler och väldigt bullrigt från gatan. Men, helt ok ställe om man är ok med enkelt och mest ska sova. Man fick öronproppar när man kom. Träffade ingen personal, incheckning och utcheckning gjordes på egen hand.

Deberían limpiarla cuando se va la gente. El aire no nos funcionó dos días hasta que lo abrí y lo tuve que limpiar porque los filtros estaban muy sucios.

Il faut juste prévoir des boucles Quies car la circulation et les sirènes ne s'arrêtent pas vraiment. Mais on s'habitue. Sinon bel immeuble et appartement propre et agréable.

• Krishnakumar (1/5): Really horrible with the cramped bath & room for 3 person, flimsy table/shelf - Liked the Kitchen, but we did not use much as we did not stay long during day hours. Pathetic. Too far from City - More time spent travelling to and from the stay. Too far from the nearest metro station. But tram and bus were just available outside a 50mts walk. It takes atleast 30 min if you have to reach to the railway station or City Bus station. One of the worst experiences of stay in Italy. We stayed for 4 days to tour Rome and our requirements was to only use the facility to stay at night, get ready in the morning and go around the city tour. The room was so cramped The table and the shelf were so flimsy that we were scared to load our things on it fearing that it would break. Forget of keeping our suitcase on it. Anything you touch would come off You can see how shabby was our room with all things lying on the bed. No staff seen in all these four days of stay, only what app communication Its an serviced apartment kind The worst nightmare was the bathroom. Very slippery. You need to be very very careful. The bath area was just 2ft 3 inches square in size. I just want to ask David.... have you ever tried taking bath this such small space?? Any reasonable built person once they get inside cannot bend themselves to pick the soap kept on the floor. Yes correct there are no shelf inside the bath area. Its kept on one corner on the floor. Getting to the soap one has to bend and you will get hit by the walls and door of the bath. Really pathetic facility. I will give rating in minus for this reason alone. Any tall person of hight like me just 5 ft and 10 inch, or even 5ft 5 inch or any stout short person cannot bend to reach to the soap. The washbasin did not have a filter to drain but hole, so anything fell in the washbasin by mistake would go down the drain, so have to be careful. But David was very cooperative during our stay I would say as we have to checkout and keep our luggage in the facility till noon. Thanks for that. The instruction provided to self check-in was great, free wifi was available during our stay

• Radosław (6/5): A good choice in the lack of alternatives in a better location - Well equipped common area (with e.g. fridge, coffee pot, kitchenette). There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance to the apartment and the C-line metro station is located around 10-15 minutes from the apartment. At the beginning of the stay it turned out, that toilet flush is not working, but the person managing apartment solved it very quickly even though it was Sunday. Apartment is located in a not-so-safe area near the busy road. It's quite noisy in the night (There were earplugs waiting in the apartment, but unfortunately only one pair for two people). Room is quite small. Bathroom is located in the corridor; it is very small and poorly ventilated. Although contact with the manager was good during the stay, before the arrival we had to contact him several times to receive the check-in details. The rating would be higher if the price was lower - considering how much we paid for the apartment, the value for money is not good
• Jonathan (6/5): - Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut und alles war sauber. Das Zimmer ist schon etwas abgewohnt und unterscheidet sich von den Bildern, dazu war es nachts sehr laut. Es gibt ein Onboarding-Pdf, was ich allerdings erst auf Nachfrage bekommen habe. Die Küche ist eher nicht zum kochen geeignet.

• Daniel (8/5): Gute Unterkunft für das Budget - Das Zimmer und die Dachterrasse sind top. Vor allem die Möglichkeit die Küche zu benutzen hat mir gefallen. Die Kommunikation zum Check in war etwas unübersichtlich, lag aber daran dass mehrere Gäste gleichzeitig ankamen. Ansonsten war der Host immer gut erreichbar.
• Cristina (5/5): Regular - Lo que más nos gustó fue la atención y el buen trato de Ashton, un chico super amable y agradable. Además la habitación tenía secador, plancha de ropa, smart TV y aire acondicionado. No me gustó la cama, era súper incómoda, el colchón tenía muelles que se clavaban; además, el último día intentamos ducharnos antes de salir para el aeropuerto y no había agua caliente. Añadiría que el alojamiento está bastante retirado de todas las atracciones turísticas.
