Martina (9/5): - Ich war mit meiner Tochter von Montag bis Freitag hier. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auch Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten waren kein Problem. Natürlich ist die Lage außerhalb von London, aber ich kann dies nicht als negativen Punkt werten, weil ich das ja weiß, wenn ich das Hotel buche. Die für uns beste und günstigste Route nach London war mit dem Bus 440 (Haltestelle sofort vor der Tür) bis zur Haltestelle Acton Main Line, von da aus mit der Elizabeth Line bis Paddington Station oder zur Tottenham Court Road. Die Route kostet £5,50. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Gibt es nichts

Dobra baza wypadowa. Mały wybór śniadań. Wygląd hotelu (korytarze, recepcja) mogą w pierwszej chwili przerażać. Obiekt potrzebuje odnowienia, ale pokoje są czyste i schludne.

Robert (4/5): Would not recommend and would not stay here again. - Nothing Not the most cleanest of places which is apparent when you enter- dirty mat, stairs to rooms visibly dirty with debris evident, stairs make a strange noise when using them can only liken it to a dog bark. Our room had 2 double beds, the side of the beds were right up against the wall and one with a radiator on it. Beds not comfortable and only had one pillow each, which offered no comfort. No storage space in the room , windows clearly have not been cleaned for some time. Shower riser worn, small mat on a shiny tiled floor to step on from shower was a slip hazard as it did not absorb any water. Parking extremely limited on sight, 5 spaces and is monitored by a car parking company, no discount to park. No spaces when we arrived. Was shown a picture for alternative parking and was told it was not far away but no directions were given as to where it was. Commercial businesses nearby and roads in the vicinity unclean and don’t feel you with confidence if you were to park there. Hotel seriously lacking in general cleanliness and facilities.

Very tasty too! The only issue was the curtains in the room were a little sheer for my liking as a light sleeper.

With having a resturant/cafe on site was a brucie bonus. The only thing that was a probem was parking but that was easily overcome

The cafe does really good food at reasonable prices and the staff were friendly. It has a lift which is useful as we had large cases. 30 minutes free parking at the hotel and free street parking available locally. Right next to the canal. The toilet kept running after flushing, I couldn't turn the AC down to a comfortable temperature. Very small parking area with only a handful of spots.

Room was basic but clean and warm enough. It was handy having a fridge and microwave in the room. Bathroom light operated by movement sensor... really annoying as it kept going off while I was in there and randomly came on during the night. No full length mirror in the room. Bed was way too firm.

Brian (10/5): Great value for money - In the middle of at least 3 train lines (15 minute walk) as well as great staff, good value for money, and the cafe downstairs with nice food. Heating was too warm all the time, with vents shut it still got very warm so had to have windows open misting the time.
griffithsc2014 (10/5): dont judge a book by its cover - The rooms I have stayed in were very clean and comfortable. What really surprised me was having a Microwave and a Fridge in the room. All the staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was a pleasant experience. I will be coming back mid year and again at the end of the year and looking forward to it.

LAETITIA (9/5): - Le lit est confortable la chambre est spacieuse et très propre Il n'y a rien autour mais c'est précisé dans l'annonce. Le métro est à 20 min à pied ou en bus 440 à 5min Il faisait froid dans la salle de bain et la personne du ménage a frappé à ma porte le matin malgré le "NE PAS DERANGER"
