• seasidevally (8/5): Good location , helpful staff. - Pleasant hotel in a good location. Rooms are spacious but may not have much of a view. The beds are comfortable with too much bedding! The radiators in the room are adjustable and the windows open. The breakfast is ok but the restaurant has a limited menu.
• ChrisMcNeil (10/5): A well-designed and comfortable full-service hotel with a great view of Ushuaia - With a polar expedition operated by Quark Expeditions departing from Ushuaia, I booked a room at Fueguino Hotel in advance of embarkation. The hotel was easy to locate - I was on foot and was traveling light, so the hills leading up to the hotel were not an issue. Our expedition was departing from Hotel Albatros – an easy, 10-minute downhill walk from Fueguino Hotel. Although check-in time was enforced, I was able to drop my bags off and explore before checking in. There's a very convenient grocery and liquor store - La Proveeduria - across the street from the hotel. Hotel staff were present throughout the day, and I found them to be helpful and friendly. I found the hotel reasonably priced, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was firm and comfortable; and there was a window opening into the street. There were no single-use plastics, the bathroom was very clean and well-configured, and the room temperature was comfortable throughout my stay. There were a spacious dining area and a small but well-stocked bar, with drink prices typical for Ushuaia hotel bars. Breakfast (included in the room price) was ample, with hot and cold buffet offerings.

• Hungry-sailor86 (8/5): Huge room with two tubs - I stayed here for the second year running and again got the same huge room with two tubs. I like this hotel as the location is fantastic, breakfast is good and it has bathtubs. Its a great place to unwind after long flights. The only small negative is the keycard kept stopping working and had to got to reception to make it work or get the stewardess to open the door. Otherwise another good stay
• Cristiano (8/5): our 5 night experience - Hotel is good and comfortable, but there were some flaws that do not match the amount charged, such as: non-working safe (requested several times to be fixed which would only involve changing batteries and there was no service), damaged bathroom window lever, hairdryer burnt hair (however a separate dryer was provided which solved the problem), minibar with low refrigeration efficiency. Very good and diverse breakfast.

Room was nice and warm with openable windows when it gets too hot. An enjoyable nights rest with a reasonable breakfast selection. All in all the best hotel i have stayed in, in ushuaia

Travelocity was on it and were able to get us switched to another room when we had no luck with the front desk. The carpeting, drapes and bed covers were all old, musty and stained. Carpet throughout property very heavily stained and worn.

• DubCM (8/5): This hotel was in a good location and the staff were very friendly - Stayed here for two nights, our room was spacious and clean, the wifi was very good. The guy on reception was very friendly and welcoming to us when we arrived and check in was efficient. The breakfast was a buffet and there was a good choice, the staff were helpful and the service was very good. The hotel is in a good location, one street up from the main street and two from the port. We used the laundry service and it was very reasonable
• SilS_13 (2/5): To be avoided!!! - Hotel old and not well kept. Rooms are old with old and stained smelly carpet... Bed ok. Bathroom ok Reception arrival had been horrible with a reception girl that did not smile at all and left us unattended in the middle of the registration process which was then finished by a colleague when we called his attention while they were busy talking between them... No any assistance offered nor information whatsoever. Just handed the key not even with “an adios”.... Breakfast: please CLOSE IT. Nothing seemed eatable except sliced bread and dulce de leche. All the rest is not fresh, trust this... Staff do not greet nor smile to you, seems like you just bother them while they are doing nothing or cleaning around careless wether they make to much noise... Do you they have a general manager by any chance? If they do, he or she does not do any (good?) job. Certainly, we will never go back and we do not suggest it to anybody.
• BLtrvl (6/5): A cut below - Looked like a decent place from the outside and in the lobby, but the true story was told once in our room: A little dingy, including multiple carpet stains; lots of noise from adjacent rooms and plumbing; hot water took forever to come on, and once it did you were scalded since adjustments also took forever; a light was missing over the vanity, making it hard to shave/apply makeup; couldn't adjust room temperature; no facial tissue available.

• Ngati-walkabout (10/5): Very Nice - This hotel is within easy walking distance of the centre and water front, and all the shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, I asked to change my given room for a corner room which the booking staff said would be available if I was prepared to wait an hour - I appreciated them trying to meet my late request. I accepted their offer and in the meantime made good use of the hotels good wifi. My room was quiet, spacious, well appointed and modern. The bed was very comfortable with nice linen. I was very happy with the breakfast and really enjoyed their coffee. You can leave baggage with reception free of charge if you need temporary storage whilst out and about exploring the sights. Overall, an enjoyable stay in what I thought to be a very nice hotel.

The hotel is well located, near the city center, neat and clean, with very friendly staff. Maybe the breakfast could be improved.

• lau9206 (8/5): Small room to improve - We stayed here for 3 nights and were delighted. The rooms are very clean and neat and the hotel is well located at the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety The restaurant has a lot of room to improve. We ordered a Ceasar salad with shrimp that disappointed a lot since tomato was cold, shrimp hot, and leaves at room temperature. We had lunch once and spent around 15 minutes trying to pay our bill due to the slowness of our waitress.

• onetaxingguy (8/5): Nice and Comfortable Hotel - Stayed here in advance of an Antarctic cruise. Hotel is on a street above and parallel to the main street. We had a view of the ocean and the room was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had rented gear in advance for our cruise from a supplier and it was waiting for us at the front desk. Lobby and public areas are comfortable. Elevators operated promptly. Room was comfortable: good size, nice amenities, good temperature control, and windows that open. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is walking distance to all things to see in the city. Breakfast was fine: nothing special but it did have a decent selection of foods. A nice choice if staying in Ushuaia.

The location was okay, it cost about 100 pesos to cab it into town for the eating joints or the ship docks, but I suppose you could walk it on a nice day. The rooms are rather tiny, but clean. The breakfast was good. The part that annoyed us the most was being out up in a corner room where the wifi wouldn't work - when we tried to get the front desk to resolve the problem, the man at the front desk was unhelpful and rude. He simply told us that the wifi was a free service, and left it at that, as if free NON-working wifi was something we should be thankful for. The ladies who were at the front desk the next morning were much more pleasant.

• Jon (10/5): Excellent hotel - Excellent hotel and the service was brilliant from start to finish. I rocked up with a nice welcome, given lots of information about the surrounding area and how things worked. The room was big, WiFi worked fine and the breakfast was excellent. It’s dry close to the Main Street and only ten minutes from the port. Chances are if you’re in Ushuaia you’re going to Antarctica - the tour booked everyone in to Hitel Albatross and that’s just a ten minute walk away down the Main Street which I did with all my bags. So overall a good place to stay as far as I’m concerned!
• Edson (8/5): Sobre o hotel - O Hotel Fueguino conta com funcionários atenciosos, quartos novos, calefação que pode ser controlada pelo hóspede, café da manhã continental simples, mas que supriu nossa necessidade (tem suco natural de laranja; tem frutas, cereais, iogurtes, pães salgados e doces, ovos, bacon. leite, café e chá. Os pratos do restaurante do Hotel são muito bons. O que desqualifica o Hotel: não tem wi-fi. O Hotel mantém placas explicativas dizendo que na ilha toda a Internet não é boa. Mas na hora de vender o quarto anuncia como tendo wi-fi. Mentira! A internet em vários lugares da ilha é ótima: no Hard Rock, no aeroorto e em vários restaurantes.
• Annibal (6/5): Política absurda - Péssimo , Café da manhã fraquíssimo para um hotel , Camas tortas e colchões deformados , Como se não bastasse os problemas do café da manhã e das camas no quarto , No último dia de hospedagem , quando eu entrei no hotel com um sanduíche na mão o recepcionista me barrou dizendo que não é permitido trazer comidas de fora para as instalações do hotel , que havia um restaurante e somente alimentos servidos e vendidos no hotel poderiam ser consumidos . Achei um desaforo gigantesco e um abuso de política , já que me cercearam a minha liberdade de comer o que eu quiser . Não recomendaria nem para uma noite , já que o preço/atendimento/serviço estão completamente desconexos .

• aleks (2/5): Zero star hotel - I'm not sure how this can be a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old, dingy, musty. The carpets are stained. The television reception is not only terrible but no international channels at all. The breakfast was spotty at best and the dining room was always dirty. But the worst thing about this hotel is the staff. Not only is their grasp of the English language tentative their complete inability and lack of interest in helping their guests was shocking. We wound up having to book all our own excursions, restaurants, etc. In any hotel I expect services like that but I'm a 4 star in a place that is referred to as the end of the world you would think the staff would be more hospitable and helpful. TERRIBLE
• Igor Mateus (6/5): Só o preço e a localização compensaram - O hotel possui um excelente café-da-manhã para os padrões argentinos (pelas avaliações de meses anteriores, devem ter mudado, e está incrível!). Também tem uma excelente localização, na esquina do começo onde quase tudo acontece na rua principal. Achei o quarto pequeno, mal cabem as malas de um casal. O espaço do banheiro é muito bom, mas, infelizmente, não possui box, apenas um aparador de vidro no local mais próximo ao chuveiro, e molhar todo o chão em frente é muito comum. E a limpeza do quarto era apenas regular. Possui carpete no quarto, o que continua a ser péssimo, e este carpete estava muito sujo, certamente não foi limpo antes da minha hospedagem. Também havia uma colcha na cama que questiono seriamente a sua limpeza antes da minha entrada. O pior, sem dúvidas, é a internet. É inadmissível que, no fim de 2016, a conexão seja tão ruim no hotel que se diz 4 estrelas. Fiquei no terceiro andar e lá, em 80% do tempo, não havia internet. Sempre aparecia um bom sinal de conexão, mas nem uma simples mensagem instantânea num comunicador super-leve era enviada. Nos outros 20% do tempo, a velocidade era ridiculamente ruim. Se você quisesse navegar, era preciso ir ao saguão e ficar por lá. E, ainda, lá, a internet não era ótima, variava entre regular e boa. Não ter internet no quarto é um absurdo e não qualifica nenhum hotel como 4 estrelas. É um bom hotel 3 estrelas no geral se tivesse internet no quarto. O preço promocional foi decisivo na escolha.
• NILTON (6/5): HOTEL BOM com FUNCIONÁRIO GROSSO na recepção. - Check-in realizado por indivíduo mal educado. WiFi é gratuito, mas não funciona a maior parte do tempo. Key cards foram desabilitados por duas vezes, sem qualquer explicação, durante nossa estada, algo desagradável pois chegávamos ao hotel cansados após os passeios. Aquecimento extremado nos quartos, por várias vezes foi necessário abrir a janela para dormir. Limpeza razoável. Acesso, a partir da San Martin, por uma ladeira um pouco íngreme (desaconselhável para idosos). Não me hospedaria ali novamente, pois existem diversos hotéis na San Martin, a via mais importante, onde estão as lojas e restaurantes.

Não utilizei a área de academia, spa ou jantares no restaurante. O café da manhã é muito bom. Hotel tem boa localização no centro da cidade. Oportunidade de melhoria: como me hospedei no hotel em período de inverno, o que espero do banho é a água muito quente (tipo sauna) No horário de pico (17:00h as 21:00h) não tive água quente. Durante os outros horários não houve problemas... Com certeza retornaria ao hotel e recomendaria aos amigos. O hotel oferece tudo o que um 4 estrelas promete...

• simone (8/5): Bell' hotel posizione centrale a Ushuaia - La struttura rispetta i canoni di un 4 stelle: le stanze ampie, calde, bene arredate e pulite. Ha anche una sala Fitness e sauna di cui non abbiamo usufruito. Il buffet della colazione era abbondante e vario. Il Wi-Fi, nonostante sia stato fatto presente più volte, funzionava male, la connessione si stabiliva solo per pochi minuti e poi senza motivo si disconnetteva per ore. Poca disponibilità del personale a risolvere il problema più volte fatto presente, la risposta che ricevevamo era quella classica: " siamo alla fine del mondo" . Personale a volte freddo.

• Michael (8/5): Kuumeessakin ok - Hotelli edusti kaupungin standardeilla hieman parempaa majoitusta. Huone toimi pääosin, joskin pientä läikkää ja rikkinäisiä juttuja oli havaittavissa. Onnistuin kuitenkin sairastamaan huoneessa neljä pitkää päivää, joten ihan toivoton se ei ollut.

• MARCEL (10/5): Excelente! - Excelente hotel! Fiquei 4 noites para um passeio em familia em ushuaia! Quarto mto bonito, hotel moderno, confortavel, muito bem localizado na cidade! Com uma vista linda das montanhas! Com certeza ficaria nele novamente!
