• Burko (10/5): - Osunčani balkon na kojem me niko ne vidi, sa pogledom na otvoreno more. Nevjerovatan prizor🤩 Mjesto za odmorit dušu i tijelo. Vlada velika tišina i mir, a opet nedaleko od gradske špice i buke. Osoblje ljubazno i nenametljivo. Mozda sto nema pješčane plaže, ali onaj ko voli adrenalin i skakanje sa dobre skakaonice, ova lokacija je pravi pogodak.

Położenie w bliskiej odległości od Starego Miasta (20 minut spacerem) umożliwia łatwy dostęp do głównych atrakcji oraz restauracji. Patrząc na bezkresną, błękitną wodę, od razu czuć spokój i ukojenie, jakby cały świat zwolnił tempo, dając nam chwilę wytchnienia od codziennych trosk. • Ivana (10/5): Jako ugodan boravak s predivnim pogledom, rado ćemo se vratiti! - Apartman je jako čist i ima puno svjetla, kreveti su izuzetno udobni, i ima sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Pogled s terase je nevjerojatan!!! Lokacija je super - setnja do starog grada je prekrasna (cca 15–20 min hoda) a do plaže (oko 10 min). Sve je bilo super.
• Roope (10/5): - 5/5 majoitus. Esteetön näköala avomerelle on tietysti parasta antia, mutta myös asunto itsessään varusteluineen on aivan A-luokkaa. Erityismaininta erinomaisesta sängystä ja tyynyvalikoimasta (muototyyny), joita ei ole löytynyt paremmistakaan hotelleista. Jääpalakone oli myös mukava yllätys. Sijainti on niin ikään huippu. Kävelymatkan (n. 2 km) päässä sekä vanhasta kaupungista että Lapadin keskustasta. Pienempi uimapaikka (Pogacic) on vain 3 min päässä, kun kävelee talojen välisistä portaista alemmalle kävelykujalle. Bellevuen rannalle pääsee 10 minuutissa (kierrä portti joka varoittaa kivistä). Hyvä ranta sukellella ja kalliolta löytyy hyviä hyppypaikkoja.

Апартаменти чисті, є всі зручності для комфортного проживання, два санвузли, що дуже зручно для родини. Рекомендую відвідати пляжі Sv. Jakov, Capakabana beach, Uvala Lapad. Бракувало нам праски, але то не дуже важливо. Найближчий пляж повністю кам'яний, що не дуже зручно з дітками, але без проблем можна доїхати до інших пляжів.

Nie mam pretensji do obiektu ani do właściciela może źle odczytałam ofertę.... Dobrze że mieliśmy samochód i mogliśmy szukać normalnej plaży. Tu znalazłam odpowiedź czemu ten obiekt był tak długo dostępny? 🤔😉 Brak plaży
• Anna (10/5): Wspaniały pobyt w Dubrowniku - Apartament nieduży, ale wystarczający dla 2 dorosłych i 2 dzieci. Dobrze wyposażony. Widok z balkonu wręcz zachwyca, przepiękny. Do plaży Bellevue ok 7 min spacerkiem ( plaża bardzo ładna). Do starego miasta spacerkiem ok 25 min ( 2 km) Warto zainstalować Ubera, jest dużo tańszy niż Botl czy miejscowe taxi. W jedną stronę zawsze jeździliśmy. Za przejazd nigdy nie płaciliśmy wiecej niż 7 euro. Sklep spożywczy też niedaleko, jakieś 5 min od apartamentu. Ogólnie apartament godny polecenia. Troszkę ciekło spod prysznica, ale nie było to bardzo dokuczliwe. Nad tarasem mógłby być daszek bo słoneczko świeciło tam juz od rana.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Widok na morze. Miałyśmy się wymeldować o 10:00 a transport na lotnisko był o 11:30. Pozwolona nam zostać dłużej w apartamencie. To było super miłe. :) Połamany parasol na balkonie. 4 rolki papieru na 4 osoby na 5 dni trochę za mało. Musiałyśmy czekać na gospodarza.

Ovo je bio odmor za dušu i tijelo i hvala vam sto ste sudjelovali u izvedbi! Pamtimo samo dobre i lijepe događaje i stvari. U vašem objektu provodili smo obiteljski odmor, nismo nabrajali nedostatke, očito ih nije ni bilo.
• JJ (5/5): Extrem entäuschend - Die Unterkunft war sauber. Schöner Blick über das Meer. Für die Schlüsselübergabe mussten wir über eine Stunde warten. Bei 32°C und mit kleinen Kindern ist das ein Horror. Die Einrichtung ist extrem veraltet, wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen hier beschrieben. Durch die Einflugsschneise des Flughafens ist nicht unbedingt an Urlaub zu denken!

• Karl (10/5): It was amazing. Greeted on arrival and had a wonderful stay. - View was amazing. Lots of space in the apartment and everything we needed. Balcony is great to sit out, eat breakfast and chill out in the evening. Some might find it a distance from the old town - but we enjoyed the walk so it depends on what you want.
• Teresa (6/5): Room photos on website are misleading - If you’re renting a 2-3 person room you’ll probably get Room #1 - Drab with dirt scuffs on the white walls, very little effort with decor, and a small bedroom in the back with single beds (different mattresses, one uncomfortably soft). A narrow green sofa in the kitchen would be a third guest’s “bed”. Compare our guest photos to the website’s promo photos. Notice that in their photos the owners have mixed all their rooms together and included more photos of the attractive 4-person or larger rooms - very misleading. Rent here if all you care about is the view, which is great, but buyer beware. You should also know that they charge your credit card 2 weeks before your arrival date.

Dos pisos por escalera, la ubicación si bien frente al mar lo que da que da una gran vista, alejado e incomodo del old town para ir a pie pero cerca en uber.

• Jean (5/5): Petit appartement très modeste avec une très belle vue sur mer à 2km de marche de la vieille ville - Très belle vue sur la mer. Quartier très tranquille. Pas d'ascenseur. J'ignorais que le logement se trouvait en étages, problème difficile pour des personnes âgées, handicapées ou des familles avec jeunes enfants. Très aimablement, l'hôte a monté nos lourds bagages spontanément à notre arrivée. Lorsque je l'ai appelé la veille de notre départ, il m'a juste dit: "Let the keys on the table and have a good trip !" Est-ce sérieux ? Equipement très sommaire et modeste, parfois vétuste: bloc cuisine vieux de 30 ou 40 ans, seulement une plaque chauffante fonctionnelle, pas de congélateur ni de lave-vaisselle. Compartiment freezer rempli d'eau. Chauffe-eau de taille ridicule et gênant l'utilisation des WC, cabine de douche petite et non-étanche, lavabo minuscule, lits trop courts (à réserver à des moins de 12 ans), isolation phonique intérieure catastrophique, TV moderne mais ne proposant que 10 chaînes croates, box non fonctionnelle, volet du salon ne s'ouvrant qu'à moitié.

The key handover was very smooth and Kristian told us everything we needed to know about the apartment and also about local travels and restaurants. The old town is just 20mins walk and the nearest super market is around 6mins walk. The apartment and view is far better than the pictures. Nothing

Negatívom bolo že išlo o staršie zariadenie, tiekol sprchový kút, kýval sa záchod, prepojenie apartmánu s iným apartmánov posuvnymi dverami, studená a hlucna dlažba a na apartmáne bola veľká zima bez kúrenia Na pár nocí ok, ale na strávenie dovolenky na viac dní by som sa uz pozrel po niečom inom.

• Bodil (9/5): A lovely flat in peaceful part of Dubrovnik - We had a lovely stay here, and even in late October we made good use of the balcony. Vesna was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and showed us "everything". The flat was light and airy with a sofa as well as table and chairs in the kitchen/sitting room. We had everything we needed in the kitchen – except for the plug for the sink! It is in a very peaceful part of the city. There are some small shops not far from the flat. The wifi was a bit shaky at times - especilly out on the balcony. The home page said a 20 minutes walk to the city centre. It is more like 30!

• Mark (10/5): Exceeded expectations for quality of lodging and service by the property managers. - This is a gem of a place for those who don’t mind walking 8 minutes to a very frequent city bus or 25 minutes to the Old City. We liked the walks which go by a grocery store, pastry shop, and free public beach. We also walked 30 minutes and back to Port Gruz for a tour which was a bit more strenuous but enjoyable. The apartment itself is small but has everything you need with two twin beds, kitchenette, sitting room and porch with a gorgeous view just like the photos show. The property managers were great, answering every inquiry sent by Booking.com message promptly and Josip kindly arranged efficient transfers to and from the airport with the driver waiting there for us even though our plane was an hour late. You can’t go wrong with Kate’s Place if you don’t mind being a little bit away from Old Town. N/A

• JOKE PATTYN (8/5): - De gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en gaf ons alle nodige informatie. Ook het uitzicht vanaf de terras was prachtig. Keuken vrij klein en heel basic.

• Fabian (10/5): Blick aufs Meer - Toller Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse und dem Wohnzimmer aus. Privater Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige Lage im Wohngebiet, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum nächstgelehenen Strand, 30 Minuten in die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Küche etwas einfach ausgestattet.
