• Iram (8/5): Piacevole soggiorno nei pressi del Vaticano - Posizione abbastanza comoda, a 30 min dalle piazze principali. Sona servita da autobus e molto comoda la stazione dei treni proprio vicina all’alloggio. Camera molto spaziosa, accogliente e pulita. Un po’ debole la pressione dell’acqua in doccia e nel lavandino del bagno.

Ben servita anche dai mezzi pubblici Ritengo che vada curata un po' di più la pulizia e l'arredamento, visto il prezzo delle camere. Andrebbero cambiati asciugamani e teli doccia, consumati e di scarsa qualità. Discutibile la scelta di utilizzare l'ingresso come deposito per biancheria e altro. Non è un bel biglietto di presentazione, a mio giudizio. Molto piccolo il bagno.

• Francesco (1/5): Evitate di scegliere questa struttura. Struttura assolutamente da evitare: totale mancanza di professionalità, pessima g - Nulla. Accoglienza e gestione dei contatti assolutamente inaccettabili. Al mio arrivo non c’era nessuno ad attendermi per il check-in, nonostante la prenotazione confermata. Contattata telefonicamente la struttura, mi è stato comunicato con estrema scortesia che il check-in non era più possibile per quel giorno. Il proprietario, con un atteggiamento arrogante e del tutto privo di professionalità, mi ha persino chiuso il telefono in faccia, invitandomi sgarbatamente a cercare un’altra sistemazione per la notte. Un comportamento vergognoso e indegno di chi opera nel settore dell’ospitalità. Sono stato costretto, nel pieno disagio e senza alcun supporto, a trovare in fretta un altro hotel dove pernottare, affrontando stress, perdita di tempo e ulteriori spese. Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista: totale mancanza di serietà, organizzazione e rispetto verso il cliente. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata.

• Garcia (5/5): - La ubicación La llave del agua que estaba al lado del radiador y que hacía un ruido bastante potente de vibración ya fuesen las 11 de la noche o las 6:50 de la mañana, si estabas durmiendo te despertabas exaltado. Muy poca insonorización, tuvimos que comprar tapones para poder dormir. No estaba muy limpio, al andar descalzo varios minutos por la habitación, se te quedaban los pies sucios.

• Kelly (6/5): Confortavel, mas poderia rever sua forma de pagamento. - O quarto é confortavel para se passar poucos dias. Tem uma cozinha compartilhada bem organizada e uma maquina de lavar roupa. Com relação a localização achei muito boa, dava para ver o vaticano bem no final da rua, passei por ele todos os dias, a piazza navona, fontana de trevi e panteão ficam certa de 35 minutos de caminhada. A forma de pagamento da acomodação foi um problema pra mim e pode ser um grande problema para quem viaja com pouco dinheiro. Antes de chegar a acomodação o valor foi debitado da minha conta como "pre autorizado" e acreditei que estava tudo certo, quando cheguei a acomodação o atendente me disse que eu precisava passar o cartão que tinha utilizado na reserva booking para autorizar o pagamento, e que teria que ser o mesmo cartao fisico. Mas eu só uso cartão virtual para fazer as minhas compras online, e nesse caso não daria para passar o mesmo cartão. Então tive que fazer o pagamento por outro cartão fisico e ele teve que pedi um estorno que demorou 20 dias para o dinheiro voltar para minha conta, o que prejudicou o meu orçamento da viagem por não ser um valor pequeno. Reservei outras 5 acomodações em outros lugares da europa e não tive esse problema em nenhuma outra. Outro fator que pra mim foi um problema, foi barulho, meu quarto ficava bem ao lado da entrada e da cozinha compartilhada, então eu escutava tudo. Caso não fosse esses dois problemas que impactaram muito pra mim, eu recomendaria a acomodação.

• Asya (10/5): Harika 🤩 - Tesiste ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Konumu Vatikan'a çok yakın, yakınında duraklar ve restoranlar var. Biz paylaşımlı tuvalet/banyo tercih ettik ve bu kadar temiz olması bizi mutlu etti. Yatak ise çok rahattı ve çarşaflar temizdi - Roma'da 30 bin adım attıktan sonra melek gibi uyuduk😀. Sahibi ise çok tatlı bir kadın, kendisiyle otele gelmeden önce iletişime geçtik ve bize yardımcı oldu. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir!

• Polina (10/5): Супер-размещение у Ватикана - Расположение супер – до Ватикана 5 минут, из окна видно купол Святого Петра. Хозяин подсказал, как удобно доехать от вокзала Термини до размещения. Прямо перед домом ж/д станция Roma San Pietro, откуда тоже можно быстро и удобно доехать куда угодно. Хозяин был на связи и отвечал на все вопросы, а после выезда разрешил оставить рюкзаки, что сэкономило нам время и деньги. Сама комната в чистом светлом хостеле, мы оставались вдвоем в номере на 4х, комната просторная, есть свой мини-холодильник. На общей кухне было все необходимое: чайник, плита, посуда, еще один холодильник, микроволновка. С личной ванной за пределами квартиры/номера сталкиваюсь впервые, но это не было проблемой, нужно пройти через кухню просто с ключиком в душ, и все. Соседи были, но мы их не слышали. Мы были в начале апреля, было чуть холодновато. Интернет был не очень стабильный, особенно когда вечером все жильцы вернулись в комнаты и засели смотреть видео.

• Eurides Jose (10/5): Excelente Hotel cerca del Vaticano y con toda la Comodidad al mejor precio, no se arrepentirán. - La atención de la encargada fue único, super atenta, preocupada por el bienestar y comodidad de los huéspedes; la ubicación es inigualable a solo pasos del Vaticano; Me encanto la temática de nombrar las habitaciones con nombres de películas Italianas, un sueño. El precio estuvo acorde y volveríamos nuevamente. Nada que pueda atribuirse al hotel. Quizás como mejoras, recomendaría permitir el acceso a la secadora de ropa, ya que, siendo Roma tan lluviosa, seria un plus que las instalaciones, contaran con este electrodoméstico para huéspedes.

• masoud (1/5): - This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely rude and completely unprofessional. I arrived only slightly later than the check-in time, and not only did they refuse to accommodate me, they wouldn’t even open the door! It gets worse — when I tried to call to explain the situation, they blocked my number. Absolutely shocking behavior. Even when Booking.com tried to contact them on my behalf, they ignored all communication and showed zero responsibility. On top of that, they refused to refund my money. No accountability, no respect for customers, and no basic level of service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs unless you want to lose your money and deal with a lot of frustration.

• Gavin John Graham (8/5): cheap stopover before our trip to civitivechia cruiise port - enjoyed the meet and greet, good locaion across from the train sation san pietro. plenty of shops and bars restaurants near by, well lit area. wasnt too kean on the slamming doors all night, this because the 1 toilet, bathroom serviced 5 apartments which wasnt ideal, i would stop again but some people are ok with that
• Martina (10/5): Un sogno con vista San Pietro. - Ottima posizione, pulizia, stanze e personale più che cordiale e accogliente, mi sono venuti incontro per lasciare i bagagli in reception oltre l’orario di check-out. Inoltre la mia stanza era a tema “la grande bellezza” di sorrentino, con tanto di foto alle parenti del medesimo film girato a roma. Che dire, un soggiorno da sogno! Ritorneró sicuramente ❤️ Tutto ottimo.

Easy to get to the airport or city centre. It was really clean and staff were nice! Also they have a kitchen that guests can use, which was ideal since we were visiting for the marathon and had to eat loads if food 6 times a day for preparation😁

• Joshua (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war durch die Gegend, den Service und die Einrichtung sehr gut gelungen. - Die Lager war sehr gut, in 20 Minuten war man zu Fuß beim Vatikan. Es war eine ruhige und saubere Gegend, bei der man gerne vor die Tür gegangen ist. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, ob per WhatsApp oder vor Ort. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Einzig und allein hat der Abfluss ein wenig gerochen im Bad ansonsten war aber alles wirklich sehr gut.

• Karolina (8/5): Lokalizacja!! - Idealna baza wypadowa. Apartament duży, łazienka w porządku. Czystosc raczej utrzymywana. WiFi działało, blisko do Watykanu oraz centrum Rzymu na nogach. Właścicielka wspaniała i miła :) Trochę zimno w obiekcie, ogrzewanie działało, ale włączało się automatycznie, więc nie można było sobie zagrzać. Po za tym spoko
