Please note that building works are expected to commence from 9th January, 2026 and are expected to continue for 18 months, from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:00 and Saturdays between 08:00 - 13:00 (there should not be 'noisy work' on Saturdays, but there may be workers on site).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Room needed some maintenance - taps in bathroom had to be turned off really tight to stop them dripping, kitchen table was unusable as it was really wobbly, couldn't watch free to air channels as this was not accessible.

There was everything there that we needed, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, we had to ask for additional towels for the pool on the 2nd floor.
We loved it so much that we taped an extra night.
We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be going back Everything in the property was great, there are a few cosmetic bits that are general wear and tear.
The pool on the 2nd floor is very tired and would benefit from an upgrade.

CBD, ferries, bay & moorings. Nothing really! It has shower & bath, dishwasher and laundry appliances. Small balcony to enjoy views. Remote control for secure entry to foyer & lifts. Nearby. IGA grocer, & underground food court for Asian street food.
Close to rail station, Luna Park and ferry wharf. Helpful, pleasant reception staff
Short walk to Kirribilli Hotel bar, live music.

- Jane (10/5): Terrific staff and service, great location and parking, comfortable rooms. - Milson Service Apartments is an exceptional place to stay. We stay there because it is close to the city, it is on the harbour and has fabulous views. Knowing our car is safely parked in their garage and it is free, is such an extra bonus which we so appreciate. It is right near a train station and the ferry, so we always park the car and then use public transport, which is so convenient. Love the staff, they are always friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. I struggle here; there is not a thing I don't like about this place.
I just wish we could stay more often.

Close to the ferry and train station… which is perfect, because you’ll want a quick escape. “Serviced Apartments” is a bold claim. Serviced when… 1999? Nothing here has seen a clean, let alone an update.
Front desk staff were lovely, but I have no idea how he showed Apartment 58 with a straight face.
Peeling paint, broken door knocker, and a front door lock that felt like a mini escape room. Inside? Actually dirty walls. I ended up cleaning them myself… because apparently that’s optional here.
Grubby couch, stained carpets, broken lamps, frayed blinds, and windows that have clearly never met a cloth. Bedroom stain so big it deserves its own postcode. No bedroom TV, and the lounge one is tiny with Foxtel only… lucky us.
Bathroom straight out of the 80s. Peeling paint, taps that won’t turn off (a washer isn’t groundbreaking), and a shower door that doesn’t close, so water goes everywhere.
Furniture? Not a single piece matched. Looks like a full roadside clean-up haul. Zero effort, zero style.
One towel each. Thin, fraying… I’ve seen better paper towels.
Kitchen wasn’t clean. Dining table still had actual food on it. Not a mark… food.
Pool “heated” to 27°C… sure. And I’m the Queen. Lining peeling, no pool towels, so you use your one sad towel for everything.
By the end, I’m genuinely considering a tetanus shot… just to be safe.

Super easy to get to any destination in the city and surrounds and there were plenty of amazing sightseeing locations. Amazing food around the area with so much variety of cuisines There were some minor mold spots in the bathroom on the roof above the shower and some noticeable cracks in the wall in the bedroom which could do with some repairs

Furniture was falling g apart, sheets had a hole in them, bathroom faucets very old . After clarifying that we needed extra bedding for couch, and listing 3/4 guests when reserving there was none when we checked in for our planned late arrival (which we had to pay extra for, we had been warned).

- Jodi (2/5): Very disappointed - The location Unfortunately the stay was nothing as shown on this website. No pictures on this advertisement shows the apartment we stayed at. The apartment was old, stained, had cracked walls and was a huge disappointment. The gentleman who checked myself and my partner into the apartment out of hours was lovely. However when we entered I thought there had been a mistake, I was visiting a sick family member and did not have time to enquire about this during our stay, if our time in Sydney wasn’t so busy I would have asked to move apartments immediately. There were odd smells in the apartment, left cigarette buds, messy taped up balcony, stained carpet, stained curtains, the toilet and shower once used created a loud noise that lasted around 10 minutes, incredibly old decor that is not reflected at all on the website. I’ve never left a bad review in my life but unfortunately people do need to know that they are being miss sold. I have many more pictures from the stay and I am going to attempt to contact the serviced apartments. I regret to say that I would not recommend this service.

It was also road facing so no view and quite noisy
Aor con was useless, way too hot

Washer & dryer were welcome! Wifi good. Comfy beds. Very clean. We were only given 1 set of keys for a 3bed apt.
The vertical blinds have got to go!
More basics in the kitchen (only 4 teaspoons & 5 forks for an apt that sleeps 6) Tired interior.

- Maradona10 (3/5): - the location was awesome parking was good as u could take ur car in and out as u wish our room had a wierd knocking noise in the walls which I believe was the plumbing also out balcony door was stuck and we couldn't use the balcony also mould in the ice trays rubbish under the bed and quick alot of bugs in the carpet

- Mark (8/5): Spacious apartment in a lovely area close to the city - The apartment was in a great location and had everything we needed. It was spacious and comfortable but a little dated. We had a nice view of Lavender Bay. We imagine higher floors on the other side of the building would have enjoyed Harbour Bridge views. Some infrastructure needed attention. The shower leaked water down the wall but somehow still had good pressure. The aircon worked fine but we prefer fresh air and the window didn't open very far.

- Sukhjit (10/5): - Great stay, apartment condition is great. Think they are renovated. Location is awesome. Ferry next door. Views are stunning. Everything is close by. Nothing can go wrong. Will come back when my wallet allows.
- LE NEVEZ (7/5): Amazing views great location - View was amazing and easy access to all of Sydney's inner city attractions via ferry. Also a short walk to eat in Kirribilli We rented two apartments for family, one was really nice and one was run down. The less renovated apartment also was nto cleaned properly with some dirty dishes in the oven.

- Hans (9/5): Spectacular views from spacious apartment - Spacious apartment, clean and well equipped. But the greatest asset is the spectacular view towards Harbour Bridge, Circular Quay and the sunset, closely followed by being only a few minutes walk to the ferry to CBD as well as Darling Harbour. Great parking space below the building. Good little supermarket steps away from the building. Arriving after hours is a bit of a hassle but in the end someone will be waiting for you to do the check in and explain things, albeit a bit grumpy and in a hurry.
- Reina (9/5): Honestly in a perfect location that made it easy to get to the city, but also quietness to relax. - The apartment was really close to the Milson's Point train station and made it super convenient to travel and explore the city. It was also close to the ferry which was a great alternative transport option! The balcony view was also amazing. Maybe having heating in the pool or liquid hand soap compared to bars to be nitpicky, but it really didn't affect the experience at all. The sliding door to our balcony was also difficult to open and shut.

1) The shower head broke
2) The induction fan didn't work
3) Aircon was making a noise/rattle
4) Didn't look exactly like the photos that were showing
Just for how much it was total, just needs a touch up. Location was perfect though!

- Arnold (9/5): - close to the train and ferry so easily accessible whether going north or south. the apartment was a little spoilt by marks on the carpet and lounge which had obviously been cleaned but not able to be removed
- Stephen (6/5): Enjoyed it as a once off for the gorgeous view but wouldn't stay again (the staff were great though) - All the staff were beautiful. No complaints in regards to the staff. You are lucky to have such a good team. There was someone's underwear behind the dresser, there was still dishes in the dishwasher, and the air con vents were blocked with dust. My husband sat on one of the dining chairs and almost fell off, as it was broken. And we were unable to sit out on the balcony throughout our stay, as the 2 main globes for the outdoor lights were both not functioning (which the view was one of the main reasons we chose milson for our stay).
On arrival, we had nothing but a small bar soap and toilet paper. We were not advised that usual amentities, like shampoo/conditioner/body wash were not supplied, and as it was 11pm when we got in, nothing was open to get these amenities except 1 convenience store nearby that was ripping people off ($12 for a 6pk of pocket sized tissues). The office was also not open so we couldn't ask them for recommendations of what to do in this situation. So after a long flight and feeling sweaty, we attempted to wash ourselves with a tiny bar of soap (which was the same soap we then needed to use to wash our hands after using the toilet).

Good local pub with food.
Nice coffee shops, nearby Woolies for groceries.
Felt very safe and secure There could be a bit of updating to the bath room . Carpets could be cleaned to remove couple of stains.
- Isaac (4/5): Although the accommodation was in a good location, I wouldn't stay again for the price. - The location was wonderful and it was fun looking over Luna Park. The bed was comfortable. I didn't like having to wait for someone to come to give me the keys to get in (after hours). They came a little late and talked so fast that I missed much of it, and it was obvious we were disturbing them. The windows were dirty, and it was a pity because it was a lovely view. The speaker didn't work. You had to physically push the button on the back of the TV to turn it on and off, and the remote control wouldn't work. There were no bath bubbles in the bathroom for the very small bath, which was disappointing...even cheaper accommodation has this. What really irked me was that when we were leaving, we had to go get the car, then go back upstairs to put the keys in the apartment, then leave. Get a lock box! Simple solution. Ridiculous.
