Emre y Nazanin excelente atención y predisposición Falta de jabón para ropa, falta de esponja, detergente y repasador.

• Aline (9/5): - We really enjoyed our stay in Meroddi Apartment! The location is perfect, you can easily walk to Galata Tower, Taksim square and even cross the bridge walking. İt is a really vivid and nice area. The Apartment was fine and the price-service ratio is awesome! Our highlight though was the super nice and attentive personnel, with a very special thanks to Mike, who turned our stay into a superbe experience, thanks!! We definitely recommend and will come back once back in Istanbul! The breakfast was awesome, a mixture between intercontinental and Turkish breakfast, wide choice and very tasty! Thanks guys, you are doing a great job! The apartment could use a bit of a maintenance (slight smell, floor was a bit lose) and in some nights you here the bar life around (Ohropax), but that's not a great minus. We loved it anyways :-)

• Julie (8/5): Great location but a small apartment - The hotel is in a great location, within a short walking distance of the Galata tourist precinct. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. A unique feature is the resident cat in the reception area, as well as a small cat shelter in the laneway behind the hotel, which provides beds and food bowls for local cats. The surrounding area also offers a wide range of amenities within easy walking distance, including great dining options and services such as hairdressers and supermarkets. The three-bedroom apartment felt a bit small for our group of five. The lounge area did not comfortably accommodate all of us, and the bedrooms were quite limited in space, making it difficult to store luggage

В готелі дуже чисто, уважний персонал. Ми дуже задоволені! Були проблеми із вмиканням сенсорної плити, але ми якось прилаштувалися. Ця дрібничка не вплинула на загальне враження. Even though it is placed in a crowded area, it wasn’t a lot of noice. I personally used ear plugs at night , but my friends didn’t and it was ok. Bed sheets and towels were clean. Staff really friendly. A lot of restaurant, cafes and pubs nearby. Some facilities were old and worn.

Ich habe selten so eine Art von Service erlebt. Besonders Mike hat alles Mögliche getan damit unser Aufenthalt möglichst komfortabel wird. Wir sind ihm vom Herzen dankbar für all die Hilfe. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen, 3 von 4 Matratzen waren durchgelegen, war schwer einzuschlafen. Es ist auch sehr laut nachts, wer empfindlichen Schlaf hat, muss es mit berücksichtigen

Çalışanlar çok ilgilendi, hatta uçağlmlz çok erken olduğu için giriş saatimizden önce geldik, odamıza yerlişmemize yardımcı oldular. • Eleftheria (10/5): Υπέροχη και ευχάριστη - Τα κατάλυμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μόλις 3 λεπτά από τον πύργο του γαλατά. Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο και τρομερά εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Ειδικότερα ο Mike μας προσέφερε δώρα και ήταν πολύ πρόσχαρος και στην διάθεση μας για ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Θα το ξανά επέλεγα το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα.

Очень оперативно встретили, быстро предоставили ключи, помогли поднять чемоданы на второй этаж. Очень вежливый и приветливый персонал, Молодые люди говорят на нескольких языках, что позволило общаться и понимать друг друга. Помогли заказать такси до аэропорта. Очень рекомендую!

En los apartamentos no había ascensor hasta la planta baja, se cogía después de un tramo de escaleras inclinado para una persona mayor que nos acompañaba. No había cafetera.
• Sumedha (6/5): Misleading pictures - All the staff we interacted with were the only highlight and redeeming aspect of this stay, specifically Mike who took care of our needs. The pictures were misleading, as the apartment was not well maintained. Some of the furniture was in poor condition, the chairs were wobbly, and unfortunately my elderly mother fell because of this, which was quite concerning. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell during our stay, the tv didnot work and the kitchen was not properly equipped. Basic amenities were missing.

• ابتسام (6/5): تركيا بلد جميلة جدا وبو برجع لها ثاني باذن الله تعالى رجعت لنفس السكن - الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا لكن للي صحته كويسه ويقدر على المشي قريب من برج غلاطه وشارع الاستقلال الموظفين الفندق رائعين وخدومين وصلنا في رحله متاخره ولم نستطيع الوصول للفندق بسهولة مكان الاستقبال غير مكان السكن ماكان لنا اصنصير سكنا في الدور الاول فكنا نطلع درج وننزل والاصنصير للادوار العلوية دورات المياه وهذي مشكلة كل فنادق تركيا بدون شطاف احنا جبناه معانا ومرافق دورات المياه تحتاج صيانه

• Karen (7/5): We enjoyed our time at the Meroddi, we could not fault the picturesque building or the location. - We loved the location near the Galata tower. The apartment was picturesque and the appartment was good. The three bedrooms better than expected. The staff were friendly. What was promised on the appartment facilities blurb was a little misleading. Little things like there was no toaster, there was no clothes drying rack, no iron, no dishwasher… etc. we got tired of following up with these items, it took three days and three separate requests to get a toaster. Also the car taxi transfer offered by the Meroddi was twice the price of booking a car via booking.com

• Feruz (9/5): Все было именно так как описано в booking, мы остались довольны, отдыхали с семьей, нас было комфортно и уютно в апартам - Отличное местоположение, одновременно близко к основным достопримечательностям и тихо и уютно в апартаментах. Было чисто, все как на фото, и встретили нас очень хорошо. Рекомендую👍 Если не попросить не проводят уборку🤗

• Tatjana (8/5): Хорошее место - Хорошее месторасположение, до основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Не работали регуляторы на радиаторах отопления, из всех радиаторов работал только один.
• Jutta (9/5): Eine nette saubere Wohnung in bester Lage, wenn man den Trubel von Istanbul genießen möchte. - Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte an der Rezeption vom Hotel, was immer geöffnet ist. Die Lage war perfekt. Man konnte alles zu Fuß machen und die besten Restaurants waren direkt neben der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung war groß genug, sehr sauber und wurde nach 2 Tagen geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Das Viertel ist sehr animiert, die ganze Nacht findet man offene Lokale. Dennoch war es in der Wohnung nicht laut (gut wir waren auch im Winter da) für uns stimmte alles.
