- R (10/5): - スタッフさんが毎回親切です。今回はライブ遠征でチケットがお譲りいただけたために延泊をお願いしたのですが、電話対応の方はどうしても無理と仰ったのですが、booking.com経由で延泊可能とのメッセージをいただき、宿を慌ただしく変えずに済みました。 三越まで徒歩5分以内、いろんな飲食店もあり、部屋もお風呂も広くてとてもコスパが良いと思います。 頼めば毎日お掃除もしてもらえますし、お掃除不要なら毎日タオルとパジャマとバスマットが置かれています。 宿泊時にロビーの自販機でミネラルウォーターを買えるコインを貰えます。 延泊可能とのメッセージをいただき、こちらのサイトで直接スタッフさんとお話くださいとのことで電話したのですがその方はどうしても無理ですの一点張りで、諦めておりました。その後チェックアウト間近になり、フロントで「延泊はどうなさいますか」とお声がけいただき、無事に延泊できましたが、スタッフ間での情報共有があまりなされていないのかなと感じました。

- Celine (6/5): Je recommande mais il y a quelques point essentiel à revoir - Le personnel d'accueil et de ménage étaient très gentil et respectueux. L'accueil était ouvert 24h/24 et il y avait thé, café, brosse à dent, peigne ect en libre service, il y avait une laundry room et des distributeurs de boisson ainsi qu'un micro onde à disposition. L'emplacement était idéal, entre 3 gare, l'une qui dessert la gare de tokyo, Mitsukoshimae station avec la ligne Ginza/Hanzomon et Nihombashi station avec la ligne Asakusa (qui dessert Narita et Haneda en ligne direct), il y a des restaurant partout autour ainsi qu'un sous-sol sous le grand mall mitsukoshi plein de stand de nourriture relié à une allée de restaurant sous les Coredo. La wifi de l'hotel fonctionne très bien. Bon rapport qualité/prix en pleine golden week L'isolation des murs est horrible, on entend les voisin discuter comme si on était avec eux. La moquette au sol doit être supprimé, l'équipe de nettoyage n'a pas le temps de nettoyer les moquettes convenablement. La salle de bain est petite, il y a une marche pour entrer dans la salle de bain puis le rebord de la baignoire pour pouvoir se doucher, l'évier est très bas. Il faut rendre sa clé chaque fois qu'on sort, même si l'accueil est toujours ouvert c'est embêtant.

- Andrea (8/5): Clean & good location. - The hotel was very clean, fresh towels everyday, the staff were very helpful. There were coins for free water bottles, there was free coffee from a machine, free tea bags, and free hygiene products as well. There is a Starbucks, McDonalds, 7/11, and a few stations in just a 10 minute walk. Overall pretty good. We used the washing and drying machines, which work with 100 yen coins only, the washing was 300 yen, the washing was ok, our clothes were clean. However, the drying took ages, it was 100 yen for 30 minutes, and we needed to dry the same pile of clothes 4 times to be actually dry.

I enjoyed the breakfast on my previous stay at the start of the trip - this time I had to leave early so missed it. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Location is good too - about a 20 min walk from Tokyo station, and just a short walk to Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi and other shops, as well as plenty of restaurants.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber ich denke, es hat genau dem entsprochen was wir bei der Buchung erwartet haben und wollten. Ein günstiges Zimmer in guter Lage, wo man eh "nur" schläft bei einem klassischen Städtetrip. Das Personal war professionell. Den Zimmerschlüssel muss man abgeben, aber an sich ist es kein Problem, da die Rezeption immer besetzt ist. Bad war ein bisschen "in die Jahre gekommen" bzw. die Zimmereinrichtung generell.

- Angela (9/5): A very comfortable, affordable hotel around 15 minutes' walk from Tokyo Station - Close to several other stations in a nice little neighbourhood with lots of eateries around, 24 hour reception with helpful, English speaking staff and a coin-operated laundry. There was a construction site down the road which made it difficult to find at first and rooms are quite small, but as you would expect for the price. It was like my little cocoon in Tokyo!

There are several metro stations nearby with many lines, so it is easy to reach different parts of the city. The area is also pleasant for walking, with small shops, food stores, and restaurants close to the hotel. The room had useful amenities such as a kettle, TV, fridge, and other small helpful items. Free bottled water was a nice extra. The room was very small, which is typical for this price range in Japan, but still not very comfortable. There were not enough power outlets, and the shower was tiny. Breakfast was disappointing, especially for a European guest, as the options were unusual and not very tasty.
