Ufak tefek gelistirmeler yapilmasi gerekiyor. 24 saat resepsiyon olmayışı ilk gelişte ya şifre çalışmazsa diye strese girmenize sebep oluyor. Odaların klimalarını bağımsız sıcaklık kontrolü ile calistiramiyorsunuz. Televizyonda internet bağlantısı yok sadece ispanyolca kanallar var. 1 tane yatak cok fazla sallanıyordu diğerleri güzeldi. Mutfak eşyaları biraz kirliydi ve yikamak için yeteri kadar tablet yoktu. Tek tablet vardı. Markette teker teker tablet satılmıyor.

The location is convenient, close to the subway and bus stations with direct connection to both Barceloneta and Parc Guell (bus V19). A big supearmarket right across the street (Condis), lots of other smaller markets and cafes & restaurants nearby. Very good communication with the staff upon arrival, special thanks to Albert!

• Caroline (7/5): Beau logement, bien situé. - Bien localisé, proche du métro et de plusieurs endroits à pied ou en autobus. Ascenseur dans l’immeuble et laveuse-sècheuse donc utile pour les familles. La cuisine manquait d’équipement et nous avons du demander à plusieurs reprises pour des sacs de poubelle ou d’autres choses, mais l’équipe a toujours répondu rapidement !

Nos dejaran entrar al apartamento mucho antes de la hora de entrada porque el apartamento ya estaba disponible. El último día ofrecen la posibilidad de dejar las maletas y disponer de una sala para descansar en otro establecimiento gestionado por ellos. Unica cosa por mejorar, los vasos. Justitos y un poco feos por la cal.

Bilderna stämmer inte riktigt, vi bokade för fyra vuxna och det ena sovrummet var jättelitet med en liten säng och en extrasäng som man fick dra ut under den lilla sängen. När man gjorde det fanns det ingen plats kvar i rummet. Det fanns ingen garderob i det lilla rummet så om man ville hänga upp sina kläder var man tvungen att gå in i det andra sovrummet och använda den garderoben. Städningen i badrummet var inte ok, väggen var full med damm, se bilder.

The beds are very small and on trundle beds, which is not very comfortable, especially for a couple. The pillows were also quite low and uncomfortable. Also, a few coffee, tea or water capsules for the users would be a nice compliment.

• Astrid (7/5): Nice appartment in a quiet area without smokedetectors and fireescape - The appartment is placed in a quiet area. Nice shops and cafés nearby. It has everything you need for a stay. This is a 8 store building with appartments. Due to Spanias kan they don’t need fireescape or smokedetectors. Travelling with children, we found it uncomfortable to stay high up in the building.

No human interaction, only money collector. Not a single napkin in the apartment, no coffee capsules. Minimal cost maximum profit, this was very clear.

• Barbara (7/5): - Location....we were able to check in early which was wonderful. Supermarkets were right there. Did send towels and a blanket for the bed that was missing one. Responses were good to issues Refrigerator didn't work, ice build up and leaking. Smaller unit than expected. Stove has 2 small burners. I think more supplies should have been there such as a roll of paper towels, small condiment packets, etc. since you are there only a short time.. Smaller bedroom had no place for suitcases which we kept under the beds and had to pull out every time we needed something which was a little tough for Seniors.
• CharM (9/5): Spacious, clean and convenient location ! - We arrived at the property by taxi from an overnight flight from Canada. There is no office there and we had to wait outside for someone to come and let us is. Victor was great and explained showed us to our apartment and explained the policies etc. AC was great ! The apartment was spacious and the location was very convenient. Plenty of cafes and supermarkets close by. Also easy access to Metro and bus routes. We would choose this location again. It was lovely to have a washer but no directions in English, that would have been helpful. Lock on patio door did not lock. Extra pillows would have been nice.

The quilts were stained, the plumbing stinks of sewage and the power points very dodgy. We had a tiny balcony barely big enough for a clothes airer. View onto a wall. It was really expensive for what they offer.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro (3 min) i parę sklepów oraz kawiarni gdzie można wypić poranna kawę. Do centrum (plac de Catalunya) spacerkiem max 20 min. Bardzo miły opiekun apartamentu, mimo późnego przybycia około 22:30, nie trzeba było płacić dodatkowego 30 Euro, kody do drzwi przesłane wiadomością a spotkanie do zameldowania umówione na następny dzień rano. Polecam w 100%.

• Maryna (6/5): Es war okay. Mehr leider nicht. - Die Sauberkeit und Albert war ganz nett. Die Ausstattung. In der Küche konnte man nichts kochen. Sogar der Kochtopf war undicht. Das Gitter in der Spülmaschine verrostet und die Waschmaschine hat nicht gut gerrochen. Die Ausstatunng ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Stühle waren zerkratzt. Der Balkon war sehr klein. Die Lage hat uns nicht gefallen. Es war sehr lange zu Fuß bis in die Stadt unf gute 35 Minuten bis zum Strand.

We would stay here again. - Property manager had to arrange a time to meet us in person to collect payment and sign a form, which was unusual for all the properties we stayed in for this trip. Fortunately, we were able to do this the next morning, and they left us a code to get in late the night before, so it was not much of an inconvenience. He even came to us, so that was accommodating. The apartment was on the small side, which is typical for the area, but the location couldn't be beat. Easy access to lots of different bus and metro lines. The bakery across the street was handy for breakfast. We could have used more blankets. A single sheet for the twin beds is a bit chilly for us to regulate temperature at night for several guests. Making the rooms hotter would have made other uncomfortable. If I had my preference, the larger bedroom would be a single bed and not two twins, but we made it work.

• Mw (7/5): Basic clean apartment in a great location, with a single trundle bed in the tiny second bedroom. - The location was excellent and the property was very clean. The property manager responded fast. There were few extras that other properties have included that this one didn't - for example, no tea, coffee etc or any food staples, or a welcome basket; which would have been handy and a nice touch. Also, we needed to store our bags for a while after check out and that was too difficult to organise. The property manager was quick to respond which we appreciated, but wanted us to take our multiple bags to their other property which was at least a half an hour walk away, so we tried to get an uber for over an hour and gave up due to some large event happening in Barcelona at the time. When we were researching our holiday we found Barcelona was very expensive and this apartment was within our budget but was very basic and the second bedroom was tiny with a single bed with a pull out trundle.

Some of the plates were unclean, the pan is broken, not for use. The surface of the pan is completely scratched.

Local market and cafes just a stones throw from the apartment.. Would have liked instructions on how to operate the washer and dryer, other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We planned to do laundry in Barcelona, but skipped it because the washer smelled strongly of old water. We took the metro many times to go to further parts of the city, but the gothic area and beach area were very walkable.
