Sobre todo entre las 16 a 20 hr y de las 24hr a 8 creo no hay recepcion. Eso nos genero un problema . deberian dar a cada huesped una llave de ingreso al hostel por lo menos .

• Janire (2/5): No volvería - Estaba muy bien ubicado, una zona tranquila y con muchos restaurantes y cafés cerca. La staff de recepción muy amable y dispuesta ayudarnos con los problemas que tuvimos. Las instalaciones dejaban bastante que desear. El baño da igual cuando fueses que estaba muy muy sucio, olía fatal y el suelo estaba mojado con pelo por todas partes. Era inviable ducharse por la falta de higiene del baño. La habitación no estaba en las mejores condiciones: las almohadas tenian muchos pelos, el suelo estaba roto (se nos quedó el pie enganchado), el pestillo no funcionaba bien y la ventana no se cerraba del todo. Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen.
• Nina (4/5): Lage 5 Sterne – Sauberkeit 1 Stern - Personal war sehr nett, Lage perfekt und extremst empfehlenswert. Immer sehr hilfreich und Check In war auch easy. Man hat von dort die Möglichkeit zu sehr vielen Cafés und Restaurants zu Fuß zu kommen. Die Bäder und alle Tische und Stühle waren sehr schmutzig und teilweise kaputt. In den Bädern waren immer Haare an den Duschwänden, teilweise gab es kein Klopapier und die Stühle am Dach waren so staubig und die Tische überall dreckig, so das ich mich ungern mit meinem Laptop zum Arbeiten hingesetzt habe und teilweise gar nicht konnte. Das Zimmer ist okay, es gibt keine Vorhänge beim Bett und generell wenig Privatsphäre deshalb. Natürlich ist es ein Mehrbettzimmer, aber sobald man zumindest einen Vorhang hat, gibt das ein besseres Gefühl.

Igiene scarsissima nei bagni e nella cucina. Lo staff è poco disponibile; ho prenotato due stanze doppie ad un costo ben diverso da quello che mi è stato richiesto all'arrivo (il doppio). Steckdose am bett Duschen und Toiletten sind ein bisschen ausbaufähig, teils nicht ganz sauber, ist allerdings eher den Gästen geschuldet als dem Personal da so wie ich es gesehen habe die putzfrau jeden Tag geputzt hat. Leider kein Vorhang am bett und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert/war extrem laut aber ging trotzdem.von der Temperatur

• Paraskevi (1/5): Ότι χειρότερο απλά μην κλείσετε να μείνετε - Δυστηχως δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μου αρέσει εκτός της τοποθεσίας που ήταν κεντρική Το κατάλυμα ήταν βρωμικο οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι δεν ήταν επιμελημένοι καθόλου , η κουζίνα είχε μια κακή μυρωδιά κι τα μπάνια δεν ήταν καθαρά κι όπως απεικονιζόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Το μπάνιο πλημμύρισε μια μέρα και το ανέφερα σε έναν υπάλληλο και μου είπε εγώ τώρα δε δουλεύω και έφυγε. Ο ίδιος υπάλληλος με είχε ενημερώσει και πολύ αυστηρα μάλιστα για τις ώρες κοινής ησυχίας κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας κι όταν εκείνος είχε ρεπό ήταν μέχρι τις 2 το βράδυ κι γέλαγε κι φώναζαν με άλλα άτομα δίπλα στο δωμάτιο μη μπορώντας να κοιμηθώ ( μάλλον οι ώρες ησυχίας δεν ισχύουν για τους υπαλλήλους ). Το κερασάκι όμως στη τούρτα είναι ότι μετά από δύο ημέρες ξεκίνησα να βγάζω εξανθήματα από τσιμπήματα κοριών κι ψύλλων σε όλο μου το σώμα που επιβεβαίωσε η δερματολόγος μου. Απλά αποφύγετε το υπάρχουν τόσα άλλα εκεί κοντά

• Markus (9/5): Highly recommended. - Great hostel in a perfect location in Palermo Soho. Not luxurious, but exactly right – everything works the way it should. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel at home right away. The staff is amazing: always available, genuinely helpful, and willing to do whatever they can to make your stay better. You can really tell they care. The shared activities are a lot of fun and make it easy to connect with others from the very first moment. A real highlight is Cony. She takes such great care of the guests, as if she were personally hosting you. That level of warmth and attention really sets this place apart. Highly recommended.

Quizás el único inconveniente es que recepción no está las 24 horas y si necesitas hacer check-in o recoger tu equipaje debe cuadrar con el horario de atención.

• Flaviana (1/5): Se busca conforto, esse não é o lugar. - Ubicación y staff. O preço é realmente muito baixo e as instalações são compatíveis com esse valor. Não me atentei ao detalhe do preço estar muito baixo, mas confiei nas fotos e, como já havia me hospedado no Play Garden, acreditei que seria tão bom quanto. Reservei 4 noites em um quarto individual com banheiro compartilhado, mas fui embora no dia seguinte. O cheiro da cozinha coletiva vai até o quarto, se mistura com o cheiro forte de madeira e o ar não circula na habitação que tem uma estética nada acolhedora. O banheiro partilhado estava em estado lastimável, sujo e mal iluminado. O som dos hóspedes na área de convivência perto da terraza fica todo dentro do quarto. Estava chovendo, havia água empoçada na recepção e no caminho até o quarto. Não tem segurança 24hrs. O nome do quarto tem tudo a ver com seu estado: punk. Essas fotos estão infinitamente melhores do que a realidade.

De 16 a 20 no hacen el check-in. En nuestro caso hicieron la excepción, pero no suele ser lo habitual. Área fumadores: pegado a las habitaciones. El humo entra en la habitación. Actualización del perfil: reservamos en habitación de 8 personas pero la habitación era de 10. El precio no era diferente.

El alojamiento está bueno,la atención también,no me quedé conforme que a la hora del check in yo había llegado 20:30 media hora después del inicio de turno y me tenía que ir a una reunión y me demoro media hora más entre que buscaban no sé que! Y no podía solo dejar los bolsos por qué a la hora que volvía ya no había recepción... solamente salvar esa situación que den la posibilidad de que si no se puede hacer el check in por lo menos dejar los bolsos y datos así uno pueda llegar a dónde vaya... después todo impecable!!!
