The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul, and the breakfast had a good variety of food. We also really liked the terrace with a beautiful view of the city. We truly enjoyed our stay
- Judit (6/5): A személyzet kedvessége és a jó elhelyezkedés ellensúlyozta a negatív dolgokat. - A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész, a főbb látványosságok sétatávolságra vannak. A villamos (T1) a hotel előtt áll meg. A reptérről taxival nagyon gyorsan és jól be lehetett jutni a hotelig, booking.com-on keresztül foglaltuk oda-vissza a transzfert. A reggeli finom volt. A szálloda maga azt kell, hogy mondjam, hogy egy kicsit lelakott. A tetőteraszról nagyon szép kilátás nyílik a városra. Az ágy kényelmes, a belső udvarra néző szoba furcsa módon a lobbyra néz, ahonnan felhallatszik a vendégek beszélgetése, de nem volt zavaró. A fürdőszobában a tusoló körbe penészes volt, a légkondi szemmel láthatóan nagyon régen volt takarítva, így azt be sem mertük kapcsolni. Nyáron emiatt itt nem mernék megszállni! A padlószőnyeg koszos és büdös volt sajnos.

- Veronika (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita blizko tramvaje a Grand bazaru, hezký pokoj s vyhledem na univerzitu a mešitu, pohodlné postele, milý personál Slabší snídaně a v noci větší hluk než mimo hlavní ulici (hodně hluční noční popeláři a mešita) - hlavně tedy pri otevřeném okně, ale pri zavřeném okně zase velké horko, klimatizace byla centrální a nešla snížit teplota. Hotel je na pěší zóně, takze od taxi jdete s kufry kus cesty.

- Arina (1/5): ORIBIL - Daca doriti sa va stricati vacanta, atunci cum s-ar zice "welcome" Prima seara nu am dormit nici o clipa a intrat persoane straine in hotel si batea in usi, era ceva ingrozitor, a trebuit sa chemam pe cei de la receptie, pentru ca ei habar nu avea ce se intimpla sus, ca dupa sa le mai trimitem si mesaje si ei sa ne explice ca au reparat o usa??????? la ora 01:00 neaptea? bateau in usa si stigau sa deschidem ca sunt "probleme" ORIBIL Camerele murdare, cu paiangene prin colturi, in baie se ducea doar gunoil nu se spala de loc. Atit de sarac meniul nu am vazut niciodata, veneam la micul dejun dupa ora 09.00, ce era in jur de 09:30 nu mai aveai ce minca si nimic nu se mai aducea. Doua seri la rind nu am avut lumina in camera, si nu era doar camera noastra. Datorita faptului ca geamul camerei era in curte (un spatiu inchis) era o caldura insuportabila, conditionerul nu facea fata si plus miros de mincare. O dezamagire totala.

Korán indult a gépünk és ihattunk kávét az indulás előtt. Gyors becsekkolás, készen álltak a szobák Éjjel volt valami zajos munka a szállodán belül...ezt nem értettük

- Sheila (8/5): Overall descent stay for a short trip. - Location was excellent for what we wanted to do. The was clean and the shower had good water pressure. Wifi signal was strong even on the 3rd floor. It was very affordable for 2 nights and came with a descent breakfast. I very much appreciated the early checkin upon arrival which was approximately 4 hours early. Traveled with mom who has difficulty with long distance walks and stairs. Taxi had to park in the alley to load and unload us with 5 bags. There are no parking or drop off spot for this hotel. You have to climb some stairs to the entrance level take elevator one floor up to lobby level. Room was a lot smaller than advertised.

- Guest (4/5): Habitación pequeña,sábanas rotas,buena wifi,y buena calefaccion - La ubicacion Las sábanas estaban rotas,pedir un taxi al encargado era un mundo se lo tenías q pagar al hotel y no te aceptaban tarjetas. Cuando subías a la entrada del hotel un olor a gato que daba asco.El desayuno no era internacional todo turco,solo comimos pan con mantequilla y el pan era de barra cortado mal y chafado por las manos q lo cortaba.

La decoración es muy bonita, y tiene un precioso patio interior en el que entra mucha luz. También tiene una terraza con vistas muy bonitas en el cuarto piso. El tamaño de la habitación es ligeramente pequeño, aunque suficiente.

- Khaoula Nouhad (7/5): Staff eccezionale per gentilezza e accoglienza. Albergo complessivamente buono. - Lo staff della reception è molto disponibile e gentile. La posizione dell'albergo è tra la fermata del tram di Beyazid e Laleli-Üniversite, lo rende pertanto comodo anche per chi arriva con la navetta aeroportuale a Aksaray. Il servizio della colazione rappresenta un elemento fondamentale per la qualità complessiva di un albergo e, a mio avviso, meriterebbe una revisione più attenta, sia in termini di varietà dell’offerta che di quantità disponibile. Se ci si presenta alle 7:30, spesso la colazione è ancora in fase di preparazione; al contrario, dopo le 9:00 si rischia di non trovare più un’adeguata disponibilità di prodotti.

Los taxis no acceden por la calle principal, por lo que te dejan por la calle de atrás y hay que pasar un mini centro comercial. Hay muchas escaleras si vas con maletas pesadas. Y más escaleras para entrar a coger el ascensor del hotel. El desayuno es muy normalito, solo comí huevos. No era demasiado bueno.
