• Villa (8/5): Viviendo y sintiendo Londres desde adentro ❤️ - La ubicación, detalle con la limpieza cada día y reposición de enseres, abastecimiento muy bueno de todo en la habitación. El barrio donde se ubica es precioso y tiene muchísimo encanto de lo que es Londres. Que la habitación no estaba insonorizada, la puerta tenía un espacio de casi 1/2 dedo en la parte inferior que eso hacía que se escuchase todo lo que ocurría en el pasillo. Por lo cual cada vez que llegaba alguien y salía, el personal de limpieza y huéspedes hacían bastante ruido por la mañana y eso interfería en el descanso.

Quiet at night and even during the day the road noise was not excessive, didnt hear much from other guests either. Loved having the fridge and microwave etc. Room was well cleaned each day - would definitely stay here again. There was a ceiling tile missing above the shower (so could see into the loft area with pipes) I wasnt bothered but some may have been. Handle was loose on shower door, I was careful but suspect it wouldnt take much effort for it to come off altogether.

• Aurore Le Gal (5/5): - Très bon emplacement, à environ 5 minutes à pied de la station Baker Street, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement les différents quartiers de Londres. Le ménage quotidien était également appréciable (chambre faite, serviettes changées). Par ailleurs, la chambre présentait plusieurs points négatifs : plafond au-dessus de la douche qui s’effrite, rideaux non occultants laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière (chambre en sous-sol), et un ensemble global qui mériterait d’être rafraîchi. Je souhaite exprimer mon mécontentement concernant l’expérience vécue lors de mon séjour, en raison du manque de flexibilité et de compréhension du service client. Nous sommes arrivés le samedi 09/05/26. Notre arrivée initiale était prévue pour 20h, mais notre vol a subi un retard indépendant de notre volonté. J’ai pris soin de prévenir l’hôtel dès que possible afin d’indiquer que nous n’arriverions pas avant 21h00. Malgré cela, aucune solution alternative ne nous a été proposée, l’établissement fermant à 21h00. À notre arrivée effective à 22h00, j’ai contacté le service d’urgence afin de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre, en indiquant être disposée à régler un éventuel dédommagement. Notre demande a néanmoins été refusée, sans autre possibilité d’arrangement. Nous avons ainsi été contraints de trouver en urgence un autre hébergement dans le quartier pour la nuit, entraînant des frais supplémentaires importants ainsi qu’une situation particulièrement stressante. Nous nous sommes retrouvés, dans un pays étranger et tard dans la soirée, sans solution d’hébergement immédiate, avec nos bagages, ce qui a été très éprouvant. Nous avons finalement pu être accueillis le lendemain matin (10/05/26), mais cette première expérience reste très négative au regard du manque de souplesse et d’assistance dans une situation imprévisible.

Brandlarmet gick av sent på kvällen och tjöt i en halvtimme innan någon kom och kunde stänga av det. Mao ingen brand. Fjädrarna i sängen var hårda och obekväma. Det hade varit bra med kökshanddukar eller hushållspapper och salt.

The room was in poor condition and both beds very uncomfortable. Several light fixtures were loose and several sockets didn’t work and made a buzz trying to plug things in.

• Rianne (7/5): Goede plek om London vanuit de ontdekken - Goede centrale locatie ten opzichte van openbaar vervoer en om alle richtingen van London te ontdekken Het is erg basic (en daar is ook de prijs naar), wat wij geen probleem vonden voor alleen slapen en verder op pad. Wel wat achterstallig onderhoud bij entree buiten, keukenblok verdiend aandacht, en het zou fijn zijn als je de douchekop kunt ophangen ipv in je hand moet houden. Voor de rest wel schoon. Miste een beetje vriendelijkheid bij de check out, in de zin van interesse ‘hoe heeft u het gehad, wat alles naar wens, goede reis’ etc, maar dat bleef uit helaas.

• Pol (10/5): Perfecto - Todo fue súper bueno. Cada día nos ponían café nuevo, nos limpiaban toda la habitación y tenía una mini cocina y nevera útiles. Estaba en la zona rica de Londres y un barrio súper bueno, con cochazos en la puerta. El trato fue muy bueno del personal. Pudimos dejar las maletas antes y nos las subieron a la habitación. El precio espectacularmente barato. Todo genial la verdad. Pequeños detalles, solo la ducha era pequeña y no tenía ascensor, pero por ese precio en Londres no vas a encontrar nada igual

Durante le due notti successivi in cui ho pernottato, per due volte di fila è scattato l’allarme per ben 2 notti alle 6 del mattino casualmente,e sono intervenuti 1 ora dopo per chiuderlo, quindi invece di stare in vacanza sembrava di essere al servizio militare con sveglia presto obbligatoria Per finire il proprietario molto scortese e sgorbutico

• Mafalda (5/5): Para dormir e tomar banho num local central está okay. - A sua localização é ser possível guardar as malas antes do check in e depois do check out sem qualquer custo extra. A kitchenette estava mais ou menos equipada, mas não havia detergente para lavar. Não estava bem limpo, a única janela que havia não fechava, o ar condicionado foi ligado uma vez, mas desligado pouco depois porque não estava limpo e sentia-se o pó a espalhar-se no ar. A kitchenette não foi usada, mas o micro ondas estava todo sujo por dentro. O quarto tmb tem pouco isolamento, conseguimos ouvir o despertador do quarto ao lado.

• Derek (7/5): Great value for money close to Regents Park - A great location and good price. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and the small kitchenette useful. Sadly someone vaping set the fire alarm off at 21:15. The alarm isn't direct to the Fire Brigade, but as the night manager lives 30 minutes away, the Fire Brigade were called to check the property and silence the alarm. Unfortunately, despite the bird netting, the rear of the property had noisy pigeons cooing all night so unable to have the window open to allow fresh air into the room.

• Hoirya (8/5): Le séjour s'est bien passé. Bon rapport qualité prix. - Logement très bien situé est assez grand. Le coin kitchenette est un vrai plus. La proximité du métro et des commerces. Problème d'insonorisation, murs pas très épais. Literie correct mais pas assez ferme. Impossible d'ouvrir la grande fenêtre, uniquement une petite ouverture alors que la cuisine est équipée de plaque de cuisson. Difficile de faire sortir les odeurs de cuisine. Salle de bain pas très grande car tout en longueur. Peu d'espace entre les éléments.
• Francesc (6/5): Ubicación excelente, habitación normalita - la ubicación es excelente a un autobús de todo, tienes un tesco al lado, para hacer las compras, tienes los 2 parques mas importantes a 10 minutos. Si vienes de Stansted el autobus te deja en la misma calle, baker street. Hay restaurantes baratos cerca del sitio para cenar. La habitación pues si lo que quieres es dormir esta bien, tiene para hacer tostadas y para hacer cafes. También para cocinar pero no lo recomiendo. la habitación era un sótano sin luz natural, no hay problema porque al final solo es para dormir, lo que si es que hicimos algo de comer pusimos el extractor y nos damos cuenta que el extractor no esta conectado a ninguna salida de aire asi que el humo se quedo en la habitación, tuvimos que abrir la puerta para que el humo saliera, asi que todo el pasillo lleno. Pensado para dormir y poca cosa mas. Aparte que el colchón estaba roto y tuvimos que poner un cojín debajo para que fuera un poco mas comodo. Por el resto bien.

There was no signal which made it hard making phone calls, sending messages and I couldn't load Google maps to see how to get from the hotel to my destination. The shower ran cold for 5 minutes and the temperature fluctuated between hot and cold afterwards. The bed was sunken in and the toilet roll holder was loose.

• 6ab2f960f4ad71f9ddffcc5f7e1703df (7/5): Un bon rapport qualité / prix pour Londres qui gagnerait à avoir un petit rafraichissement - Les chambres sont globalement confortables et propres. Contrairement à ce que j'ai pu lire ici, nous n'avons pas eu de problème particulier concernant l'insonorisation (nous étions au dernier étage) ni de coupure d'eau chaude. Le logement est proche de 2 stations de métro, ce qui est pratique. Quelques petits équipements supplémentaires pour améliorer le confort seraient bienvenues : des lampes de chevet, de quoi faire la vaisselle, des serviettes pour les mains... La kitchenette est fournie au minimum syndical, ce qui ne permet pas vraiment de s'en servir à mon avis et rend sa présence assez inutile. Les matelas sont effectivement un peu durs mais pour 3-4 nuits ça le fait.

Pas de visuel sur l’entrée de l’hôtel. Nous avions une chambre triple et le « lit » pour la 3eme personne était très inconfortable avec une barre de fer dans le dos.. Les peintures sont défraîchies, abîmées. Pas d’eau chaud dans la douche… Et personnel peu accueillant…

• Kristaps (7/5): - The accommodation was close to public transport both metro and busses, the bed was made and the trash was taken out every day. The bed was comfortable. An electric heater, AC and kitchen was available. A very narrow and uncomfortable bathroom with moldy shower. The reception was open only on specific hours. On the last night of the stay, the alarm/fire safety system was triggered. There were no staff members present. The alarm sounded for about 30 minutes and was only turned off when the firefighters arrived. Neighbors told us that this has happened before.

Wasn’t an issue for us but description on booking said lower ground floor and it was actually right at the top of lots of flights of stairs. Clearer instructions for arrival would have been helpful eg. On arrival ring the bell as there is nothing to show this is the right property

• Alicia (10/5): - La parada de autobús dirección aeropuerto de luton está justo enfrente. Y tardo aprox 50 min.Muy buena opción porque puedes dejar tus cosas y empezar a patear London. La ubicación es perfecta el metro a dos minutos. La habitación está muy limpia todo nuevo con café leche etc. Muy recomendable. Me gustó todo
• Gonzalo Jose (8/5): Excelente relación precio calidad. - Super cómodo y en una buena ubicación. Tienes lo necesario para prepararte alguna comida o desayuno sencillo. El baño es pequeño, pero está bien. Lo único es que el desagüe del lavamanos, estaba un poco obstruido. La ducha no se ajustaba en altura y quedaba muy baja, pero cumple muy bien su función.
