• Anssi (9/5): Good value - Was upgraded from the windowless to a "jacuzzi suite". Old building but modern setup. Good location close to Queensway and Bayswater tube stations. Decent price. Reasonably sized room Plenty of wall plugs. Good lightning. Tiny but useful kitchenette. OK desk. No gym. No breakfast available (as far as I could see).

• Ekaterina (1/5): - I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I experienced something like this. The hotel refused to check us in after 10 PM, in London, a huge city where flights and trains are delayed every day. I booked and paid for the room, and only 10 minutes later received a message saying late check-in was impossible. I tried to find a compromise and offered different solutions, including moving the booking to another day. The hotel refused every option. For me, this is not about rules. It is about the complete lack of flexibility and customer care. If your flight or train is delayed, you can simply end up on the street after 10 PM, even if you already paid for your room. I would never recommend this hotel.

• Claroline (8/5): City-trip mère-fils parfait - Chambre pratique et bien pensée, il y a tout le nécessaire. La cuisine dans un placard est un véritable plus: avec frigo, micro-ondes, évier et même des taques si on veut se cuisiner quelque chose. Il y a également du café et du thé. Notre chambre était lumineuse, donnait côté rue, dans un quartier calme, à proximité des transports, d'une rue commerçante et du parc, c'était vraiment très agréable. Le genre d'endroits où on se voit revenir :) La porte coulissante de la salle de bain était coincée et ne fermait donc pas - ce n'était pas dérangeant pour nous (je voyageais avec mon fils de 12ans), mais cela pourrait l'être pour d'autres personnes. Pour le reste, rien à signaler :)

• Maciej (9/5): Bardzo dobry, polecam! - Czystość, lokalizacja - blisko metra i parku. Kuchnia w aneksie, sejf, tv. Gniazdka z portem usb. Mały ekspres do kawy. Wejście do pokoju było troszkę ciasne ze względu na drzwi w korytarzu. Ale życzę żeby każdy miał taki problem :-)

A szoba bár nem nagy, de egy pár napos városnézéshez kiváló! Nagyon jól felszerelt (főzési lehetőséggel is rendelkezik), modern, igényes. Nem volt ilyen.

The service was exceptional special thanks to Vinkheta who was very kind and polite, its very rare you get treated that way especially in London. One night wasnt enough. • ADNAN (4/5): Great location and quiet neighborhood, but the poor reception experience and below-average cleanline - My stay at the hotel was average overall. While there were a few positives worth mentioning, unfortunately the negative experience with the receptionist had a major impact on my overall impression. One of the hotel’s best features is its location. It is only about a 5-minute walk from the underground station and the restaurant area. There is also a nearby gas station and mini market. The neighborhood is quiet and suitable for people who prefer calm surroundings, and the hotel is close to Hyde Park. However, the biggest downside was the reception experience. Upon arrival, the receptionist treated us in a very unprofessional and unfriendly manner. We booked through Booking.com, and the booking policy clearly stated that children of all ages are welcome. As soon as she saw our five-year-old child, she immediately said in an irritated tone that children were not allowed in the hotel. After I showed her the Booking.com policy, she changed her statement and said that only children up to two years old were allowed, and that I would have to pay a penalty to Booking.com. When I explained that I had not paid any extra fee, she angrily replied that we would not be allowed an extra bed because the room was too small. I told her I did not need an extra bed since my child would sleep beside me, but that seemed to annoy her even more, and she responded that we would not be allowed to request extra sheets or pillows. At that point, I simply told her I did not want anything from them. The second issue was that the room was extremely small. Another downside was that the hotel did not provide tissues in the room like most hotels do; only toilet paper was available in the bathroom. There was also no iron in the room, and the shampoo/body wash provided was barely enough for a single shower. As for cleanliness, it was below expectations. Although the bed was made daily and clean towels were provided, the floors were consistently dusty to the point that my feet and socks would get dirty from walking inside the room.

Además, hay una calle justo detrás del alojamiento con varios establecimientos como restaurantes y tiendas, lo que es de gran utilidad. La zona es muy tranquila y segura y la habitación en sí es cómoda. Para dos personas solo había una toalla para cada uno y una toalla para la cara. No habia toalla para los pies. La pedimos y nos dijeron que solo tenían de cuerpo, cosa que no se entiende. Cuando nos duchábamos se ponía el suelo lleno de agua y fue incómodo y molesto. La habitación es pequeña.

Il y’avait qqc rayures sur les murs mais rien de grave. La cuisine top top super équipé j’ai même pu utilisé un grille pain. (N’achetez pas d’aliments frais encombrants pcq le frigo est petit) Le lieu est très bien situé ( en zone 1) avec le métro. Et c’est tout près des moyens de transports, je reviendrai à 100%!! Je n’avais pas vrm de choses que j’ai pas aimé !

• Luigi (8/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at Nox Kensington Gardens. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and kind, and they explained clearly and efficiently how to access the room. The room itself was simple but very practical — clean, functional, and well-organized. The bathroom, although quite small, did not cause any real inconvenience. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide a full set of towels per guest (both large and small). In our case, we were two people but only one small towel was available. Overall, I am very satisfied with the accommodation. The location is excellent, very close to Queensway station, making it a strategic choice for exploring the city. Definitely a top option in the Kensington/Westminster area.

It was unbelievably clean as well Bedroom blind was really really poor, when the sun was rising at 5ish, it woke us up on both days as it made the room so bright and unbearable first thing. The property would be flawless if it had a black out blind.

Camera pulita con anche cucinino (dentro all'armadio)con macchina del caffè Nespresso e capsule, doccia grande con un bel getto. Siamo arrivati dopo le 22 quindi ci hanno fatto fare gentilmente il check-in nel loro hotel gemello Hyde park, poco distante. Camera parecchio piccola ma negli standard di Londra, di conseguenza anche letto piccolo per due e lavandino del bagno mignon, ogni volta che ti lavi il viso, lavi anche per terra.

• Gonzalez (10/5): Bonne adresse à Londres - Hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel agréable et calme à côté de Hide park très facile d'accès avec métros et bus à proximité. La chambre était en très bon état, rénovée, propre , très bien équipée avec petite kitchenette, grille pain machine expresso, évier, bouilloire ,plaque chauffante, thé et café fournis pour se faire un petit déjeuner le matin. Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique et arrangeant. Nous retenons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

La réceptionniste a été très désagréable et impolie, malgré une demande faite calmement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, son attitude nous a déçus et ne nous donne pas envie de revenir dans cet hôtel.

• Robyn (10/5): - Clean space that is nicely decorated. Great location with a couple of tube stations right around the corner. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times now and keep coming back because it's great value for money, comfortable and has everything you need.
