• Natalia (8/5): Bien en paddinton - Cerca de paddinton. silencioso Habitaciones demasiado pequeñas para 4 personas. La maleta se abría en la puerta y el baño tambien muy pequeño sin toalla de mano. Solo cuerpo y pies. Se podría mejorar la limpieza. Por 350 euros la noche esperaba más. Y las escaleras para un 4 estrellas no lo esperaba

• Elisabeth-Valerie (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof von Paddington und 7 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hyde Park und dafür wirklich faire Preise. Mäßige Ausstattung mit Shampoo, Wasser und Co. Shampoo wurde zum Beispiel nicht ausgetauscht, nachdem ich ein Päckchen angebrochen hatte. Wasser gab es gar nicht dafür aber immerhin Kaffee. Es ist ein altes englisches Haus, d.h. man hört die anderen Gäste sehr laut, muss man wollen

• Greta (10/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves volt. Az első nap kértük a szobánkat egy emeletire cserélni és gond nélkül megoldották. A szoba tiszta volt, az ágy kényelmes. Éjszaka csend volt így nyugodtan tudtunk aludni. A szobában rendelkezésünkre állt kávéfőző, vízforraló tea és kávé. A közelben boltok, éttermek, tömegközlekedési eszközök rövid sétával elérhetőek.

Room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The only thing that bugged me was that the room key didn’t open the hotel door. But once I had ear plugs the doorbell was not an issue

The staff was super helpful and did a quick fix for us. But at the price of the room it would be great to have proper beds (bed had clearly been broken before and had had a quick fix already). Estaba a 5 minutos la Elizabeth Line, esa línea conecta con todas las demás para moverte por todo Londres, increíble. También está a 10 minutos Hyde Park, inmejorable. El recepcionista Biplob es la cabra, el verdadero The Best One, súper majo y agradable. Era habitación para 2 personas pero en realidad es para 1. Te dan lo justo de aseo personal. No hay jabón de manos. En el aseo de nuestra habitación cuando abrías el grifo te mojaba entero y caía al suelo el agua porque salía mal.
• Watsuwach (7/5): The hotel location is good, just 5 mins walk from Paddington Station. Room OK - this hotel is located close to Paddington station (5 mins walk). Wifi speed is ok. Water pressure is good. The room is well-maintained and clean. It's great if you looking for a place to sleep overnight. It's not expensive. Of course, it has no elevator so if you come with a large luggage it's a bit of the problems. The staff asked if I need any help though. As it locates close to the street, it can have noise problem.

• dilFa (2/5): The basement room was claustrophobic, extremely noisy from overhead foot traffic, felt unsafe. - To be fair, the room itself was clean, which I appreciate. At no point during the booking process was it clearly stated that the room I was assigned was located in the basement. This is a significant omission. Had this been communicated transparently, I would not have proceeded with the reservation. The experience was deeply unpleasant. The room felt claustrophobic, with a noticeable lack of natural light, and the overall atmosphere was far from what one would reasonably expect when booking accommodation. The noise levels were unacceptable — there was a corridor directly above my head, and I could hear every single sound from people walking and moving above. Additionally, air conditioning units were positioned just outside the basement windows. More concerningly, I felt genuinely unsafe. I was seriously worried about how I would evacuate the room in the event of a fire. The layout and location gave the impression of being a potential safety hazard rather than suitable guest accommodation. Customers have the right to make informed decisions. Failing to clearly disclose that basement rooms are part of your offering — along with the associated limitations and conditions — is misleading and does not meet basic expectations of transparency in hospitality. To be fair, the room itself was clean, which I appreciate. However, this was the only positive aspect of the stay and does not compensate for the overall negative experience. I strongly urge hotel management and Booking.com to review how rooms are presented and ensure that such critical details are clearly communicated to future guests.

The concierge service to keep your luggage is very convenient; however, we did not receive a confirmation ticket to prove the luggage belonged to us. Our room was literally next to the entrance door, so we heard every hotel guest coming in/out + all the talking. We felt like we did not have privacy. The bathroom did not have enough shower towels (head towels specifically). The shower head was broken. The hotel entrance is a little bit confusing. When we rang the bell, a person opened up the door for us, and immediately asked where we were from (It could have been a random guest because he was not uniformed, but no, it happened to be a hotel staff member); later on, at the departure, he insisted on leaving a good review (felt a little pushy).

Además, la ubicación era conveniente al estar cerca a la estación de Paddington y podías trasladarte fácilmente a diferentes puntos de Londres. El personal fue muy amable en atender mis requerimientos. Considerar que si viajas por trabajo, el WiFi funciona bien para hacer uso de redes sociales y revisar correos, pero no siempre para realizar videollamadas.
