• Vasco (7/5): - Boa localização e simpatia dos funcionários. Uma surpresa positiva foi a caução ser de valor mínimo diferente do anunciado 100GBP Elevador avariado nos últimos dias obrigou a transportar malas pelas escadas. A avaria deveria ter sido solucionada imediatamente.
• Alicia (8/5): Très bon séjour - La localisation de l'établissement est idéale et la literie de la chambre vraiment très bonne. La chambre était un peu petite pour deux (pas vraiment possibilité d'ouvrir les valises au sol) et il y faisait très très chaud malgré les températures assez fraîches dehors.
• Pey (10/5): - On the food street! There are many options and also close to Hyde Park and metro stations. Very good location. The bathroom was abit cramp and some of the skirting of the walls seem damaged. But these are minor.
• Kjetil Garvik (8/5): - For alle som trives på Queensway og i Bayswater er dette perfekt beliggenhet. Stort sett bare positivt å si om dette stedet. Kommer garantert tilbake. Lite å trekke ned på, men overnattingsstedet passer nok best for en eller to om gangen. Egner seg ikke for større grupper.
• Manon (10/5): Parfaitement parfait ! - La localisation, la propreté, le confort, la communication échange avec WhatsApp avec l’établissement , la rapidité des choses , le service Pas de volets juste deux rideaux un clair et un foncé la lumière qui reste toujours allumé dans le couloir et qu’on voit sous la porte compliqué quand on aime dormir dans le noir total. les claquements des portes des autres chambres qui sont claqués par les autres gens qui respectent pas .

• June Vincent (5/5): - The location was great. Great links for food and transportation The room was nice and clean, but unfortunately it was extremely small. There was an AC unit in the room, however the air conditioning mode did not work at all — only the fan mode worked, and even then you could barely feel any airflow. This will definitely be a problem during the warmer seasons. The only option was to open the window, but since the hotel is located on a main road, the outside noise was very noticeable and made it difficult to rest. The most concerning part of the stay was their booking/payment portal. I received random spam messages on WhatsApp regarding my payment, and what made it scary was that the messages contained the correct details about my booking. It really gives the impression that customer information may have been leaked somewhere, which is very worrying. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel and would advise others to avoid it.

The rooms were clean and staff was very kind. Even though the rooms were clean, they were very small and a bad smell always came out from the bathroom.

Super clean, modern rooms and I also appreciated having a room with a window. I was late arriving and the lovely lady on reception was so helpful. Nothing - everything was perfect.

I book a location, I check the mark that it is a business trip and I need an invoice and every time i have issues with that. The support staf was well intended and promissed to deliver the invoice by mail, but it was without the business data so it had to be redone

• Özgür (8/5): Great hotel for it's price for short stays. - The hotel is a very small but convenient one. For a family with a small kid(max 13-14 years). The room was small but enough. Westayed there for 4 nights and not much things to complain about. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, you can find anything around and just by the Bayswater and queensway station. We never needed to use cab/uber to go to any attractions. Very clean and secure hotel. If you're expecting more hotel services, it's not for you. But if you're up to good price, location, cleanness and security definitely a good choice. A small refrigerator in the room would have been great. The AC's needs to be cleaned, a bit dusty

• Marilou (7/5): Séjour agréable grâce, notamment, à une localisation pratique ! - La chambre était très propre, le ménage y est fait tous les jours. La localisation est très pratique, il y a trois arrêts à proximité de l'hôtel qui permettent de visiter Londres facilement. La chambre était un peu plus petite que ce que les photos laissaient imaginer. Par ailleurs, les stores n’étant pas totalement occultants, nous avons été réveillés assez tôt par la lumière du jour. Enfin, l’isolation phonique n'était pas très bonne, car les bruits provenant du couloir (passages, ouvertures et fermetures de portes, entrées dans les chambres…) étaient assez perceptibles.

• Nikoleta (10/5): - Πολυ βολικη τοποθεσια κοντα σε ολα τα βασικα αξιοθετα με μετρό και μια ανασα απο το hyde park με τα ποδια. Ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικο προσωπικό. Μεγαλο πλεονέκτημα η δυνατότητα να αφησεις τις αποσκευές σου πριν το check in και μετά το check out. Το δωματιο και οι κοινόχρηστοι χωροι πεντακαθαροι! καθημερινή αλλαγή σε πετσέτες και καθαριοτητα δωματίου. Το δωμάτιο που επιλεξαμε ηταν μικρο, για εμας δεν ηταν προβλημα αλλα ισως ειναι για καποιον με πολλες αποσκευες ή θελει να περναει πολύ χρονο στο δωμάτιο.

• Siria Maria (1/5): Ich würde es keinem empfehlen. - 1 Stern. Während meines Aufenthalts wurden mir 300 € aus dem Geldbeutel gestohlen. Der Geldbeutel befand sich in einer verschlossenen Tasche innerhalb meines verschlossenen Koffers. Als ich den Vorfall dem Personal gemeldet habe, wurde sich überhaupt nicht darum gekümmert. Statt Unterstützung oder Aufklärung kam nur die Aussage, ich hätte das Geld im Safe aufbewahren müssen. Absolut enttäuschender Umgang mit Gästen – ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen.

• Ryan (8/5): A great value accommodation that provides everything you need for a visit to London. - The accommodation is ideally located near multiple underground stations. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we were provided with fresh towels every day. Our room was located on the street side where you will be awoken rather early by loading and unloading noise from the local businesses (recommend you bring earplugs). The shower cabin was a rather tight fit.

The stuff is friendly and always ready to help. We are very satisfied with out stay. I would add a toilet brush and little bin in the bathtoom. Also would change adapters becasue they didnt work

• Yvonne (6/5): Perfekt für Städtetrip. Zentral aber ruhig. - Sehr gute Lage zwei Bahn Stationen direkt in der Nähe. 15 Minuten bis zum größeren Bahnhof Paddington. Hydepark direkt in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants normal aber auch FastFood. Bisschen Renovierungen wären nötig aber für Städtetrip voll ok. Aufzug war defekt und komischer Nebeneingang musste genutzt werden.

• Achiraya (8/5): Great room and services with excellent location! - The location was excellent! Surrounded by tons of nice restaurants. Staffs were helpful with amenities and bag storage on the day of our check out. Room was nice and clean with a huge television that we specifically enjoyed. Bathroom clean and had nice warm water. The air conditioner starts to smell if we put it too high (more than 25). The elevator was out of service during our stay which made luggage very difficult to handle. Room a bit small but I’d still say that for the price it is definitely worth it.

• Julia (8/5): Super Lage und gemütliches Zimmer - Die Lage des Hotels ist super. U-Bahn und Busse sind ganz Nah und man ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß beim Kensingten Garden. Das Zimmer war kleiner aber sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Eine zusätzliche Ablagefläche bzw. etwas zum Kleidung aufhängen hinter der Türe zum Beispiel wäre ein Upgrade.

• Coralie (8/5): Amazing journey overall 😁 - The room was compliant to the announce description. Unless the 10m2 of the room, the bed was very comfy and the clean service was nicely done everyday. The decoration was minimalist and beautiful. Nothing was missing in terms of furnitures (air dryer, cupboard, coffee machine, kettle). The hotel was well deserved by public transport (tube, buses), restoration spots etc. I fully recommend this hotel for short trips (1-2 weeks). A hug thank you to the receptionist team which is available over 24h to help and welcome us!!! The only one negative point of our room was the size of the shower, a bit too small to take a proper shower.

• Costanza (9/5): - stanza pulita e nuova, perfetta per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. comodissima la posizione in 15 minuti si arriva alla stazione di Paddington (perfetta per chi arriva dall’aeroporto di Heatrow), in 5 ad hyde park e con 2 fermate della metro super comode. Punti in più per la possibilità di lasciare le valigie senza costi aggiuntivi sia prima del check in che dopo il check out.

Great choices of food right on your doorstep Really did not like the size of the room. Whilst it had all that was needed, it was so compact and had to shuffle around
• Ingrid (5/5): Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, aber der Geruch im Zimmer war furchtbar. - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Das Bad ist neu und sehr schön renoviert. (Nur das Ablagefach unter dem Waschbecken war schief). Der Empfangsbereich ist schön und die Katze Noxi war auch toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Geruch im Stiegenhaus und vor allem im Zimmer war grauenhaft. Wir haben dauernd gelüftet, aber der Gestank ist einfach nicht verschwunden. Wir haben sogar Raumduftspray gekauft und gesprüht, damit wir es ausgehalten haben. Die Ursache für dem Gestank haben wir nicht gefunden. Es roch nach Mist. Es fiel uns auf, sobald wir das Zimmer zum ersten Mal betreten haben und das, obwohl das Fenster geöffnet war. Das Personal war offenbar bemüht, viel zu lüften und ließ das Fenster nach der Zimmerreinigung immer etwas offen, aber es nützte alles nichts. Der Gestank kam nicht von draußen und nicht aus dem Abfluss. Er muss eine andere Ursache haben.

Le confort du lit est horrible, la lumière qui reste allumée toute la nuit dans le couloir, l’absence d’un frigo et le sol de la salle de bain est hyper casse-gueule.

• Zenaida (9/5): Breve estancia en Londres para una pareja es ideal - Aparte de noxi, el gatito jeje nos encantó el trato recibido, la limpieza y la ubicación Es un poco ruidoso ya que da a una calle muy transitada. Además la ventana no podía abrirse porque estaba rota y la habitación se notaba calurosa.
