- MAAZ (8/5): - Everything is excellent, only there are some small things that need care and attention from the maintenance team. For example, the bathroom door lock has a problem when opening and closing. Check the water drainage, whether when showering or in the sink.

I have stayed there for close to 5 weeks this year; three separate trips and I keep coming back. It’s a very convenient location to so many amenities. Taxis are the best way to travel and they are economically priced.

- WAEL (4/5): - I had reserved a room in a non-smoking area, when I arrived at the hotel they informed me that they only had a smoking area available, then I had to go down to the reception 3 times because the keys did not work, then the room had a very bad smell in general not just cigarettes.

An evacuation had occured in the building and everyone evacuated the hotel but the staff knew NOTHING ABOUT IT- it was in the middle of the night with a very old lady had to walk down 8 flights of stairs - UNACCEPTABLE. Once the whole hotel were outside after walking down the stairs , there was no staff to be seen at all - I went in again due to everyones confusion to ask if it was safe to go back in the hotel - the manager and the staff had no idea what was going on the manager said he had no idea about the evacuation. If this was a real fire the safety measures would he a massive fail!! Also the restaurant in the hotel charges double for breakfast and a different price at reception - they did not inform us at check in. Unacceptable again. When challenging Lebna at Reception it just felt like she was talking over me and did not solve the problem.

I was with my son checking in on Christmas evening and I waited in line patiently, when it was my turn he left another guest cut the line and spoke to him for 10 mins, I had to remind him that I was in the line and he should attend to me first. He argued with me before he realised he was wrong. His name is Medhin. He needs more training on customer service.

Starting from concierge- you have to take ur luggauge urself to a room as they dont hv any bell boy. If u r lucky, then may be valet guy mah help u taking luggage inside. Room is too small for what u pay. I stayed in other hotel like one-2-one village, ramada etc which have huge room for the same price. Also, always there is smell fm bathroom. When u need anything in a room e.g. water u hv to remind them over and again. The hotel got parking facility but only 25 spaces so if the hotel is very busy then hard luck. Sometime u hv to wait long just to find valet guy to collecr valet ticket.

The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, welcoming, and overall very well trained and capable of handling our concerns. I also really appreciated that water bottles were provided in the room on a daily basis. The hotel had an excellent internet connection. I was able to use the internet whenever I wanted and surfing the web was very easy to do. I would recommend that a pair of disposable slippers be available in each room for every guest to use. I also think that the hotel should provide complementary toiletries such as disposable racers, toothpaste, and conditioner.
