Ariana (8/5): Ein charmantes, kleines Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Service, ruhiger Lage und guter Anbindung. - Ein wunderbarer Empfang an der Rezeption und insgesamt war das Personal extrem gastfreundlich und herzlich. Die Lage im ruhigen Dorsoduro ist sehr praktisch: nur ca. 900 Meter vom Bahnhof Venezia Santa Lucia entfernt. Auch der Busbahnhof mit Anschluss an den People Mover Richtung Kreuzfahrthafen ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls gut. -
Yu-xin (8/5): A charming hotel and a good value! - The hotel is at a very convenient but quiet location. There is less 15min walking distance to the city center and railway station! An excellent restaurant, Rattoria La Divina Comida, is only 3 minutes away. We went to there twice for the deserts. Their seafood risotto was very tasty! I was woken by other room’s noise since people come and go all the time.
Debra (10/5): Highly recommend this hotel for the very friendly and accommodating staff, the comfy beds & location - The breakfast was very good and the staff were so very nice! We only stayed one night - the beds were very comfortable, the location was easy to get around to the favorite landmarks. The bathroom was clean, the room was able to accommodate four twin size beds but the room didn't feel crowded at all. They held out luggage for us on the last day after we checked out, which we greatly appreciated.

Susan (9/5): I would book again - In a quiet area, not crowded with tourists, the hotel was a lovely place with a sweet outdoor garden area for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Good selection of nearby restaurants. Be prepared at night - few street lights or street signs make it a challenge to find, especially in the rain. But lots of help from nice locals.

Ian (8/5): We stayed for one night and the hotel ticked the right boxes for our family, two adults and 1 child. - The location was amazing, less than ten minutes walk from the bus station (with a five year old walking with us). It was very quiet and peaceful area, only around the corner from the canal and gondolas. The mattress was slightly too firm and a bit uncomfortable during the night. The breakfast was very limited.
Piotrek2989 (9/5): Pozytywnie. Polecam. - Blisko do dworca autobusowego i kolejowego, co jest szczególnie ważne przy porannych wylotach. Obiekt w klasycznym weneckim stylu, ale czysty. Cicha okolica. W ofercie typowe włoskie śniadanie: kawa, herbata, croissant, domowe ciasto, płatki na mleku, ciepłe bułeczki, salami, szynka gotowana i ser. Lokalizacja obiektu wymaga dłuższych spacerów do głównych atrakcji Wenecji. Niestety, pokoje na parterze pozbawione są widoku z okien. Ponadto oferta śniadaniowa była dość uboga i w menu zabrakło jakichkolwiek warzyw.

La habitación tenía todo lo necesario y además el hotel tiene un pequeño patio con flores que era una hermosura para tomar unos mates a la mañana. Nos recibieron el equipaje el día del check in y nos permitieron usar el baño, el personal es muy amable y eso hace toda la diferencia. Volveremos.

Herman (10/5): - Our family occupied 3 rooms and these were spacious enough for 2 persons specially for a wheelchair bound person. Bathrooms were also PWD friendly. Breakfast was molto delizioso prepared by the lovely and very accommodating host. Staff at the reception area were very friendly and helpful. Location was near the train station making it very easy to reach with luggages in tow. As expected in Venice, there were a lot of bridges to cross getting to the interesting places to visit making it difficult to traverse with a wheelchair. Otherwise, location was good enough to get to the center of Venice.

Нам нужно было выезжать в аэропорт очень рано -поэтому рассматривали для остановки этот район -чтоьы утром пешком дойти до автобуса. Но и сам район очень приятный и интересный для прогулок, и жорога до центра -одно удовольствие) Очень понравился скромный и недорогой, но очень уютный и комфортный семейный отель с радушными заботливыми хозяевами. Чистый теплый и отремонтированный номер, гостеприимный завтрак со свежей шарлоткой-все это оставило только поекрасные вречатления. Искренне рекомендую отель! am very glad that I chose this small but very comfortable hotel near Roma Square and the train station. We had to leave for the airport very early, so we considered stopping in this area to walk to the bus in the morning. But the area itself is very pleasant and interesting for walking, and getting to the center is a pleasure) I really liked the modest and inexpensive, but very cozy and comfortable family hotel with friendly and caring hosts. A clean, warm, and renovated room, a welcoming breakfast with fresh charlotte, and a pleasant stay left a lasting impression. I highly recommend this hotel! Nothing
